Description
The invention relates to a Outsole for sports shoes, according to the preamble of Claim 1.
From the PUMA catalog 1977, page 7, model 156 - Bonhof- Training star is already a sports shoe with a run sole known to its wearer with normal foot position (Normal position of the sole surface) good ground contact offers. This is ensured by the outsole a central zone with approximately symmetrical to the longitudinal axis of the outsole arranged knob-shaped profile elevations and two die Edge zones bordering the central zone with a rough profile has whose outer edges rounded with a radius are. This well-known outsole is already a solution the task of being the wearer in addition to good soles elasticity high kick and side slip resistance to offer.
However, it is one that is evolving in the direction Outsole for sports shoes is desirable to the wearer both with normal foot position, i.e. touching the ground at least with a large proportion of the sole area, maximum convenience and at the same time Grip, as well as with extremely sloping foot position, So if the sole edge touches as far as possible, one offers improved traction.
The invention is therefore based on the object Outsole for sports shoes of the type mentioned at the beginning so improve that while maintaining a soft Appearance and a high grip on normal Foot position the traction when touching the sole edge is significantly improved.
This object is achieved according to the invention in the sole mentioned solved the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1.
A high adhesive effect and flexibility of the soles Ribs provided in the edge region are obtained in particular then if this transition area two to five such Has ribs and if at least part of them Ribs through substantially parallel to the tread Incisions is formed.
Further details and advantages of the invention emerge from the subclaims.
Es zeigenThe invention based on the drawings of an off management example explained in more detail. Show it
Fig. 1 und 3 die Draufsicht auf die Lauffläche er findungsgemäßer Laufsohlen mit unterschiedlicher Laufflächenprofilierung, Fig. 1 and 3, the plan view of the tread according to the invention it soles with different tread profiling,
Fig. 2 is a partial section through the outsole of FIG. 1 along the line II-II.
The outsole 1 is made of resilient material, such as natural or synthetic rubber or plastic, and is in the form of a shell sole. In the embodiment shown, it has an inner or upper shell 3 and an associated tread part 17 . This also includes the rounded transition area 5 , which runs out of the shell 3 at the approximately 10 to 15 mm high shell edge 18 . In the tread 2 of the outsole part 17 , gripping elements 6, 13 of different sizes with suction cup effect can be provided as required. So Fig. 1 shows a running surface in which the gripping elements 6 are summarized in groups 7 of seven pieces. Here, the diameter of the gripping elements 6 can be about 2 to 4 mm and the suction cup-shaped recess can be about 1 to 3 mm. Between the individual Greifele element groups 7 there are grooves 8 , which are deepened by about 1 mm compared to the base 9 of the polygonal gripping element groups 7 ( FIG. 2). These grooves 8 facilitate, inter alia, by bending the tread and thus adapting it to the smallest unevenness in the floor.
Fig. 3 shows a tread formation with in contrast to the larger according to Fig. 1 suction cup elements 13 , the depth of which can be 2-5 mm and the outside diameter 7-13 mm. The width of the suction cup edges is then in the order of 50-100% of the inner diameter of the suction cup elements 13 . Grooves 14 can also be provided here to increase the flexibility of the outsole 1 .
The inventive design of the outsole in the transition area 5 shows Fig. 2. The transition area 5 is rounded with a radius R between 7 and 13 mm and has 2-5 rip pen 10 with a rib height of 1-4 mm. The relatively high degree of flexibility of these ribs 10 is very important, because this results in the excellent traction when the shoe is extremely inclined, even if it only touches a part of the transition area 5 . A particularly high resilience of the ribs 10, it is kept when these ribs of cuts 11 are ge, which are substantially parallel to the tread 2 . This causes the outsole contact area in the transition region 5 to be enlarged when the shoe is placed at an angle. If the outsole 1 is extremely inclined, the corresponding section of the transition area 5 alone provides grip.
This is further supported if the tread part 17 is made softer by about 10-15 Shore A than the shell 3 and has a hardness of 50-60 Shore A. This also results in a comparatively soft, supple and well-holding tread under a harder and therefore more dimensionally stable shell part.
If necessary, for. B. to increase the stopping properties of the outsole, the transition area 5 in the heel area can be interrupted by a zone 12 which has transverse profile webs 19 with a height of 1-3 mm.
