Abstract
A prepaid internee access and purchase computer diskette (cd) of a pre determined face value that can be used for instant access to the internet for the purchase of internee usage time and retail goods for sale on the internet or any combination of the two.
The prepaid computer diskette will contain the necessary software o access an internet provider allowing the Internet consumer to remain anonymous in his/her internet purchases at the same time avoiding the risk of fraud associated with internet credit card usage. The prepaid computer diskette will contain the necessary software so as the Internet consumer has the option to access his/her existing on line financial resources to further supplement the face value of the diskette. The prepaid computer diskette will he protected from fraud by requiring to internet consumer to provide a p.i.n (password upon initialization of the prepaid internet access and purchase computer diskette.
The prepaid computer diskette will contain the necessary software o access an internet provider allowing the Internet consumer to remain anonymous in his/her internet purchases at the same time avoiding the risk of fraud associated with internet credit card usage. The prepaid computer diskette will contain the necessary software so as the Internet consumer has the option to access his/her existing on line financial resources to further supplement the face value of the diskette. The prepaid computer diskette will he protected from fraud by requiring to internet consumer to provide a p.i.n (password upon initialization of the prepaid internet access and purchase computer diskette.
Description
Description At the present time Internet access is obtained through an Internet provider who sells safLware to the consumer and provides Internet service on a continuing basis by establishing an account with the individual consumer. In this process the consumers identity is provided to the Internet provider. ' ~t the present time an Internet cons~er ~vha wvlshes to make purchases on the Internet from Internet retailers is obligated to provide his financial credit information such as his credit card number and information there by exposing him to the opportunity of fraud.
The Internet consumer is as well limited geographically as helshe is required to be near their own computer or another computer with a pre established Internet account.
There is at present no method where-as an Internet consumer can gain sporadic Internet access on a cash basis or make purchases on the Internet ~n a cash ~basls.

The prepaid Internet access and purchase diskette is functional by the foll~awing method ~d ~.ement. The consumer with a computer and modern connected to an established telephone Iine wilt initialize the diskette through the computer cd RC7M

Claims (5)
1. I claim a prepaid interment access computer diskette of a predetermined face value to allow an internet consumer internet access from an internet service provider for a period of time as specified by the internet service provider given the face value of the diskette.
2. I claim a prepaid internet access and/or purchase computer diskette of a predetermined value to allow an internet consumer internet access tune and the ability to purchase retail goods for sale on the internet through an internet service provider.
3. I claim a prepaid internet access and/or purchase computer diskette that will allow the internet consumer to be anonymous as to his/her identity and financial information in the usage of internet services and the purchase of internet retain goods and services.
4. I claim a prepaid internet access and/or purchase computer diskette to which unauthorized individuals are unable to use by the means of a p.i.n (password).
5. I claim a prepaid internet access and/or purchase computer diskette that will allow the internet consumer to suppler the face value of the computer diskette from his/her pre established on line financial resources.
