Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及柔性活塞杆,尤其涉及用于医疗分配装置的柔性活塞杆。
背景技术
为了提供活塞杆能够线性地更紧凑的移动物体的装置和应用,理想的是避免允许刚性线性活塞杆沿着其轴线移动整个位移长度所必需的空间需求。已经设计了几种柔性活塞杆,它们体现为由内部弯曲心轴或导杆支承的螺旋弹簧或互相配合的多个元件。所有已知的柔性活塞杆要么太复杂,要么需要相对较大的力来移动。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种柔性活塞杆,该活塞杆制造和操作简单并且需要相对较小的位移力。
根据本发明,该目的通过这样的活塞杆实现,该活塞杆包括一排元件,每个元件具有顶表面,底表面和侧表面,一个元件的顶表面通过铰接机构连接到相邻元件的底表面,该铰接机构定位成和适于允许这两个相邻元件从第一位置枢转到第二位置,在所述第一位置,一个元件顶表面的至少一部分邻接所述相邻元件的底表面的相应部分,所述第一位置对应于该活塞杆的线性、相对较硬结构,在所述第二位置,一个元件的所述顶表面与相邻元件的所述底表面留有间隔,所述第二位置对应于所述柔性活塞杆。
在根据本发明的柔性活塞杆的当前优选实施例中,所述侧表面具有第一和第二互相相对的圆柱形表面部分,该圆柱形表面部分包含螺纹,所述螺纹用于啮合驱动器的相应螺纹,所述驱动器可以沿所述活塞杆的纵向方向移动所述活塞杆。由此实现了一种自支持和自定心的简单位移机构。
优选地,布置在所述第一和第二表面部分之间的至少一个表面部分是平面的,以使当所述元件的侧表面上的螺纹被所述驱动器的螺纹啮合时,允许与机构配合以防止该活塞杆围绕其纵轴线旋转。
优选地,所述顶表面和底表面的所述部分与所述铰接机构留有间隔。因此实现了该活塞杆的特别稳定的线性结构。
有利地,所述元件和所述铰接机构形成一个由可模塑材料一次模制的整体模制活塞杆,优选为塑料材料,如尼龙或POM。
在另一方面,本发明涉及一种柔性活塞杆,其包括一个相对较硬且有弹性的材料条带(如钢),在松弛状态下所述条带在其纵向方向的横向具有弓形横截面,沿着所述条带的长度设置有一纵排等间距的孔,以用于接纳驱动器的突出,该驱动器沿所述条带的纵向方向移动所述条带,优选地,当该活塞杆至少在其伸展状态时,所述条带的大部分卷成一卷。

具体实施方式
参考图1-8,活塞1连接到柔性活塞杆2的一端,该活塞杆由一系列通过铰链4互相连接的元件3组成。元件3通过铰链4互相形成一体,该铰链4允许互相相邻的元件相对于彼此从图2所示的互相邻接的位置枢转到图4的位置,其中在图2所示的位置,元件3与邻接表面5和提供刚性的铰链4一起形成线性活塞杆,从而提供了能够对活塞1施加压力而不会侧向偏转的活塞杆2;在图4所示的位置,元件3彼此分开地枢转,以使活塞杆2弯曲。
该弯曲能力可以使任何利用该柔性活塞杆2来线性地移动物体的装置具有紧凑的结构,这是因为在移动物体的过程中,最初活塞杆的主要部分可以沿着活塞1的期望移动路径延伸,见图9以及相应的解释。
柔性活塞杆2的材料可以是任何合适的可模塑材料,但是它优选为塑料材料,如尼龙和聚甲醛(POM)。所述元件、铰链和活塞在一次单独的模制操作中被一次模制而成,大幅降低了制造成本。
每个元件3在具有圆柱形构造的元件的两个相对部分7和8上带有外螺纹6。至少与铰链4相吻合的元件3的侧面9是扁平的,以允许实施铰链的模制。扁平侧面9或者优选两个相对的扁平侧面9和10的进一步功能是,当通过驱动器的螺纹同螺纹6啮合而轴向移动活塞杆2时,防止活塞杆2围绕其轴线旋转,例如参见图9。
现在参考图9,所示的柔性活塞杆2用于从卡普耳(carpule)分配胰岛素,为了更清楚,所示的卡普耳为放置到操作位置之前的情况,并且具有一个未示出的由活塞1邻接和移动的内部活塞。活塞杆2布置成在该装置的壳体14中的两个引导壁12和13之间运动。活塞1与未示出的可移动壁或卡普耳11的活塞邻接,从而活塞1的轴向位移将把胰岛素挤出卡普耳11而进入未示出的用于注射患者的针中。
