背景技术
用于模压封闭容器的例如螺旋盖之类的盖子的传统装置包括:一转动的模压转盘,它包括一围绕一垂直中心轴线转动的支承元件;多个模压单元,它们被安装在所述转动支承元件上,同轴于所述中心轴线,并且彼此间的间隔角度相同,每一所述装置包括一上凸模和一具有一模腔的下凹模,所述凸模和凹模互相配合,并且可沿着一垂直轴线作相对运动;用于驱动所述支承元件以使所述模压单元沿着一环形路径前进的装置,所述环形路径包括一用于承载需要模制的塑料的区域、一模制区域、一冷却区域、以及一用来卸下模制成品的区域;用于使凸模在所述支承元件的转动过程中根据一个预设的标准沿着相应的轴线相对凹模移动的装置。
在这些已知装置中,已经发现在模压单元的塑料装料过程中存在着缺陷,这是因为需要在原料的快速去除和在模腔中的沉积之间有一个折衷。
发明的揭示
本发明的一个技术上的目标在于提供一种可消除上述缺陷的装置。
在这一目标范围内,本发明的一个目的在于提供一种装置,其中的装料装置具有一定的构造,因而可以将它们从模压单元中移出,从而在所述装置中发生阻塞的情况下不会对它们造成影响。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种装置,它可去除从模制转盘来的冷却之后的模制件。
这些目标和目的将由一个其特征被限定在权利要求中的装置来达成。

实施本发明的方式
参见图1到图3,本装置包括一由标号1总的表示,并且绕一垂直轴线A旋转的转盘。该转盘包括一支承元件2,该支承元件上安装了多个模压单元;每一模压单元包括一相对元件2固定的上凸模3,以及一可沿轴线B移动以对准凸模3的下凹模4。
诸模压单元是相对轴线A以相等的角度间隔分布的,因此它们的轴线B可以沿着一个相对轴线A同心的环形路径C(见图3)移动。
每个凹模4均具有一用来模制一定剂量原料的模腔5,所述原料由一个围绕轴线D旋转的送给头6来供给,轴线D位于路径C的外侧并且平行于轴线B。
凹模4是装在一垂直杆7的上端,该垂直杆被密封地导入设置在转动元件2的一圆筒座10中的两个套管8和9中。
杆件7的外侧设有一可在座10中密封滑动的活塞11,该活塞并将所述座分成了两个叠置的腔室,该两腔室可通过一阀12而连通于加压流体的传送和排放端,所述阀12受到一滑阀分配器13的控制,而该分配器则由一相对于轴线A同心的静凸轮14来驱动。当加压流体通过阀12而被供给到下模腔时,活塞11被向上推动,而在路径C中一适当区域内的凹模4则抵住凸模3,使得通过送给头6供给的原料受到压缩,从而可沿着路径C的一段连续的弧而模制出成品,如文中描述的盖子。然后,该模制成品在接下来的冷却区域内得以固化定形,接着再被排出。
阀11是在转盘1位于一个合适的角度位置时被驱动的,以将加压流体传入座10的上腔室内,从而使凹模4降到一个接收新原料的位置上。
原料送给头6是由一管状杆15构成的,该管状杆从装置的底座16垂直地突伸。
一轴17可转动地支承在杆15上,并且连接于处在底座上的电动装置;所述轴上键连接了一带齿的驱动轮18(见图2)。轴17有一个端部,该端部通过轴承19支承从在顶部封闭杆件15的罩盖21起突伸的套筒20来支承。一臂22沿径向刚性地联接于也支承在罩盖21外部的套筒20;所述臂连接于一流体驱动的动力油缸23,该动力油缸的缸体关节连动地固定于底座的部件。
处在杆15内部的套筒20的端部被插入并连接于一平连杆或杆24,该连杆从杆15起穿过一个具有某一给定延伸角的开口25后延伸,因而可使连杆24进行给定的角度行程。
在连杆24的从套筒20悬伸出去的那一端对中地保持有一套筒26,一轴28和一通过轴承27而可在所述套筒26内围绕轴线D旋转;所述轴28的相对两端从套筒26起向上和向下突伸。
轴28的下端用键联接了一从动的带齿皮带轮29,一带齿的皮带30围绕所述从动轮29和驱动轮18而形成了一个封闭的圈。在连杆24的一可调节位置上安装了一滚轮31,以将皮带30调节到一合适的张紧力。
轴28的上端键连接了一法兰32,该法兰的下部区域上设有一刚性联接的盘33,而其上部区域上则带有一星形件34。
盘33的向下的表面上刚性地联接了用于去除需要模制的塑料原料的诸元件35;所述诸元件同心地分布,围绕轴线D形成了一个等角度的间隔。
