In Ausnehmungen der Abstandsfolie 11 sind Piezokristallelemente eingesetzt, von denen in der Teilansicht der Fig. 1 eines, das Element 16, gezeigt ist. Dieses Element 16 wird über Leiterbahnen 15 auf den Folien 12 und 13 kontaktiert.
