Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Stent für Angioplastie und ein dazugehöriges Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung.
- Der Begriff „Stent für Angioplastie" soll im Allgemeinen Vorrichtungen bezeichnen, die für die endoluminale Anwendung (beispielsweise innerhalb eines Blutgefäßes) in Verbindung mit der Technik der perkutanen transluminalen Koronarangioplastie oder PTCA, die üblicherweise durch das Katheterisieren0 einer stenotischen Stelle durchgeführt wird, vorgesehen sind.
- Die Ausweitung des Stents an der Stelle bewirkt eine Ausweitung des Lumens, wodurch die darauf folgende Eliminierung der Stenose veranlasst wird, und die lokale Stützung des Lumens durch den Stent, der ausgeweitet an der Stelle belassen wird, verhindert eine Restenose des behandelten Ortes aufgrund der nachfolgenden Erschlaffung der Blutgefäßwand. Die Verwendung einer im Wesentlichen ähnlichen Struktur zur Einsetzung von vaskulären Transplantaten und deren Befestigung an Ort und Stelle wurde im Stand der Technik bereits vorgeschlagen: natürlich sollte diese mögliche Erweiterung des Anwendungsgebiets als im Umfang der vorliegenden Erfindung inbegriffen betrachtet werden.
- Hinsichtlich einer allgemeinen Übersicht über vaskuläre Stents kann zweckmäßigerweise auf die Arbeit „Textbook of Interventional Cardiology", herausgegeben von Eric J. Topol, W.B. Saunders Company, 1994, und insbesondere auf Abschnitt IV des Bands II mit dem Titel „Coronary Stenting" verwiesen werden.
- Viele Patentschriften sprachen dieses Problem an, beispielsweise die US-A-4 776 337, die US-A-4 800 882, die US-A-4 907 336, die US-A-4 886 062, die US-A-4 830 003, die US-A-4 856 516, die US-A-4 768 507 und die US-A-4 503 569.
- Die Implantierung dieser Vorrichtungen, was bei der Behandlung zahlreicher Herzkrankheiten ein Faktor ist, kann die Möglichkeit, an der Stent-Implantierungsstelle Agenzien oder aktive Elemente verabreichen zu können (wobei die beiden Begriffe untenstehend im gleichbedeutenden Sinn verwendet werden), erfordern oder kann daraus wenigstens einen besonderen Vorteil ziehen, wobei die Agenzien oder aktiven Elemente verschiedene Endzwecke haben: sie können beispielsweise antithromboseerzeugende Agenzien oder allgemeiner Agenzien zum direkten Widerstehen von Restenosis des behandelten Ortes aufgrund der Bildung von Ablagerungen, von Gewebewucherung etc. sein. Diesbezüglich kann zweckmäßigerweise auf die folgenden Arbeiten Bezug genommen werden:

- Viele Anwendungsprobleme rühren von diesem Betriebsverfahren her, und zwar größtenteils in Bezug auf die spezifischen Lösungen, die übernommen wurden. Beispielsweise besteht das Problem der Vermeidung, dass das Agens oder die Agenzien, die zur Verabreichung im Bereich des Stents bestimmt sind, in andere Bereiche gebracht oder transportiert werden, wo sie negative oder schädliche Auswirkungen haben können. Andere Probleme können auftreten, und zwar beispielsweise bei der Sicherstellung der Beständigkeit und des allmählichen, über die Zeit hinweg erfolgenden Freisetzens von aktiven Substanzen, die sozusagen vom durch den Stent fließenden Blut fortgewaschen werden können.
- Diese Probleme können selbst nicht durch das Zurückgreifen auf andere Lösungen, wie z.B. auf radioaktive Stents oder sogenannte biologisch abbaubare Stents, wie beispielsweise in der Arbeit „Biodegradable Stents: The Future of Interventional Cardiology?" von M. Labinaz et al; Joural, of International Cardiology; Band 8, Nr. 4, 1995, S. 395-405, veranschaulicht, gelöst oder vermieden werden. Bisher öffentlich vorgeschlagene, radioaktive Stents verursachen andere Probleme, die im Wesentlichen mit der Tatsache zusammenhängen, dass ihre Benutzung in den meisten Fällen die typischen Merkmale einer Radiotherapie und/oder Nuklearmedizin annimmt. Der Hauptnachteil von biologisch abbaubaren Stents besteht darin, dass zumindest auf lange Sicht, bei vollständig oder beträchtlich abgebautem Stent, eine Verringerung der mechanischen Abstützung der Blutgefäßwand gegen das Risiko eines Zusammenfallens gegeben ist.