每个元件35均由一密封地凹陷在盘33的一相应凹槽内的垫片36组成,以形成一分隔室36,该分隔室通过一沿径向形成在盘33之厚度方向的相应槽37以及一分配器38而连接于在连杆24内延伸的一槽39。槽39通过一固定于连杆24的连接器而连接于一压缩空气源。旋转分配器38包括用于每个元件35的一狭缝40,该狭缝能保持去除元件35的分隔室36和槽39进而是和压缩空气之间的连接,在下文中将会清楚的是,已去除的塑料原料可以从所述分隔室中排出。
为了使空气从槽39传向分配器,在连杆24和分配器的环42之间连有一管子41,该管子固定在套筒26的外侧。
垫片36通过一所谓的杯状件43而被保持在盘33的凹槽内,所述杯状件上设有一半圆柱形的凸部44,该凸部在前进方向E上(图3)是开放的。
诸凸部44内有各种通孔45,它们都是从分隔室36起始的。
杯状件43的下边缘相对于一挤压喷嘴46(图1和2)的出口处在同一平面上,所述挤压喷嘴的方向向上,因而每个杯状件43在送给头6的转动过程中可以从喷嘴46处去除一定剂量的原料,所去除的原料量与在喷嘴46之前的一个杯状件43的通道和下一个杯状件的通道之间移动的时间内从所述喷嘴喷出的剂量相对应。
图3中更清楚地示出了星形件34。它包括沿径向的臂47,其数量等于移动元件35,而其外径等于盘33的外径;所述臂具有一定的形状,从在沿前进方向E取向的那一侧有一个大致沿径向的前缘48。
星形件34用来在两个互相平行的导向件49和50之间传送盖子(它们在通过冷却区域后离开转盘1),所述导向件包括两个与轴线D(也就是说与轴28)同心的部分,以及两个从圆盘33沿切线方向突伸的部分。
实际上,导向件49和50是由两个条形件构成的,该两条形件处在盘33和星形件34之间的同一水平上,并且通过一平板51在盘33的切向部分相间隔地连接,从而形成一个去除通道。
本发明装置的操作情况将通过下文的描述而清楚起来。
实际上,通过传动带24驱动轴17,再带动送给头6转动,杯状件43便可去除从挤压喷嘴46来的相应剂量的原料。在喷嘴46之出口处塑料的稠性可使得它们粘附在凸部44的壁上。
当一带有已去除原料的杯状件43处在凹模4随之运动的路径C和杯状件43随之运动的路径G之间的一个切点F(图3)上时,通过分配器38引入压缩空气并推动该原料,使其进入下凹模4的模腔5。然后便可用上述的方式来模制盖子,直至固化成形的盖子在转盘1的出口处与凸模3脱开并且落到盘33上,在盘33上,臂47在导向件49和50之间推动盖子,并且将其运送到一个收集点上。上述的装置显然可以有很多的改进和变化,所有的这些改进和变化均应落在本发明的保护范围之内。
在第一实施例中,可于轴17上任意地设置一个传统型式的同步装置,以使送给头可相对转盘1作角度调节。这种角度调节可使去除元件35相对凹模4移动,从而可以使原料从杯状件43进入模腔5的那一个点最优化(考虑到进行这种传送需要的时间)。
同样,当单个的去除元件35将要覆盖在相应的凹模4上时,可以使送给头6朝着转盘1的轴线A略微地移动。如图3所示,这种移动可以通过在连杆24上设置另外设置的一臂52来完成,所述臂52上带有一滚轮53,这个滚轮随着一安装在一次级轴53b上的径向驱动凸轮53a一起转动,而所述次级轴53b是由轴17通过一具有合适传动比的传动装置来驱动的。
这种移动使得去除元件35的路径G可以覆盖凹模之路径C的一定角度范围,因而就可以在一个较长的时间内进行原料传送。
送给头的驱动凸轮53a具有一定的形状,因此送给头6可以返回到杯状件43覆盖挤压件46的那一个位置上,从而可以沿着路径G的弧段,也就是去除元件35不叠置于模具的路径上来去除原料。
图4中示出了本发明另一个实施例,它涉及的是一个将原料从杯状件43中排出的装置。
在图4中,每个去除元件35都包括一个适于固定在盘33下方的小的板件54。一延伸脚55从小板件54向下突伸,该延伸脚上设有一沿轴向延伸出去的孔56以及一些连接于孔56并沿径向延伸出去的孔57。
延伸脚55上导引着一个管状杆58,该管状杆的上端并具有一活塞59。杆件58之空腔的下部区域由一圆盘63封闭,该圆盘上形成有合适地分布和具有一定取向的通孔61。
活塞59在一个套管62内滑动,该套管密封地插入在小板件54和基部63之间,并且相对于延伸脚55同心地设置,所述基部支承着一个类似于图1到3所示实施例的杯状件43的杯状件64。
活塞59将滑动套管62分隔成两个腔室65和66,该两腔室通过形成在套管62内的管道67和68、盘33的通道、以及虽然没有示出但是完全可以想象出来的阀门装置连接于压缩空气源。