齿轮15安装在壳体14中用于旋转,该齿轮带有一个所述活塞的元件3可以延伸通过的中心孔。该内孔带有未示出的可与活塞元件3的螺纹6啮合的螺纹,从而齿轮15的旋转可以使活塞1移动到卡普耳11中。
齿轮15由形状记忆合金驱动器旋转,该驱动器包括形状记忆合金金属丝16,如镍钛诺,该金属丝的一端连接铆钉17,另一端连接到驱动器弹簧杆18的自由端。
驱动器弹簧杆18的自由端被定位成使得其与齿轮15的齿啮合,并且通过所述杆弹簧力的偏压而在切向和径向上施加弹簧力。
爪簧杆19定位成使得其端部与齿轮15的齿啮合,并且被偏压以在径向施加弹簧力。爪簧杆19的该端部被两个未示出的止动销限制而实际上只能在径向移动。
未示出的电池将能量供应给镍钛诺金属丝16的端部来加热它,从而使其收缩。
通过交替地加热和冷却镍钛诺金属丝16使齿轮15旋转,因此该金属丝收缩而使弹簧杆18竖起,此时爪簧杆保持齿轮13不发生旋转,之后该金属丝膨胀而使弹簧杆转动齿轮且推进活塞杆2。
元件3的扁平表面9和10邻接引导壁12和13的扁平表面,可以防止在旋转齿轮15的影响下使活塞杆2围绕其纵轴线20旋转。
柔性活塞杆2也可以通过另一个驱动器移动,例如蜗轮。
现在参考图10,一个与图9所述的相同的卡普耳11位于数字21表示的驱动器附近,而驱动器的活塞22与所述卡普耳的不可见活塞邻接。
活塞22连接到钢带23的一端,该端在条带23纵向的直角方向具有弓形横截面。该弓形形状使钢带23的刚性增强而不会发生侧向偏转,因此该钢带可以将压力传递到活塞22而不会由于侧向偏转而减弱。
一排等间距的延伸孔24设在条带23中,以用于接纳滚筒26的肋25,该滚筒具有可以与涡轮28啮合的齿轮27。该涡轮被一个同图9的形状记忆合金驱动器类似的驱动器驱动。
通过旋转涡轮28,而使齿轮27和滚筒26旋转,由此容纳在狭缝24中的肋25使滚筒中的钢带23松开并且将它移动到卡普耳中,由此活塞22移动卡普耳活塞并且从卡普耳11中分配胰岛素,该卡普耳以与图9的卡普耳11相同的方式定位于分配装置中。
Claims (7)
1.一种柔性活塞杆,尤其用于医疗分配装置,该活塞杆包括一排元件,每个元件具有一个顶表面,一个底表面和一个侧表面,一个元件的所述顶表面通过铰接机构连接到相邻元件的所述底表面,该铰接机构定位成和适于允许这两个相邻元件从第一位置枢转到第二位置,在所述第一位置,一个元件的顶表面的至少一部分邻接所述相邻元件的底表面的相应部分,所述第一位置对应于所述活塞杆的线性、相对较硬的结构,在所述第二位置,一个元件的所述顶表面与所述相邻元件的所述底表面留有间隔,所述第二位置对应于所述柔性活塞杆的弯曲结构。
2.根据权利要求1的活塞杆,其中,所述侧表面具有第一和第二互相相对的圆柱形表面部分,该圆柱形表面部分包含螺纹,该螺纹用于啮合驱动器的相应螺纹,该驱动器用于沿所述活塞杆的纵向方向移动所述活塞杆。
3.根据权利要求2的活塞杆,其中,布置在所述第一和第二表面部分之间的至少一个表面部分是平面的,以使当所述元件的侧表面上的所述螺纹被所述驱动器的螺纹啮合时,允许与机构配合以防止所述活塞杆围绕其纵轴线旋转。
4.根据上述任一权利要求的活塞杆,其中,所述顶表面和底表面的所述部分与所述铰接机构留有间隔。
5.根据上述任一权利要求的活塞杆,其中,所述元件和所述铰接机构形成由可模塑材料一次模制的整体模制活塞杆,所述可模塑材料优选为塑料材料,如尼龙或聚甲醛。
6.一种柔性活塞杆,该活塞杆包括一个相对较硬且有弹性的材料条带如钢,在松弛状态下所述条带在其纵向方向的横向具有弓形横截面,沿着所述条带的长度设置有一纵排等间距的孔,以用于接纳驱动器的突出,该驱动器沿所述条带的纵向方向移动所述条带。
7.根据权利要求7的活塞杆,其中,当所述活塞杆至少在其伸展状态时,所述条带的大部分卷成一卷。
