Abstract

Description
本发明是关于对体育用鞋的改进,该类型运动鞋至少在后跟部位有一个衬垫,该衬垫是由一个密封的柔性塑料外壳构成,其内部含有许多相互连结的弹性可变形体。
众所周知,运动鞋必须提供一个稳定的,同时使脚感到舒适的支承区域,从而才可使运动员承受大量的各种类型的外力的作用。为了解决舒适的稳定支承问题,且同时获得一定的反冲击力作用,即当鞋在离开地面时,同时吸收掉与地面间的冲击力,为解决上述文章中的问题的方法已经提出过。
置于鞋跟部位的已有技术的衬垫,主要起一个复合弹簧的作用,因此,当鞋与地面接触后受到冲击,且同时缓冲了其作用力,在冲击作用中的一部分弹性恢复能被衬垫所吸收,虽然已有的衬垫在一定范围的负荷和冲击速度内可以提供舒适、稳定性,适当的缓冲和能量回收,但在这些范围以外仍存在不能令人满意的部分。例如,具有这种衬垫的鞋存在的问题是,它能够满足慢动作运动的要求,但不能满足快动作运动的要求。由于快速动作要求衬垫设计得比慢速动作时具有更大的刚性。除此之外,对于穿相同尺寸鞋的使用者的体重可以有极宽的变化范围,因此,要求同一的衬垫能作到既可非常的坚硬又可非常容易弯曲。
因此,本发明的主要目的是为改进运动鞋,提供一种衬垫,它是由一个密封的柔性材料的外壳,和在其内封闭着的许多互相连结的弹性体所组成,这种衬垫的硬度既能适配于使用者的体重,又能适配于任何时刻运动的速度。
本发明的另一目的是提供一个重量轻的气密鞋衬垫。
本发明的再一个目的是提供数个放置在鞋内的衬垫,为便于达到舒适和稳定。
为达到上述的各目的,按照本发明提供的鞋具有一个充气装置,该装置与放置在鞋后跟内的衬垫通气地连结,用以提高衬垫的硬度,另外,还具有一个排气装置,排气装置也是通过气地连结于衬垫,用它来降低衬垫的硬度。
本发明通过推荐的实施例详细描述将会更加清楚,因此,下面以非限定性的例子结合附图加以说明:
图1是根据本发明经改进后鞋的侧视图。
图2是一个衬垫的分解透视图。
图2A是一支鞋底的透视图。
图3是沿图2A中A-A线截取的部分断面图,图中省略了用于气泵和排气阀的盖罩。
图4是一个不同比例的图3的断面图,其中并含有沿图2中K-K线截取的部分断面图,以及盖罩的完整图。
图5是鞋的气流回路的示意图。
图中参考号数1表示整个运动鞋,其中包括鞋面2和鞋底3。鞋底是由单层或多层塑性材料组成,各层的材料可以是不同的。
在鞋底里面对应于使用者脚跟的部位有一腔室,其内有一个衬垫4,该衬垫为:由热塑性材料构成的具有弹性可变形的多格状结构5,该多格状结构5被封闭在一个相对较薄的柔塑性材料,例如由聚氨酯或类似材料,做成的密闭外壳6内。
需要指出的是,虽然举例是非限定性的,但是多格状结构5确定为许多六角形单元5A,这些单元中有些仅在其一端是闭口的,例如单元5A1。多格状结构是由弹性合成材料模压制成的,并且它在外壳6的内部是不受约束的,即与外壳不相连结。外壳6是由两部分6A和6B焊接在一起,例如,由真空成型连在一起。部件6A有一底板其外周边有一凸缘7,以及有一个附件8在其一端,附件中心处是半圆形的(8A),它具有两个水平的侧面凸缘8B,部件6A还具有一系列有序的平截头圆锥体式的中空突起物9,它向外壳的内部延伸而构成的。部件6B也具有一个附件10,它基本上是平面的并与附件8重叠放置,部件6B也具有一系列平截头圆锥体式的中空突起物11,当两部件6A和6B连结在一起时,沿各重叠范围的凸缘7、8B以及内侧的各端头12进行焊接。(见图4)。
在使外壳的部件6A、6B装配之前,应先将轻质的弹性多格结构5放在两部件中之一个的上方,因此每个中空突起物9、11都被安置在一个单元5A之中(显然,单元5A1内部是没有的,处于5A1位置的部件6A、6B是没有突起物9、11的)。
随后,将外壳6的另一部件放于其上,沿重合范围用焊接连结在一起,将多格结构5封闭于其内,但它并没有与外壳连结在一起。
多格结构5的高度基本上等于外壳6的对置壁面13、14内壁间的距离,这样,外壳内部各处都是通气地连结在一起。用附件8和10相连结而构成风管即管道Z是与外壳内部相连通的。
一个中空室15和一个管槽16装在鞋底3内。中空室装在鞋跟处,其内包含与之形状一致的衬垫4,而管道Z放在管槽16内,并延伸到鞋底外侧的附件114上,它终结在一个孔中,并在孔中被一个焊在附件114外侧的塑料缸体116的管状附件115所固定。缸体116有一腔室17,排气阀19的阀元件18被可滑动地安装在腔室中。阀元件18呈平截头圆锥体形状,被安装在具有较小截面的杆20的端部。杆件松弛地穿过孔21,且有一个端头23。一根压缩弹簧22放置在缸体116和端头23之间以阻住腔室17,从而阻止衬垫4的内部与大气连通,而若推压端头23至使阀元件18从孔21中后退,则通过杆20和孔21之间的空隙使衬垫与大气连通。