活塞59的厚度是这样安排的,即,当它靠在基部63上时,径向孔57使轴向孔56连通于腔室65。
因此,当杯状件64去除一定剂量的产品时,活塞59的驱动(通过使腔室65连通于压缩气体源)会使得已去除的原料从杯状件64中机械地挤压出来,然后,当活塞59移动到孔57的下方时,通过从孔61中流出的压缩气体便可进行气动地排出。
在图5和6所示的本发明的另一个实施例中,单个的去除元件35不是由如上所述的通过一凸轮驱动的送给头6来驱动的。
为此,每个去除元件35上均设有一杆件69,该杆件在盘33的一相应的径向座内受到引导。每个杆件69上均装有一个滚轮71,该滚轮滑动配合在一凸轮73的一狭槽72中,所述凸轮形成在分配环42的周边区域并因此可转动地、刚性地联接于连杆24。
从图6中清楚可见,狭缝72具有一定的形状以使得去除元件35沿着足以确保原料进入到模腔中的路径C的弧段而跟随着相应凹模4的模腔5。
实际上,可以观察到,为了保证能将原料从喷嘴46完全地去除,去除元件35必须以一个高于凸模3的速度来转动。这便导致了当诸盖子与凸模3脱开时,其切向速度会低于盘33的切向速度,因此当盖子与盘33和星形件34接触时便可能翻转过来,特别是在它们比较高并且需要兼顾考虑沿着通道51之正确口的情况下尤其如此。

圆盘74是通过诸轴承81而可转动地支承在套筒76上的,它和盘33一起形成了一分隔室82,该分隔室中容纳着一个固定在圆盘74下方的齿轮83。
通过配对齿轮82可将运动传递给齿轮83,进而传递给圆盘74,齿轮82可围绕从盘33突伸的枢轴83旋转。
齿轮75和83之间的传动比是这样选择的,即,当诸盖子落到圆盘上时,它们的速度和圆盘的速度没有明显的差别,这样就可以保证盖子能保持它们的取向。
根据本发明的又一个实施例,如图5和7所示,可以在杯状件43上设置一个刮片以用来刮除从喷嘴46来的塑料。诸刮片和杯状件可以通过电或者是热空气流加热到接近塑料的温度以避免诸模压件产生压痕或应力开裂。
本发明的一个相当大的优点在于,动力油缸23可以使整个送给头6转动到一个转盘的外侧,因而可防止在阻塞情况下对凹模4的机械影响。且便于对去除元件35、诸模压单元、以及挤压件46的维修。
在本发明的实际实施例中,其形状和尺寸可以根据需要作调整。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于模压封闭容器、玻璃器皿等的盖子之类塑料制品的装置,它包括:一转动的模压转盘(1),该转盘包括一围绕一垂直中心轴(A)转动的支承元件(2);多个安装在所述旋转支承元件上的模压单元(3,4),它们相对于所述中心轴同心地设置并且间隔的角度相同,每个所述装置包括一上凸模(3)和一具有一模腔(5)的下凹模(4),所述凸模(3)和凹模(4)互相配合并且可沿着垂直轴线(B)作相对运动;用于驱动所述支承元件以使所述模压单元沿着一环形路径前进的装置,所述环形路径包括一用于承载需要模制的塑料的区域、一模制区域、一冷却区域、以及一用来卸下模制成品的区域;用于使凸模在所述支承元件的转动过程中根据一个预设的标准沿着相应的轴线相对凹模移动的装置;其特征在于,它还包括:一用来送给需要模制的塑料原料的送给头(6),所述送给头可围绕一平行于所述中心轴(A)的轴线(D)转动并且处在所述环形路径(C)的外面;多个安装在所述送给头上的去除元件(35),它们相对于所述平行轴(D)同心地设置并且间隔的角度相同,所述诸元件可沿着一环形路径(G)移动,该环形路径(G)有一个和所述模压单元(3,4)的所述环形路径相切的点(F),每个去除元件(35)均由一种半圆筒形的杯状件(43)构成,该杯状件包括一取向在所述送给头的转动方向(E)上的凸部(44);用来挤压所述塑料的装置,它设有一个能向上喷射出一塑料流的喷嘴(46),所述装置相对于所述送给头(6)是固定的,所述杯状件(43)适于连续地将塑料原料从所述喷嘴(46)的出口处去除;所述送给头(6)和所述转盘(1)相互同步,因此诸去除元件(35)和凹模(4)在所述切点(F)处连续地互相对准;所述送给头(6)安装在一连杆(24)的端部,该连杆围绕一垂直杆(15)的顶部枢转并且可通过一驱动器(23)来移动,从而可以使所述送给头从所述转盘(1)移开。