Abstract
本发明的便携电话机实现便携电话机功能的同时,特别能用像振动传感器或振动电机之类的振动装置实现音乐游戏那样的游戏机功能。用户像摇动响葫芦那样同步于预定的乐曲的节拍来摇动便携电话机时,振动装置产生振动脉冲,并与节拍脉冲相比较。此后,根据振动脉冲与节拍脉冲之间的时间差对用户摇动便携电话机的动作打分,并在显示器的屏幕上把得分显示出来。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种既能产生乐曲声音或节拍声音之类的乐音以回应来话、又能玩游戏的便携电话机。
背景技术
近年来,一般民众之中正广泛普及使用便携电话机,特别是年青人普遍拥有便携电话机供个人通信用。目前,技术人员正在对便携电话机开发各种技术,在便携电话机中除具备便携电话机功能之外,还具备用作游戏机的特定功能。所以,强烈需求对便携电话机进一步开发并改善作为游戏机的功能。
本发明的目的是提供一种既具备用作游戏机的全新功能又特别能实现模仿乐器演奏的便携电话机。
发明的公开
本发明的便携电话机除具备便携电话机基本功能之外还能实现音乐游戏等的游戏机功能。按照便携电话机功能,便携电话机对于由基地台或移动交换局构成的现有的电话网进行与外部的电话终端的无线线路连接。这里,便携电话机能回应来话而产生预定乐曲的乐曲声音或节拍声音。特别借由振动传感器或振动电机这样的振动装置来实现游戏机功能,即,当使用者摇动便携电话机而与节拍声音同步时,振动装置就产生振动脉冲并与节拍脉冲比较。然后,根据检测到的振动脉冲与节拍脉冲之间的时间差对使用者摇动便携电话机的动作打分,并把得分显示在显示器屏幕上。即,使用者能像摇动响葫芦那样随着节拍同步地摇动便携电话机来玩音乐游戏。
此外,在便携电话机内具有振动电机的情况下,能够回应来话呼叫产生振动,同时能根据该振动电机产生的反电动势检测出施加在便携电话机上的振动。而且,反电动势还可以用来对便携电话机的电池进行充电。

实施发明的最佳方式
以举例方式并参照附图详细说明本发明。
图1表示按照本发明第一实施例的便携电话机K的电路结构。图1中,标号1表示总体控制便携电话机K的各部分或电路的中央处理器(CPU),标号2表示只读存储器(ROM),用来存储由CPU 1执行的程序,同时存储产生把来自发话方的来话呼叫通知给便携电话机K的用户的来话呼叫乐曲声音时所使用的来话呼叫乐曲数据。标号3表示暂存数据用的随机存取存储器(RAM),用来暂时存储拨号时所使用的电话号码或游戏时所使用的音乐数据。另外,RAM 3具有备份电池。标号4表示包含电话号码输入用的数字键和指令或命令输入用的功能键的操作部,标号5表示由液晶显示器及显示控制电路构成的显示器。
标号6表示与天线7连接的通信器,通信器6经天线7用载波发送传输数据,同时解调由天线7收到的来话信号并生成来话数据然后传送到语音处理器8。另外,送话器9拾取便携电话机K的用户的声音,并转换成语音信号传送至语音处理器8。语音处理器8把语音信号转换成数字信号,然后压缩形成供给通信器6的传输数据。另外,通信器6接收正在使用与便携电话机K通信的电话终端(未示出)的人的声音,并转换成语音数据。这样,语音处理器8就把从通信器6输出的语音数据转换成模拟语音信号,传送至扬声器10。