- Als weitere Lösung zur Verabreichung verschiedener Arten eines aktiven Elements an der Stent-Implantierungsstelle wurde kürzlich eine Lösung vorgeschlagen, bei der zumindest ein Teil der Oberfläche des Körpers des Stents (oder der Implantierungsvorrichtung im Allgemeinen) mit einem Rezeptor beschichtet ist, der zur Bindung an einen Liganden in der Lage ist, welcher durch Kombination eines aktiven Elements mit einer Substanz, die an den Rezeptor binden kann, gebildet wird.
- Damit diese neue Lösung zur Gänze von Vorteil ist, das heißt, damit sie auch mit herkömmlicheren Techniken für eine wirksame örtliche Verabreichung der aktiven Elemente eingesetzt werden kann, scheint es wichtig zu sein, eine gute Adhäsion und/oder Retention der Substanz oder der Substanzen, mit welchen diese aktiven Elemente assoziert und/oder zur Assoziation bestimmt sind, am Stent zu erzielen.
- Diesbezüglich ist es daher notwendig, verschiedene Begleitfaktoren, die einander oft widersprechen, in Betracht zu ziehen.
- Bei einer signifikanten Anzahl von Anmeldungen ist es wichtig, dass die aktiven Elemente hauptsächlich, aber nicht ausschließlich, an der äußeren Oberfläche des Stents vorhanden sind. Umgekehrt ist es üblicherweise wünschenswert, dass die innere Oberfläche des Stents selbst so inert wie möglich ist, das heißt, sowohl vom chemischen Standpunkt als auch vom Standpunkt der möglichen mechanischen Verankerung möglicher Ablagerungen aus betrachtet.
- Dies ist der Grund, weshalb derzeit erhältliche, vaskuläre Stents einem Poliervorgang unterzogen werden, der dazu bestimmt ist, die Oberfläche des Stents (sowohl innen als auch außen) sehr glatt zu machen. Diesbezüglich ist es auch möglich, den Stent mit einer Schicht aus biokompatiblem Material, wie z.B. einem (beispielsweise unter Anwendung von Sputter-Techniken abgelagerten) biokompatiblen Kohlenstoffmaterial, zu überziehen, um dem gesamten Stent einen hohen Hämokompatibilitätsgrad zu verleihen. Das Einsetzen dieser Technik zur Auftragung einer derartigen Schicht bedeutet, dass es angesichts der sehr geringen Abmessungen eines Stents für Angioplastie praktisch unmöglich ist, die Auftragung genau auf die Innenfläche des Stents zu beschränken. Daher ist als Folge die gesamte Oberfläche des Stents mit einer Schicht überzogen; welche von ihrer Natur her die Ablagerung von Substanzen am Stent selbst in der Tat unmöglich macht.
- Ein weiterer Faktor sollte nicht vergessen werden: ein Stent für Angioplastie ist von seiner Natur her eine stark mit Öffnungen versehene Struktur, üblicherweise eine netzartige Struktur, bei der insbesondere in der radial ausgedehnten Position die Nutzfläche, die zum Kontakt mit der Blutgefäßwand bestimmt ist, ein kleiner Bruchteil der von der Außenseite des Stent selbst definierten, theoretischen rohrförmigen Oberfläche ist. In anderen Worten: sogar beim Beiseitestellen der anderen, obenstehend beschriebenen Probleme gibt es sehr wenig verfügbare Fläche am Stent zum Tragen der zur lokalen Verabreichung bestimmten, aktiven Elemente.
