Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种创伤敷料,更具体地涉及一种在外科截肢手术后立即使用的刚性的残肢创伤敷料。
背景技术
在外科截肢后对残肢进行术后治疗是要保证初始伤口治愈和控制疼痛、减少浮肿和帮助适当的残肢生成。传统的术后治疗包括消毒纱布和垫子的软创伤敷料与随后的压力绷带的弹性包扎。这些创伤敷料的缺点是,这种弹性包扎能对残肢产生大的压力,而当需要检查伤口时移去该创伤敷料很麻烦。
另一种技术是提供一个刚性的创伤敷料,在截肢后立即在残肢上外加一个不能移去的刚性石膏创伤敷料。虽然石膏创伤敷料能固定残肢,但它有几个严重缺点。该术后创伤敷料的严重缺点包括外加石膏创伤敷料需要很多时间。另一缺点是,检查残肢时必须打碎和除去残肢上的石膏铸件。
本发明通过提供一种刚性的创伤敷料而克服先有技术的缺点,这种创伤敷料易于制做成在外科截肢后立即包围残肢而同时牢固地固定该残肢,并能容易地检查残肢而不破坏该围绕物件。
发明内容
按照本发明的一个实施例,本发明提供一种含有安置在其内部的可压实的填料的密封套,该套用一种其形状和尺寸制成容纳一身体部分的柔韧的不透气材料制成。本发明包括一种允许与该套的内部连通以便从其抽去空气的适当配置,随后该填料相互啮合成聚集体而形成一个符合该身体部分的刚性构件。该密封套划分为一些相互连接但能够在填料相互啮合后在相对于创伤敷料的中央部分的一些预定点或区域处弯曲的部分。一个垫子连接在该中央部分上以容纳一身体部分的远端。
本发明的重要方面和特点包括一种能够形成一刚性构件的创伤敷料,该物件易于外加到该身体部分上,也易于检查该部位。尤其是,该套的柔性的特性和固有的形状允许该刚性物件的一些部件弯曲而因此从该身体部分上移出,以便检查该身体部分而不破坏该物件。
本发明的另一重要方面和特点是一种能牢固地固定在一身体部分上的创伤敷料,该物件容易而迅速地完成,同时对该身体部分提供舒适和安全。
虽然本文描述的是在外科截肢后立即固定一残肢,但本发明不限于固定残肢。相反,本发明针对需要以简单快速方式固定和检查一身体部分的任何用途。

具体实施方式
图1例示密封套10的平面图,该密封套用柔性的不透空气的片材如涂聚合物的织物或聚合物膜制成并形成一内部体积11。如图1a中所示,套10可用两个连接的片10a和10b制成,并分为对置的长形纵向部分24、24′,对置的中央侧部26、26′及置于纵向部分24、24′和侧部26、26′之间的中央部分28。阀16沿纵向部分24、24′安置并与套的外部连通。任何适合于对套的内部提供可密封的进出口的器件或装置均可用来代替该阀。
套10的内部配置有填料17,该填料聚集成团相互啮合而当通过阀16从密封套10抽去空气时使套10形成与身体部分相符合一致的刚性构件。填料17(图1a)包括预定粒径范围内的微粒,当压实时这些微粒可以压缩或不可压缩。这些微粒可以包括小珠、颗粒、粉末或有机材料,在从密封的真空抽去空气时,这些微粒能够配置成相互啮合。特定种类的填料17可以包括泡沫状和固态的热塑性和热固性材料以及沙子。
图2例示没有填料17的套10的内部,并示出纵向部分24、24′与侧向部分26、26′和中央部分28的间隔处12。间隔处12可以是由套10形成的折痕或隔开套10的这些部分的带状织物。事实上,间隔处12可以是任何这样的配置,这种配置使套10能够在填料17相互啮合之前和之后分隔为相互连接而又能围绕中央部分28弯曲的部分。

虽然套10的例示形状并不被认为限制本发明,但本发明的要点是一种含有其构型和尺寸易于包围一身体部分的填料17的密封套。例如,套10可以包括含有包围一身体部分的可折叠部分的圆或矩形。
图4~6中例示一种将该创伤敷料外加到一身体部分上的方法。图4表示第一步骤,其中套10沿一基本平坦的表面伸展地安置,使填料17均匀地分布在套10中。图5表示第二步骤,其中一身体部分60安置在纵向部分24上。图6表示第三步骤,其中纵向部分24′被折叠而包围该身体部分60。也示出侧向部分26,后者褶卷在纵向部分24′下而也包围该身体部分60。虽然没有示出,但随着侧向部分26′也褶卷在折叠的纵向部分24′下。带子18包裹在纵向部分24、24′周围,从而将套10固定在身体部分60上。
图6中也示出下一步骤,是通过管子22将真空装置20连接到阀16上。真空装置20用于完成从套10的内部抽去空气的步骤。
图7表示在从套10的内部抽去空气和填料17已相互啮合后的刚性套10。套10符合身体部分60的形状。
图8表示打开刚性套10以检查身体部分60,从而解开带子18,从身体部分60拆开纵向部分24′和侧向部分26、26′。

Claims (6)
1. 一种用于一身体部分的创伤敷料,包括:
一种用柔性的不透空气的材料制成的密封套,其形状和尺寸制成容纳和包围一身体部分;
一种被安置在所述套内部的可以压实的填料;以及
一个与该套的内部连通以便从套内抽去空气的阀,该阀抽气后该填料相互啮合成聚集体而形成一个与该套组合的符合一身体部分的刚性构件。
2. 按照权利要求1的创伤敷料,其特征在于,该套包括对置的长形纵向部分、对置的中央侧向部分和一在所述纵向部分和侧向部分之间的中央部分,所述纵向部分和侧向部分被配置成靠近所述中央部分折叠而在折叠构型中符合一身体部分。
3. 按照权利要求2的创伤敷料,其特征在于,还包括一个被连接在所述中央部分上的垫子,其形状和尺寸制成容纳一身体部分的远端。
4. 按照权利要求2的创伤敷料,其特征在于,还包括至少一根被连接在所述纵向部分之一上而相对其横向延伸的带子,所述带子在其两端上有互相连接的连接元件。
5. 按照权利要求1的创伤敷料,其特征在于,该填料选自聚合物小珠、聚合物粉末和沙子。
6. 按照权利要求2的创伤敷料,其特征在于,这些纵向部分的长度显著地大于这些侧向部分。