标号13表示写入由CPU 1送来的音乐数据的乐音存储器,即,乐音存储器13是存储来话呼叫乐曲声产生用的来话呼叫乐曲数据和玩游戏用的音乐数据的存储器,详情后述。控制器14把来自CPU 1的音乐数据写入乐音存储器13。这里,音乐数据含乐曲数据、定时数据及节拍数据。这样,控制器14从乐音存储器13读取乐曲数据,再根据定时数据依顺序输出至音源电路15。另外,控制器14根据节拍数据产生指定节拍音的产生定时的脉冲信号,并输出到节拍音源电路16。
音源电路15是依FM方式或PCM方式形成数字乐音信号的电路。即,音源电路15根据控制器14输出的乐曲数据形成数字乐曲声信号,并发送到数模变换器(DAC)18。数模变换器18把音源电路15输出的数字乐曲声信号变换成为模拟乐曲声信号传送至混声器20。节拍音源电路16根据控制器14输出的脉冲信号产生数字节拍音信号,并传送至数模变换器(DAC)19。数模变换器19将节拍音源电路16输出的数字节拍音信号变换成模拟节拍音信号并传送至混声器20。混声器20把分别由数模变换器18和19输出的模拟乐曲声信号和模拟节拍音信号混合起来。如此,混声器20产生混合信号并传送至扬声器21。
标号23表示感知用户给予便携电话机K的摇摆的振动传感器。如果振动传感器23的输出超过规定阈值,振动检测电路24就产生脉冲,并传送至节拍差检测电路25。即,只要振动传感器23的输出超过规定阈值,振动检测电路24就输出脉冲信号并传送至节拍差检测电路25。用户由按下操作部4按键开始游戏时,CPU 1发出游戏开始信号,启动节拍差检测电路25。即,CPU 1发出游戏开始信号后,节拍差检测电路25测出由控制器14输出而指定节拍音产生定时的脉冲与从检测便携电话机K的摇摆振动的振动检测电路24输出的脉冲之间的时间差。然后,将测得的时间差传送至CPU 1。
以下,说明除具备便携电话功能之外还具有游戏机功能的便携电话机K的详细动作。首先,说明便携电话机K的便携电话功能。
当有来自发话方的电话终端的来话呼叫时,通信器6由天线7接收来话信号并进行解调,然后把来话数据传送至CPU 1。CPU 1接受来话数据并把发话方的电话号码存储在RAM 3中。然后,CPU 1从ROM 2读取来话呼叫乐曲数据并传送至控制器14。控制器14把来话呼叫乐曲数据写入到乐音存储器13内,由此,依顺序读取来话呼叫乐曲数据并供应至音源电路15。这样,音源电路15产生来话呼叫乐曲信号,由数模变换器18转换成模拟信号。模拟信号经混声器20供应至扬声器21,扬声器21产生来话呼叫乐曲产。
听到来话呼叫乐曲声,便携电话机K的用户按操作部4的受话键(未示出)时,CPU 1就向控制器14发出来话呼叫乐曲声停止指令。另外,CPU 1向语音处理器8及通信器6发出线路连接指令。从而,进行便携电话机K与发话方的电话终端机的线路连接。这样就能够把送话器9的语音信号传送至发话方。另外,语音处理器8把基于发话方语音的语音信号输出至扬声器10。如此,扬声器10产生发话方的声音。
在主叫通话发送时,便携电话机K的用户操作操作部4的数字键以输入通话对方的电话号码,然后用户按下操作部4的发送钮(未示出)。借由使用数字键进行的电话号码输入,CPU 1将电话号码写入RAM 3。一旦用户按下发送钮,CPU 1就把暂时存储在RAM 3中的电话号码传送至通信器6。然后,通信器6由天线7用载波发送表示电话号码的信号。因而,对应于电话号码的呼叫信号被传送至通话对方的电话终端机。一旦完成与通话对方的电话终端机的线路连接,CPU 1就向通信器6及语音处理器8发出线路连接指令。如此,就能用送话器9及扬声器10与通话对方进行通话。
上述便携电话机功能也是一般传统便携电话机所使用的功能。