- Genauer gesagt bezieht sich die vorliegende Erfindung auf einen Stent und ein Verfahren, welche die in den Oberbegriffen der Ansprüche 1 bzw. 12 dargelegten Merkmale aufweisen. Diese sind beispielsweise aus der EP-A-0 747 069 bekannt.
- Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht in der Beseitigung der obenstehend beschriebenen Nachteile.
- Insbesondere ermöglicht die erfindungsgemäße Lösung, welche die in den kennzeichnenden Teilen des Anspruchs 1 und des Anspruchs 12 dargelegten Eigenschaften besitzt, die gezielte Aufbringung einer völlig effektiven Menge eines aktiven Elements (entweder direkt oder in Form eines Rezeptors, der an einen das aktive Element tragenden Liganden binden kann) speziell nur auf die äußere Oberfläche des Stents, ohne dadurch die Möglichkeit zu verlieren, sogar bei einer Umhüllung mit Beschichtungen wie hämo kompatiblen Kohlenstoffbeschichtungen zumindest im Inneren des Stents eine sehr glatte Oberfläche zu haben.
- Die Erfindung, die einen Stent sowie das dazugehörige Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung betrifft, wird nunmehr unter Bezugnahme auf die angeschlossenen Zeichnungen beschrieben, welche die
1 bis6 umfassen, wobei5 eine mögliche Ausführungsform der Erfindung zeigt. - In allen angeschlossenen Figuren bezeichnet die Bezugsziffer
1 einen Wandabschnitt eines Stents für Angioplastie.1 bis6 können als im Querschnitt gezeigte, beispielhafte Teilansichten eines Stentsegments im vergrößerten Maßstab angesehen werden. Ein solcher Querschnitt hat ungeachtet dessen, ob der Stent radial zusammengezogen oder radial ausgedehnt ist, üblicherweise eine kreisförmige Gestalt. - Die spezifischen Konstruktionsdetails des Stents und insbesondere seine Geometrie sind Faktoren, die im Kontext der Erfindung in sich selbst klar und ungeachtet der bestimmten Struktur des Stents zutreffend sind. Dies trifft im Wesentlichen auch auf die grundlegende Herstellungstechnik (zum Beispiel beginnend mit einem Draht oder Mikroröhrchen, welcher bzw. welches dann beispielsweise unter Verwendung von Lasern einem Vorgang des Schneidens der Öffnungen. unterzogen wird). und/oder das Material (üblicherweise Metall), aus dem der Stent gefertigt wurde, zu: All diese Baktoren werden in einer ziemlich großen Literaturmenge behandelt und benötigen hier keine detaillierte
- Beschreibung.
- Im Wesentlichen sorgen alle gezeigten Anordnungen für die Bildung einer Oberflächenprofilierung am Stent
1 , zumindest – und vorzugsweise – auf einem Teil oder der gesamten mit2 bezeichneten, äußeren Oberfläche und im Wesentlichen mit folgendem Ziel: - – die Vergrößerung der theoretischen Oberfläche des Stents, um die Aufbringung von Beschichtungen, wie z.B. jener, die zum Tragen oder Binden aktiver Elemente bestimmt sind, zu unterstützen.
- – auf jeden Fall die Schaffung von Hinterschneidungen und einer Rauheit zwecks Bildung von Verankerungsstellen für die Substanzen, und zwar ohne das Erfordernis spezifischer Oberflächen-Haftstellen, und – als ergänzenden Vorteil –
- – die Verbesserung des Halts des Stents an der Blutgefäßwand, die sich bereits in der akuten Phase befindet, insbesondere durch die Verhinderung von Relativbewegungen, welche Mikroläsionen hervorrufen können.
- Aus Gründen der Klarheit wird der Begriff „Profilierung" zur klaren Unterscheidung der dem erfindungsgemäßen Stent zugeschriebenen Oberflächengestaltung vom Grad der Oberflächen (Rest)-Rauheit, welche die Oberflächen des Stents auf jeden Fall haben, verwendet, sogar wenn diese herkömmlicherweise zuvor einem Polier- oder Glättungsvorgang unterzogen wurden.