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述送给头(6)包括:一支承着诸去除元件(35)的盘(33),该盘键连接于一可转动地支承在一套筒(26)上的垂直轴(28),所述套筒刚性地联接于所述连杆(24);一键连接在所述轴(28)上的从动皮带轮(29);一啮合于所述从动皮带轮和一驱动皮带轮(18)并且形成一个封闭圈的皮带(30),所述驱动皮带轮键连接于一驱动轴(17),该驱动轴被支承在所述杆(15)的内侧并且同心于所述连杆(24)围绕其转动而关节联动于所述杆(15)的那一轴线。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,有一个套筒(20)刚性地联接于所述连杆(24)并且同轴于所述驱动轴(17),一臂(22)固定于所述套筒(22)并且连接于一动力油缸(23),所述动力油缸(23)的驱动可以导致所述连杆(24)摆动,并且使所述送给头(6)离开所述转盘(1)而进入一个使所述诸去除元件(35)不影响所述模压单元(3,4)的位置上。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的装置,其特征在于,有一个星形件(34)键连接于所述轴(28),它支承着所述盘(33)并且处于所述盘的上方,所述星形件具有诸径向臂(47)并且适于向一移出通道推送固化后的制品,这些固化后的制品离开转盘(1)并且落到所述盘(33)上。
5.如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通道是由两个平行的导向件(49,50)构成的,它们包括两个相对于盘(33)的转动轴同心的部分,以及两个与盘(33)相切的部分,这两个部分之间有一个平板(51),该平板与所述盘处在同一平面上并且形成了去除通道的底部。
6.如权利要求1,2,3和5中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述连杆(24)具有一臂(52),其上设有一滚轮(53),该滚轮随着一键连接于一次级轴(53b)的凸轮(53a)转动,所述次级轴由所述驱动轴(17)驱动,所述凸轮能将所述连杆驱动到这样一个位置,即,所述去除元件(35)跟随其中的路径(G)和所述模压单元(3,4)跟随其中的路径(C)相交而覆盖的某一给定角度上。
7.如权利要求1,2,3和5中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述去除元件(35)在所述盘(33)中受到径向地引导,并且由一个同心于送给头(6)之所述转动轴线(D)的凸轮(73)来驱动,而且相对于所述连杆(24)是固定的。
8.如权利要求1,2,3和5中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述盘(33)的上方可转动地支承着一个用来接收离开转盘的制品的同轴圆盘(74),所述圆盘(74)由所述盘(33)通过一行星齿轮减速系统(75,82,83)来驱动,因此所述圆盘的切线速度和所述转盘的切线速度相匹配。
9.如权利要求1,2,3和5中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,它包括联系于所述去除元件(35)、并且适于将已去除原料在所述切点(F)处移入所述凹模(4)的模腔(5)内的排出装置。
10.如权利要求1,2,3和5中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述排出装置由诸孔(45)构成,这些孔被引入诸杯状件的所述凸部(44),并且通过分配装置(38)而连通于一压缩空气源,当所述诸杯状件(43)对准所述诸凹模(4)的时候,所述分配装置使排出空气通过所述诸孔(45)排出。

12.如权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述杆件(58)是管状的,因而可以形成一个空腔(56),该空腔的端部具有于所述杯状件的凸部相配合的诸通孔(61),所述杆件在一延伸脚(55)上受到引导,该延伸脚上设有一轴向地连通到外面的孔(56)和径向地连通到外面的诸孔(57);所述活塞(59)可在一个与所述凸部(44)脱开的位置和一个与所述凸部相配合的位置之间气动地移动,以使原料机械地排出,压缩空气通过所述诸孔(56,57,61)传送以完成所述原料的排出。