然后,说明便携电话机K的游戏机功能。在这种情况下,用户打电话给音乐下载中心(未示出)请求分配(或下载)乐曲。音乐下载中心是专门用来分配音乐信息或数据的设备。音乐下载中心经电话线路接受来自电话用户或订户的请求,收费分配所要求的乐曲的音乐数据。即,音乐下载中心把包括乐曲声音数据及节拍奏声音数据的音乐数据分配给用户或订户。在便携电话机K请求到乐曲分配的情况下,音乐下载中心把相应的音乐数据下载至便携电话机K,通信器6接收相应的音乐数据并传送至CPU 1,CPU 1就把下载的音乐数据写入RAM 3。这种情况下,便携电话机K的用户能向音乐下载中心中请求分配多首乐曲,这多首乐曲就被写入到RAM 3中。
在便携电话机K下载并接收到所请求的多首乐曲的音乐数据时,用户便能操作操作部4的规定键来选择这些乐曲中的一首。CPU 1检测用户所作的键操作以从RAM 3内读取所选定的乐曲的音乐数据。读取的音乐数据被传送至控制器14并由控制器14写入乐音存储器13。然后,用户操作操作部4的规定键,开始游戏。CPU 1检测该键操作,并向控制器14及节拍差检测电路25发出游戏开始指令。如此,控制器14依顺序从乐音存储器13内读取包含乐曲数据、定时数据及节拍音数据的音乐数据。控制器14根据定时数据把乐曲数据输出到音源电路15,同时根据节拍音数据把指定节拍音产生定时的脉冲信号输出至节拍音源电路16。如此,扬声器21产生选定的乐曲的乐曲声音及节拍声音。
用户握住并与乐曲同步地摇动便携电话机K,犹如摇动响葫芦这种打击乐器。用户摇动便携电话机K时,使便携电话机K摇摆振动,振动传感器23感知并输出脉冲。即,振动检测电路24把对应于振动传感器23输出的脉冲信号输出至节拍差检测电路25。因此,节拍差检测电路25输入检测摇摆振动的振动检测电路24的输出脉冲和指定节拍音产生定时的控制器14的输出脉冲。只要用户强力摇动便携电话机K超过规定的限值,节拍差检测电路25就逐次地检测出上述脉冲的时间差。结果,节拍差检测电路25对于控制器14的各个输出脉冲产生时间差数据,并逐次传送至CPU 1。CPU 1依顺序将时间差数据写入RAM 3。
当便携电话机K基于存入乐音存储器13的音乐数据的乐曲播放结束时,控制器14向CPU 1发出表示播放结束的中断信号。收到中断信号后,CPU 1集合存入RAM 3的时间差数据。这样,就把时间差数据的总和作为玩音乐游戏的用户的得分显示在显示器5的屏幕上。
在上述实施例中,便携电话机K根据音乐数据中所含的节拍数据产生节拍脉冲。可修改本实施例,让节拍脉冲取自乐曲声音数据。另外,还可修改本实施例,使节拍音的产生在游戏过程中停止。
然后,参照图2说明本发明的第二实施例,该图表示便携电话机K1的电路结构。图2中,与图1相同部分以相同的标号表示,根据需要省略其说明。
图2所示的便携电话机K1有别于图1所示的便携电话机K,具有振动电机26及二极管27,以取代上述的振动传感器23及振动检测电路24。另外,图2所示的便携电话机K1也配有电池28及电源电路29,此二部分也用于图1的便携电话机K,但并未表示出来。振动电机26是一个振动元件不平衡地装配在转轴上的直流电机,当振动电机26启动而使转轴旋转时,振动元件因不平衡运动产生振动。二极管27用来防止反向电流。
在便携电话机K1中,用户操作操作部4的按键以选择由振动电机26产生的振动取代来话呼叫声音的产生。在这种情况下,有来话时,CPU 1向振动电机26发出驱动指令。如此,CPU 1启动振动电机26以产生振动回应来话呼叫,而不产生来话呼叫乐曲声音。