- Um ein Beispiel zu geben, verleiht eine derartige Behandlung den Stent-Oberflächen einen solchen Grad an Restrauheit, dass die Abstände von der Spitze bis zur Mulde, die in einem theoretischen Abschnitt der fraglichen Oberfläche kenntlich sind, im rechten Winkel zur Oberfläche selbst in keinem Fall ungefähr 2-3 Mikrometer überschreiten.
- Der für die Erfindung charakteristische Grad an Oberflächen-Unregelmäßigkeit oder
- Profilierung ist stattdessen solcherart, dass die unter ähnlichen Bedingungen vorgefundenen Abstände von der Spitze bis zur Mulde typischerweise ungefähr 10-20 Mikrometer betragen, d.h. mit der Möglichkeit, Werte von einer Größenordnung, die sogar jene der normalen Oberflächenqualität eines Stent übertrifft, zu erzielen.
-
1 bis6 veranschaulichen verschiedene Techniken, die angewandt werden können, um der Oberfläche2 den gewünschten Grad an Profilierung zu verleihen. Insbesondere1 betrifft die Verwendung von Mikrokügelchen3 , die aus demselben Material (üblicherweise Metall) wie der Stent oder aus anderen Materialien gebildet sind; mit dem nachfolgenden Verankern der Mikrokügelchen (deren durchschnittlicher Durchmesser ungefähr 10-20 Mikrometer beträgt), wobei das als „heißes Teilschmelzen" bekannte Verfahren angewandt wird. Dies ist ein im Stand der Technik bekanntes Verfahren und wird beispielsweise dazu eingesetzt, ein Oberflächen-Erscheinungsbild zu verleihen, welches ungefähr jenem Oberflächen-Erscheinungsbild ähnlich ist, das für ein Werkstück charakteristisch ist, welches durch Sintern der Oberflächen von für verschiedene Zwecke bestimmten, mechanischen Werkstücken erhalten wird. Daraus ist zu verstehen, dass eine solche Anordnung auch, in Verbindung mit einem Stent genutzt werden kann, der als Ganzes oder zumindest in jenem Teil/jenen Teilen, der bzw. die der Oberflächenprofilierung entspricht bzw. entsprechen, durch Sintern ausgeführt wird. -
2 betrifft eine Variante der in1 veranschaulichten Anordnung, wobei Körnchen4 von unregelmäßiger Form anstelle der Mikrokügelchen3 verwendet werden, während dieselbe typische Oberflächen-Unregelmäßigkeit bewahrt bleibt. Dieselben Anmerkungen, die zuvor hinsichtlich dessen gemacht wurden, dass der Stent möglicherweise zumindest teilweise durch Sintern hergestellt wird, treffen auch in diesem Fall zu. -
3 veranschaulicht eine weitere Anordnung basierend auf der Ablagerung eines Rezeptormaterials, wobei zur Bildung einer Anwachsung von unregelmäßiger Form, die zum Beispiel eine pseudo-säulenartige Struktur besitzt, beispielsweise Sputter- oder Plasma-Sprühtechniken angewandt werden. - Von diesem Standpunkt aus betrachtet, scheint die Lösung gemäß
1 (die Aufbringung von Mikrokügelchen) bevorzugt zu werden, wenn die Schaffung von Hinterschneidungen und einer Rauheit an der Oberfläche2 gewünscht wird, und zwar mit einer mechanischen Verankerungsfunktion und präzise definierten, geometrischen Charakteristika, die durch die (präzise bestimmbare) Korngröße der Mikrokügelchen3 identifiziert werden. - Umgekehrt scheint die in
3 gezeigte Anordnung dort bevorzugt zu werden, wo das Ziel darin besteht, die Wirkung der Vergrößerung der tatsächlich exponierten, theoretischen Oberfläche zu maximieren. Diese letztere Lösung wird daher bevorzugt, wenn beispielsweise gewünscht wird, eine Beschichtung auf die Oberfläche des Stents1 aufzutragen, welche Beschichtung aktive Elemente transportiert und/oder zum Transport derselben bestimmt ist und im Wesentlichen die Form einer monomolekularen Schicht hat. - Die Anordnung gemäß
