I've been using this theme as long as I've used iGoogle - for many years. And, I don't wanna be without it!! Firstly I wanna keep iGoogle, but that seems impossible, so I hope, really hope that I get used to Google Chrome AND that the Tea House theme will be available there as well. I would very much appreciate that :)

It is true, I use iG every day - it is the centerpiece of my browser. Now I understand that many of the tools I use in iG can be replaced or even improved in one way or another. But one thing that will simply vanish is this wonderful page theme for iG. Tea House was not only wonderful for how friendly it was, but also innovative - the scenes changed with your local time. Such a simple thing, really, but comforting and wonderful in its simplicity. If I can keep just one thing from iG, it would be the Tea House. Please consider converting it for Chrome.

I got a noticer that igoogle will be going away and that I should start using google chrome. Can I get teahouse as a theme for google chrome? I've tried but have not found it in the themes available.

As per instructions from Patricia Baughman - Nov 3, 2012 and candicus@hotmail.com - Nov 20, 2012: I typed in http://www.google.com/ig?aig=0 which took me to the old tea house. Then I copied that web address and dragged it to the house icon in the Navigation Toolbar. I got a pop-up asking if I wanted this to be my homepage. Clicked yes, and now I have the old tea house again! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU I am not very savvy with the computer, but it was easy and it worked!! I'm VERY HAPPY :-)

I have used the tea house theme for years, but it was a banner at the top of my home page. Now it is wallpaper under my gadgets. How can I change it back to a banner so I can see it??? Thanks

Well, just went to my homepage and the old Teahouse is gone again. Had a feeling, when I saw it yesterday, that it was too good to be true. What the #*@% is going on with Google? Grrrr!

Just logged onto my homepage and found the old Teahouse theme back. HOORAY! FANTASTIC! We did it. We never stopped hoping... we never stopped complaining... we never stopped trying... And it worked! They finally listened and gave us it back. I am soooo happy! (Sure hope it's still there tomorrow) :-)

To you Patricia Baughman I will always be grateful. I do not have the words to properly thank you for your information leading to the revival of all my friends. Tea House, Aja Tiger, JR, Autumn Spring Scape, Beach, Bus Stop,Winter Village, and Happy Holiday. On my Firefox browser it worked just as you said. On Internet Explorer you cannot drag the icon to the home one. I have to replace the igoogle address each time I change themes or close it down. I can once again share my work and my meals with my friends. Kudos to you Patricia :)
