Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand für Zeichnung nlther erlautert, in der @@ Fig. 1 ein Bewehrungsteil in Form einer einlagig gewebten dünnen Bahn aus Schußfäden 1 und Kettfäden 2, die hier gleichen Durchmesser aufweisen, der zweckmäßigerweise zwischen 0,5 bis 1,5 mm liegt. Ein solches bahnartiges Bewehrungsmaterial ist insbesondere zur Schienung otler Bandagierung eines Kiiochenbruches geeignet. Nach Tränken mit einer Knochenzementmasse wird es in der in der Hauptanmeldung gezeigten Weise um eine Knochenbruchstelle gewickelt, wobei es nach Aushärten der Zementmasse sofort die Knochenbruchstücke fixiert. Patentansprüche 1. Bewehrungsteil für zementöse Knochen füllungen oder -ansätze mit zugeordneter Knochenzementmasse, bestehend aus einem weichelastischen, zurechtschneidbaren Schwamm aus körperverträglichem Material mit Kanaldurchmessern bis zu einigen Millimetern und durch eine dem Schwamm zugeordnete, für dessen durchgehende Tränkung ausreichend dünnflüssige Knochenzement- oder sonstige schnellhärtende Kunststoffmasse, gemäß Patentanmeldung P 30 38 319.8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Schwamm ein aus körperverträglichem Fadenmaterial hergestelltes Fadengebilde verwendet isl.
