Claims (14)

1. Drucksensor mit einem Kondensator mit einem ersten Kondensator- Polelement (1) und mindestens einem zweiten Kondensator-Polelement (3), welche beabstandet zueinander angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Kondensator-Polelement (1, 3) mindestens eine Unebenheit (31, 31' bzw. 32, 32') an der Oberfläche seiner zum anderen Kondensator-Polelement (3, 1) weisenden leitfähigen Bestandteile aufweist, daß der Abstand der beiden Kondensator- Polelemente (1, 3) voneinander im Bereich der Unebenheit (31, 31' bzw. 32, 32') anders als in einem der Unebenheit (31, 31' bzw. 32, 32') benachbarten Bereich (32, 32' bzw. 31, 31') ist, und daß die Differenz dieser beiden verschiedenen Abstände bei Druckbeaufschlagung des Kondensators durch Verformung mindestens eines Kondensator- Polelements (1, 3) veränderbar - insbesondere - verringerbar ist.1.