其次,说明便携电话机K1的游戏机功能。在这种情况下,用户切断振动电机26的电源。与图1所示的便携电话机K一样,便携电话机K1执行同样的处理,扬声器21产生所选择的特定乐曲的乐音。如果用户使便携电话机K1随特定乐曲的乐音同步摇动,便携电话机K1的振动会使振动电机26的转轴旋转。转轴的强制旋转就在振动电机26的线圈上产生脉冲型的反电动势,反电动势施加在节拍差检测电路25上。然后,节拍差检测电路25检测出反电动势脉冲与控制器14输出的节拍脉冲之间的时间差。节拍差检测电路25生成时间差数据,并传送至CPU 1。总之,便携电话机K1的特征在于使用振动电机26取代图1所示的振动传感器23。
上述的反电动势经二极管27供给电池28,使电池28充电。这就意味着便携电话机K1既把振动电机26用作振动源,同时也用作用户玩音乐游戏时对电池28充电的电源。
如上所述,本发明具有各种效果或技术特征,记载如下:
(1)本发明的便携电话机检测对应于乐曲节拍的节拍脉冲与用户随乐曲的乐音同步摇动便携电话机而产生的脉冲之间的时间差。而且,将新功能引入便携电话机,根据节拍脉冲与随用户的动作而产生的脉冲之间的时间差对音乐游戏的得分自动计分。这样,便携电话机会吸引众人的关心,从而有可能唤起便携电话机及游戏机市场中的新的需求。
(2)便携电话机的振动检测不只是由振动传感器来实现,也能由振动电机来实现。振动电机用来产生振动以回应来话呼叫。另外,振动电机可以由施予其上的振动产生反电动势,也可以用作传感器。另外,反电动势可以用来对电池充电。所以,无须对现有的电话机制作设备进行新的设备投资,就能简单地制造出具备振动电机实现本发明的游戏机功能的便携电话机,因而可以减少生产具有游戏机功能的新的便携电话机的制造成本。
最后,本发明并不被限定前述实施例,所以,有可能进行各种形式的变换而并不背离本发明的宗旨。
Claims (5)
1.一种便携电话机,与基地台进行无线信号发送/接收,具有能与外部的电话终端进行通话的通信器,该便携电话机包括:
检测施加于便携电话机的振动的振动传感器;
产生预定乐曲的乐音的乐音发生器;
与预定乐曲的乐音同步产生节拍音信号的节拍音信号发生器;
检测振动传感器的输出与节拍音信号之间的定时差的节拍差检测器;
根据节拍差检测器检测到的定时差进行计分的计分器;及
在屏幕上显示得分的显示器。
2.一种便携电话机,与基地台进行无线信号发送/接收,具有能与外部的电话终端进行通话的通信器,该便携电话机包括:
在有来话时对便携电话机施以振动同时由振动产生反电动势的振动电机;
产生预定乐曲的乐音的乐音发生器;
与预定乐曲的乐音同步产生节拍音信号的节拍音信号发生器;
检测对应于反电动势的振动电机的输出与节拍音信号之间的定时差的节拍差检测器;
根据节拍差检测器检测到的定时差进行计分的计分器;及
在屏幕上显示得分的显示器。
3.一种便携电话机,包括:
存储包含多首乐曲的乐曲数据和节拍音数据的音乐数据的存储器;
根据从多首乐曲中选出的预定乐曲的乐曲数据产生乐音的乐音发生器;
根据预定乐曲的节拍音数据产生节拍音的节拍音发生器;
检测施加予便携电话机的振动并产生脉冲的振动装置;
检测对应于节拍音数据的节拍脉冲与振动装置所产生的脉冲之间的定时差的节拍差检测器;及
根据节拍差检测器检测到的定时差显示对用户摇动便携电话机的动作给予的得分的显示器。
4.如权利要求3所述的便携电话机,其特征在于所述振动装置是由振动产生反电动势的振动电机。
