The team aims to enable greater access through potential product development, strategic investments, policy actions or communications, and piloting new technologies or business models. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for defining, evaluating, advocating, and implementing energy strategies where Google can have the greatest impact on the world. Sample projects include: developing Google's strategy for accelerating advanced grid technologies, managing deployments of innovative energy technologies, and identifying and prioritizing potential investments in this area.
Google.org focuses on bringing broadband to emerging markets in a financially sustainable and scalable way to impact hundreds of millions of people. The group focuses on developing business models, regulation and technology to support these goals. There is a strong emphasis on bringing new technologies or new ways to use technologies to solve the access challenges in these markets. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing access projects in emerging markets, as well as identifying and incubating promising technological solutions.
Google.org uses technology to improve the model of governance and increase transparency and accountability. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for deconstructing and rethinking components of the public sector to meet changing and increasingly complex needs. You will identify and deploy innovative technology solutions to help governments improve service delivery and adopt more efficient practices.

As a member of the team, you will source, evaluate and build partnerships with organizations and entrepreneurs at the nexus of technology and social impact.
People turn to the internet in times of crisis. Google.org is working to ensure comprehensive information is there when you need it most by building tools to collect and push out emergency information such as storm paths, power outages, shelter locations, emergency phone numbers, missing persons information and donation opportunities. As a member of the team, you will help develop and launch products and tools in times of crisis as well as working on various crisis preparedness initiatives.
Google for Nonprofits helps organizations succeed online with education, community and resources. We also offer a set of monetary and in-kind premium benefits to qualified nonprofits. We have supported more than 100,000 nonprofits reaching over 30 countries and all 50 U.S. states. As part of the team, you will be responsible for helping to develop new products and educational resources for nonprofits as well as expanding our program to new organizations and geographies.
The Google.org Partnership team's objective is to establish, maintain, and support strategic relationships with our partners. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts and working with partners to accomplish key objectives of the company. In addition, you will work cross-functionally to champion projects related to our partnerships.
