Santiago partnered with Google Offers to feature $15 dollars worth of food and drinks for $7. The Google Offers team helped him prepare his business for a new influx of customers. “My Account Manager was really good about working with me to figure out the right offers limit because the most important thing is taking care of my customers. She helped me predict the flow of customer traffic from beginning to end.”

Building buzz and a loyal fan base

With more than 700 offers sold, Santiago increased brand exposure and brought new customers to his restaurant. “The situation is perfect. Plus I know when someone comes to Frjtz, they tend to come back.” Santiago was also impressed with how easy it was to process voucher redemptions. “Instead of tracking customers with a piece of paper they just come in and point their phone at our phone and the whole thing happens wirelessly. The whole thing has got an edge of James Bond coolness to it.” Santiago is looking forward to partnering with Google Offers again. “It’s a great branding opportunity and there’s a lot of value in that.”
