Abstract

Beschrieben wird eine Hochtemperatur-Gleitlegierung, die eine Matrix (4) aus einer Ni-Legierung oder einer hitzebeständigen Fe-Legierung hat, und die, auf die Masse bezogen, 1 bis 35% harte Teilchen (6) bestehend aus einer intermetallischen Verbindung auf Co-Basis darin dispergiert, enthält, wobei 0,1 bis 10% Ag (8) in der Matrix dispergiert sind. Ag ist ein weiches Metall, bildet einen ultradünnen Film auf einer Gleitoberfläche, der durch einen Gleiteffekt mit einem paarenden Element hervorgerufen wird und der einen Schmiereffekt ergibt. Wenn Ag den ultrafeinen Film bildet und sich auf der gleitenden Oberfläche ausbreitet, dann zeigt es gegenüber dem paarenden Element eine niedrige Reibungskraft aufgrund seiner niedrigen Scherfestigkeit. Demgemäß kann ein niedriger Reibungskoeffizient erhalten werden.
