Abstract

Description

净气腔室
本发明涉及净气腔室,特别涉及将相互缠连的固体材料送入处理设备前去除气体的装置,更具体地说,涉及将轮胎碎条送入轮胎熔解处理设备前去除气体的装置。
本发明是一个包括容放相互缠连的固体材料的腔室体的净气室。进料口装置可使相互缠连的固体材料进入腔室内,以便在其内使用净气的气体进行净气。相互缠连的固体材料通过出料口装置排出腔室。腔室内有一个推动相互缠连的固体材料通过出料口装置排出腔室的装置。此外,位于腔室内还有一个用于防止相互缠连的固体材料缠在一起的装置。
下面与附图一起用举例的方法说明本发明的一个实施例,因此,本发明的目的和优点会更加清楚。必须明确指出,附图只是为了作说明而已,不可将其理解为对发明范围的限定。
下面通过附图详细说明本发明,附图中:
图1是对根据本发明制造的将相互缠连固体材料进地清除后供给处理设备用的装置的示意图。
图2是图1所示的腔室的等角透视图。
图1和图2示出了一个将互相缠连的固体材料在密封腔室内进行净气的装置。“相互缠连固体材料”指的是由于形状和/或成份而像乱线一样具有强烈的缠连在一起的倾向的固体物质。虽然本发明的主要实例涉及的是处理碎轮胎条,但诸如薄木片、增强塑料、金属碎片之类的材料也适用。
正如1993年4月27日申请的美国专利申请No.081053727中所叙述与公开的那样,在处理轮胎碎条供轮胎熔解处理时,轮胎碎条要与371℃的油接触。因此,在将其加入熔解器之前必须先清除氧。本发明就是为了清除氧而提供设备和方法。
具有顶进料口7的腔室3有增大强度的若干个支撑件15。用于支承包括驱动电动机27在内的材料驱动系统的吊杆22位于腔室3内。由电动机27驱动而旋转的传动轴36与齿轮减速箱44相联。齿轮减速箱44还把驱动力转变90°,传给另一传动轴52。传动轴52与轴承56配合,轴承56安装于装配平台58上,而装配平台58则为支承杆65所固定。腔室3的底部有一出料口72。
推运螺旋80与传动轴52联接。举例来说,推运螺旋80的直径为25.4厘米,位于40.6厘米口径的出料口72的中央。在推运螺旋80的两侧中安装一个圆柱体88,该圆柱体上按预定方式设置若干个凸耳96。应该注意,腔室3的底部是弯曲的使圆柱体88上的凸耳96与腔室3的底部之间没有死角。驱动圆柱体88绕轴104旋转的电动机装置没有显示,但其位置对于本专业的技术人员来说是显而易见的。两个圆柱体的旋转可以在三种组合中任选一种:两者均顺时针方向旋转;两者均反时针方向旋转;其一顺时针方向旋转,另一则反时针方向旋转。圆柱体88的转速可以在推运螺旋80转速的1/2至1/10之间选择。
图1还示出了进料阀装置120和排料阀装置125。这两个阀都是一般的闸阀,可以使材料进入腔室3及使进去的材料排出腔是一般的闸阀,可以使材料进入腔室3及使进去的材料排出腔室3。另外,还用方块的形式简单地显示氮气源135,该氮气源通过包括阀148的长线140向腔室体3内提供净气用的氮气。
如所示,本发明的系统用来为轮胎熔解处理设备分批进料,其方法是使相互缠连的固体材料,即轮胎碎条通过进料阀装置120进入后,该阀门即关闭。与此同时关闭了的排出阀装置125又可防止任何轮胎碎条进入处理设备。
阀120与125全都关闭,而阀148则开启,让氮气进入腔室3驱除与轮胎一起进入的氧气,氧气含量降至适当水平后,阀148关闭,打开排出阀125,接通电动机27。使推运螺旋的旋转,将轮胎碎条推出腔室3。然而,在许多情况下,由于材料有缠连性,轮胎碎条会缠在一起。推运螺旋80就有在缠在一起的材料中产生隧道的倾向。缠在一起的情况如果发生,只是推运螺旋范围内的轮胎碎条被推运。就在这种情况下,圆柱体88在其驱动电动机的驱动装置带动下工作使轮胎碎条不停地运动向推运螺旋80供料,从而避免挖隧道的作用发生。
轮胎碎条从腔室3内排出后,排出阀装置125也许会立即关闭,整个系统停机,直至下一批处理的准备工作完成为止。

Claims (6)

1.一种净气腔室,包括:
容纳相互缠连的固体材料的腔室;
供互相缠连的固体材料进入腔室并与腔室联接在一起的进料口装置;
向腔室提供用于净气工作的气体,并与腔室联接在一起的净气装置;
供相互缠连的固体材料通过,排出腔室并与腔室联接在一起的出料口装置;
旋转时将相互缠连的固体材料从腔室内推入出料口装置的推运螺旋装置;
使推运螺旋装置旋转的装置。
至少两个可转动的圆柱体,可绕与所述的推运螺旋的纵轴线垂直的轴转动,所述的可转动的圆柱体由电动机装置转动,并有多个凸耳设在所述的圆柱体上用于撕开相互缠连的固体材料防止绕着所述的推运螺旋的缠连。
2.按照权利要求1所说的腔室,其特征在于,各可旋转的圆柱体的转轴基本上与另一个可旋转的装置平行。
3.按照权利要求1所说的腔室,其特征在于,所述的推运螺旋装置最好每分钟旋转20周。
4.按照权利要求3所说的腔室,其特征在于,所述的可旋转的圆柱体的转动频率为推运螺旋装置转速的1/10到1/2。
5.按照权利要求1所说的腔室,其特征在于,各个可旋转的圆柱体沿同样的旋转方向旋转。
6.按照权利要求1所说的腔室,其特征在于,可旋转的圆柱体沿相反的方向旋转。