2 bildet gewissermaßen eine Art Zwischenstufe zwischen den Anordnungen der1 und3 . - Die Anordnungen, auf die sich
1 bis3 beziehen, welche mögliche äquivalente Anordnungen umfassen, sind im Wesentlichen durch die Tatsache gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberflächenprofilierung durch die Aufbringung eines Materials, das mit jenem des Stents1 identisch ist oder sich von diesem unterscheidet, auf die Oberfläche2 gebildet wird. Diese Anordnungen werden im Allgemeinen bevorzugt, wenn an der Oberfläche2 größere oder kleinere hinterschnittene Zonen gewünscht sind. Auf jeden Fall können Aufgaben, die im Wesentlichen jenen ähnlichen sind die am Beginn dieser detaillierten Beschreibung beschrieben wurden, erfüllt werden, indem die Oberfläche2 auf Arten behandelt wird, die dazu bestimmt sind, ihr ein im Allgemeinen plastisch gestaltetes Erscheinungsbild zu verleihen. - Diesbezüglich veranschaulicht
4 die Ergebnisse, die erzielt werden; indem die äußere Oberfläche2 einem Sandstrahlen oder Stahlkiesstrahlen unterzogen wird (ein Begriff, der einer Behandlung vorbehalten ist, die ausgeführt wird, indem – anstatt Sand wie beim Sandstrahlen zu verwenden – zum Zusammenprall mit der behandelten Oberfläche Mikrokügelchen („Bälle") als ballistische Mittel verwendet werden). -
5 , welche die Erfindung darstellt, veranschaulicht die Ergebnisse eines Vorgangs der mechanischen Riefenbildung (Einschneiden oder Rändeln), der an der äußeren Oberfläche2 des Stents durchgeführt wurde. - Schließlich veranschaulicht
6 die durch einen lokalisierten chemischen Angriff (Ätzung) der Oberfläche2 erhaltenen Ergebnisse. Dieses Verfahren wird unter Verwendung eines resistenten (beispielsweise photoresistenten) Materials ausgeführt, welches nach einer Exposition durch Masken oder einer Polymerisation unter Anwendung von Laserstrahlen selektiv von einigen Bereichen der Fläche2 entfernt wird um das Einwirken auf diese zu ermöglichen. Die auf der Fläche2 verbleibenden resistenten Spuren werden danach durch Waschen entfernt. - Diese Technologie ist im Stand der Technik wohlbekannt (beispielsweise für die Herstellung von integrierten Schaltkreisen) und muss in diesem Zusammenhang nicht detailliert veranschaulicht werden.
- Ergebnisse, die den in
5 bei7 und insbesondere in6 bei8 Veranschaulichten im Wesentlichen ähnlich sind, können auch durch Einschneiden unter Verwendung von Laserstrahlen erzielt werden, und zwar beispielsweise vor oder nach dem Vorgang des Schneidens der Stentstruktur aus einem von einem Metallmikroröhrchen gebildeten Rohstück. - In der Regel können alle in den
1 bis6 veranschaulichten Lösungen und jegliche Äquivalente dazu auf von einem Metallmikroröhrchen erhaltene Stents zutreffen, die möglicherweise vollständig oder teilweise durch Sintern hergestellt wurden, sowie auf von einem Draht erhaltene Stents, wobei die veranschaulichten Verfahren entweder vor oder nach dem Schneiden der Röhre und/oder dem Wickeln des Drahts durchgeführt werden. Aus Gründen der Einfachheit der Produktion hat der Anmelder in jedem Fall festgelegt, dass es vorzuziehen ist, die Oberflächenprofilierung vor dem Schneiden der Röhre oder dem Wickeln des Drahts zu bilden.
