技术领域

背景技术

发明内容

可弯曲部分的双壁形式的特殊设计,或者说,形成在内部可弯曲部分的外周表面上的槽对控制线提供可靠的引导。同时,这样还有如下效果:双壁的可弯曲部分的内部空间保持不受线绳的影响,这非常便于插入其它柔性管、电线等。将线绳引入双壁的可弯曲部分也相对较容易,因为线绳不必通过或穿入眼形引导件。相反,当将内部可弯曲部分滑入外部可弯曲部分时,线绳已能够放置在相应的槽中,并能够一次操作安装,但是,另一方面,也可以只在外部可弯曲部分和内部可弯曲部分装配之后才将线绳滑入槽中。
由于内部可弯曲部分的外周表面与内周表面紧密接触,这些槽连同外部可弯曲部分的内周表面一起形成封闭的沟槽形引导件,线绳能够在该引导件中滑动而不卡住。
在一个具体实施例中,在内部可弯曲部分的外周表面上设有四个轴向延伸的槽,这些槽彼此相对具有90°的周向偏置;同时,在管节的各个面上成对布置的连接部分彼此相对也具有90°的偏置。

a)提供一个抗弯管,该抗弯管具有与该可弯曲部分的所要的尺寸对应的尺寸;
b)提供一个激光切割装置;
c)将该抗弯管放置在激光切割装置中;
d)根据由所述管节的构造和所述相应的连接装置预先确定的切割线来引导激光切割装置的激光束,激光束总是在径向指向该管;和
e)断开从该抗弯管中切去的壁部,使得各个管节获得相对于彼此枢转的能力。
利用各个管节的连接装置的上述特殊设计,能够执行根据本发明的方法并在单独一个切割工序中从抗弯管中切出该可弯曲部分。为此,本领域技术人员将选择适当厚度的激光束以确保连接装置的无错运行,特别是它们的可枢转能力。在切割工序后,可弯曲部分已能够使用并可以引入要制造的内窥镜中。根据本发明的该方法避免了特别是上述麻烦的装配过程,而在上述装配过程中各个管节必须通过附加的连接装置,例如螺栓、销、铆钉等彼此连接。
在上述方法的一个优选实施例中,在切割装置中的静止激光束下转动和/或在轴向移动抗弯管。
这种执行所述方法的方式能够使激光切割装置的结构更简单。
最后,在另一个优选方式中,利用超声波装置断开管中切去的壁部。
该方法具有的优点是不需要使用机械操作的工具。

Claims (10)

1.一种可弯曲部分(8、8′、8"),该可弯曲部分(8、8′、8")布置在内窥镜(1)的插入管(6)的远端(7)处,所述部分包括多个管节(9、9′、9"、109′、109"),所述管节(9、9′、9"、109′、109")中的每个管节都具有连接装置(11、111′、111"),该连接装置(11、111′、111")与相邻管节(9、9′、9"、109′、109")的连接装置(11、111′、111")相配合,所述部分还包括控制线(10),使用该控制线(10)能够控制可弯曲部分(8、8′、8")的弯曲,

6.如权利要求1或5所述的可弯曲部分,其特征在于:内部和外部可弯曲部分(8′、8")的各个管节(9、9′、9"、109′、109")在彼此完全叠合的状态下通过点焊彼此固定在一起。
7.一种制造包括多重管节的可弯曲部分的方法,这些管节布置成一行、一个在另一个后面,并通过连接部分彼此相连,从而能够相对于彼此枢转,所述方法包括以下步骤:
a)提供一抗弯管,该抗弯管具有与该可弯曲部分的所需尺寸相对应的尺寸;
b)提供一激光切割装置;
c)将该抗弯管放置在激光切割装置中;
d)根据由所述管节的构造和所述各连接部分预先确定的切割线来引导激光切割装置的激光束,激光束总是在径向指向该管;和
e)断开从该抗弯管中切去的壁部,使得各个管节获得相对于彼此枢转的能力,以形成第一可弯曲管,
f)提供第二抗弯管,该第二抗弯管具有与由步骤a)-e)形成的第一抗弯管的内径相适合的外径,使得该第二抗弯管能够滑入第一可弯曲管;
g)对第二抗弯管执行步骤b)到e),以形成第二可弯曲管,然后
h)将第二可弯曲管插入第一可弯曲管。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于:在切割装置中的静止激光束下转动和/或轴向移动抗弯管。
9.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于:利用超声波装置断开管中切去的壁部。
10.如权利要求7至9之任一项所述的方法,其中,第一可弯曲管和第二可弯曲管彼此固定在一起。
