Claims (1)

  1. Benutzervorrichtung zum Empfang von Daten eines Übertragungszeitintervalls, wobei die Übertragungszeitintervall-Daten unter Verwendung einer adaptiven Modulation und Kodierung übertragen werden, wobei die Benutzervorrichtung einen hybriden automatischen Wiederholungsanforderungsmechanismus der physikalischen Schicht für die empfangenen Übertragungszeitintervall-Daten besitzt, die Benutzervorrichtung umfassend:
    einen Empfänger, der an eine Antenne gekoppelt ist, zum Empfangen der Übertragungszeitintervall-Daten, wobei die Übertragungszeitintervall-Daten eine Vielzahl von Transportblocksätzen aufweisen, und unter Verwendung eines ersten spezifizierten Modulations- und Kodierungsschemas übertragen werden, und zum Empfangen zumindest eines erneut übertragenen Transportblocksatzes, wobei der zumindest eine erneut übertragene Transportblocksatz unter Verwendung eines zweiten, anderen, spezifizierten Modulations- und Kodierungsschemas übertragen wird;
    einen hybriden automatischen Wiederholungsanforderungs-Dekodierer, der an den Empfänger gekoppelt ist, zur Bestimmung, ob Daten eines jeden der Transportblocksätze eine spezifizierte Qualität erreichen, und zur Kombination des zumindest einen erneut übertragenen Transportblocksatz mit einem entsprechenden, zuvor empfangenen Transportblocksatz; und
    einen automatischen Wiederholungsanforderungs-Sender, der eine Wiederholungsanforderung überträgt, wenn die spezifizierte Qualität nicht erreicht wird.