Claims (23)
- Stent für Angioplastie mit einem Körper (
1 ) von im Allgemeinen rohrförmiger Form mit einer inneren Oberfläche und einer äußeren Oberfläche (2 ), wobei der Stent bei Benutzung von einer radial zusammengezogenen Position zu einer radial ausgedehnten Position aufweitbar ist und auf mindestens einem Teil der äußeren Oberfläche (2 ) eine Oberflächenprofilierung aufweist, welche durch Gebilde auf der Oberfläche (2 ) der Stents (1 ) selbst mit einer effektiven Menge eines Agens oder aktiven Elementes gebildet ist, welches bei den Gebilden selektiv aufgebracht, wobei die Gebilde die Form von Einschnitten aufweisen und die Einschnitte die Form von Kanälen oder Nuten aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gebilde eine geschlossene Begrenzung auf allen Seiten und eine offene Oberseite und eine symmetrische trapezförmige Begrenzung aufweisen, wobei der Boden des Gebildes schmaler als die offene Oberseite ist. - Stent nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilierung nur auf der äußeren Oberfläche (
2 ) der Stents vorhanden sind, wobei die innere Oberfläche der Stents (1 ) im Wesentlichen glatt ist. - Stent nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Überzug aus biokompatiblem Kohlenstoffmaterial mindestens auf der inneren Oberfläche aufweist.
- Stent nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er in mindestens einem Teil entsprechend der Oberflächenprofilierung durch einen gesinterten Körper gebildet ist.
- Stent nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Agens oder aktive Element ein Agens oder aktives Element zum direkten Widerstehen von Restenosis des behandelten Ortes aufweist.
- Stent nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Agens oder aktive Element ein antithromboseerzeugendes Agens aufweist.
- Stent nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stent eine geöffnete Struktur aufweist.
- Stent nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stent eine netzartige Struktur aufweist.
- Stent nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet; dass die Gebilde mit Hilfe eines mechanischen Bearbeitungsvorgangs, wie Einschneiden oder Rändeln, entstanden sind.
- Stent nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gebilde mit Hilfe eines lokalisierten chemischen Angriffs der Oberfläche (
2 ) der Stents entstanden sind. - Stent nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gebilde durch Einschneiden unter Verwendung eines Laserstrahls entstanden sind.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Stents für Angioplastie mit einem Körper (
1 ) von im Allgemeinen rotrförmiger Form mit einer inneren Oberfläche und einer äußeren Oberfläche (2 ), wobei der Stent bei Benutzung von einer radial zusammengezogenen Position zu einer radial ausgedehnten Position aufweitbar ist, wobei das Verfahren einen Bearbeitungsvorgang zum Ausbilden einer Oberflächenprofilierung auf mindestens einem Teil der äußeren Oberfläche (2 ) durch Ausbilden von Gebilden auf der Oberfläche (2 ) der Stents (1 ) selbst und den Bearbeitungsvorgang eines selektiven Aufbringens einer effektiven Menge eines Agens oder aktiven Elements bei den Gebilden aufweist, wobei die Gebilde die Form von Einschnitten aufweisen und die Einschnitte die Form von Kanälen oder Nuten aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gebilde eine geschlossene Begrenzung auf allen Seiten und eine offene Oberseite und eine symmetrische trapezförmige Begrenzung aufweisen, wobei der Boden des Gebildes schmaler als die offene Oberseite ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilierung nur auf der äußeren Oberfläche (
2 ) der Stents geformt ist, wobei die innere Oberfläche der Stents (1 ) im Wesentlichen glatt bleibt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es den Bearbeitungsvorgang des Ausbildens eines Überzugs aus biokompatiblem Kohlenstoffmaterial auf mindestens der inneren Oberfläche aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Teil der Stents entsprechend der Oberflächenprofilierung durch Sintern verwirklicht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Agens oder aktive Element ein Agens oder aktives Element zum direkten Widerstehen von Restenosis des behandelten Ortes aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Agens oder aktive Element ein antithromboseerzeugendes Agens aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stent eine geöffnete Struktur aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stent eine netzartige Struktur aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gebilde unter Verwendung eines Verfahrens geformt werden, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe von Einkerben, Einschneiden, Rändeln, chemischer Angriff, Fotoeinschneiden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gebilde mit Hilfe eines mechanischen Bearbeitungsvorgangs, wie Einschneiden oder Rändeln, erhalten werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gebilde mit Hilfe eines lokalisierten chemischen Angriffs der Oberfläche (
2 ) der Stents erhalten werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gebilde durch Einschneiden unter Verwendung eines Laserstrahls erhalten werden.