缸体116有一个中空横向附属物24,在其中插入一个弹性材料做成的单向阀25,单向阀25由一密封凸缘26、管状部分27和两个平行的唇状物28组成,当对弹性材料做的风箱29施加压力,使唇状物分开则允许气流沿箭头R方向流过,单向阀25用一横向中空的附件30被密封地连结在附属物24上。为此目的附件30有一个内突缘31,它位于缸体116的附属物24中的一个相应的环形凹槽内。该风箱有一个平壁29A,就是用这一壁面将风箱固定(焊接)在鞋底的横向附件114的外侧。
风箱29还有第二个管状附属物35,与前者相对,在其中装有一个吸气阀36,吸气阀有一个带有凹槽38的管状元件37,在凹槽38中附属物35的内凸缘以弹性与之夹紧。
管状元件37有一狭窄通道39,通道39可被一个塑料盘40所截堵,塑料盘40可以在此通道39和一组径向间隔设置的齿状物41之间移动,齿状物41是用来防止盘40掉出的。
如图4所示,一个用弹性塑料做成的柔性盖45设有一个周边凸缘46,是被焊在鞋底的附件114上,用以覆盖并保护风箱泵29和排气阀19。在盖45上设有一个孔50是为了必要的空气流通。
图4是表示从图2A上A-A线所取截面,(加上沿图2的K-K线截取的截面)其中参考数字55表示通过两个一般相邻单元5A的壁,这些壁位于截面内。在图2中这些壁也是用相同参考数字55表示的。
当穿此运动鞋的人希望使衬垫变硬,他反复地推动风箱29,在推压过程中,包含在风箱中的空气通过送气阀25被传送到衬垫4中,使之变硬(此时吸气阀36显见是闭合的)。当穿着者放松风箱,由于其弹力而恢复到其原始位置,从而通过吸气阀36将空气吸进(此时送气阀保持闭合)。在获得所需硬度之后穿着者停止推动作用。若希望减少硬度,穿着者通过推动排气阀19的端头23,使衬垫4与大气连通,则从衬垫排出气压。
如从图2A中所见,此鞋还可以有第二个象衬垫4一样的衬垫200,并把它放在鞋底3前部所提供的一个位置201中。
管子202相似于管道Z通气地将衬垫200连接到管道Z,以使得第二个衬垫的硬度也同步地被调节。这可从下述的方式来完成。
a.部件14和衬垫200的相应部分与部件10一起做成为一个整体,附件10把它们连接在一起,并且附件10还有一个横向分支用以与缸体116连结;
b.部件13和衬垫200的相应部分与附件8一起做成为一整体,附件8把它们连接在一起,并且附件8有一个横向分支,把它重合在a点的横向分支上、一起形成与缸体116通气的连接。
Claims (12)
1、一种改进的运动鞋,至少在鞋跟部分具有一个衬垫,所述衬垫包括用柔韧材料构成的一个不透气的外壳,以及在其内部含有的一个弹性可变形的装置,其特征是该装置与所述外壳相连通,通过改变所述外壳内部的压力来调节衬垫的弹性性能。
2、根据权利要求1所述运动鞋,其特征在于,其中所述用以改变外壳中气压的装置,包括用以增加所述压力的泵装置,其结合有吸气阀和送气阀,和用以减弱所述压力的排气装置。
3、根据权利要求2所述运动鞋,其特征在于,其中泵装置和排气装置两者都置于鞋的外侧,并与鞋牢固联接。
4、根据权利要求3所述运动鞋,其特征在于,其中泵装置和排气装置都包容在一个弹性可变形的盖罩内,盖罩与运动鞋牢固联接。
5、根据权利要求2所述运动鞋,其特征在于,所述泵装置包括一个具有两个开口的风箱,一个开口中有一吸气阀,另一个开口有一个送气阀。
6、根据权利要求5所述运动鞋,其特征在于,所述送气阀是一个唇状阀,并放置在与风箱相联接的一个缸体内,该缸体在所述送气阀的下游处还设有排气装置。
7、根据权利要求6所述运动鞋,其特征在于,所述排气装置具有一个推动式阀门。
8、根据权利要求1所述运动鞋,其特征在于,其中弹性可变形装置是一个多格结构,最好是蜂窝状结构。
9、根据权利要求8所述运动鞋,其特征在于,其中用柔韧材料做成的不透气的外壳,至少由两部分组成,每部分上都有与之成为一整体的一个附件,两者结合在一起形成一条管道,从而可让空气进出衬垫。
10、根据权利要求9所述运动鞋,其特征在于,其中所述的两部分在相叠合位置具有中空的突起物,这些突起物是向外壳内侧突伸,并在突起物的内端处连结在一起。
11、根据权利要求10所述运动鞋,其特征在于,其中至少一对连结在一起的中空突起物是被放置在多格结构的一个单元之中。
12、根据权利要求8所述运动鞋,其特征在于,其中多格结构是被封闭在而不是被连结在不透气的外壳之中的。
