Abstract
Ultraschallwandler, welcher im Diagnostik- oder Therapiebetrieb Ultraschallwellen unterschiedlicher Wellenlängen erzeugt, aufweisend eine n x λ/4-Anpassungsschicht (101 bis 10z) für ein an den Ultraschallwandler (81 bis 8z) angrenzendes Ausbreitungsmedium (9), und ein piezoelektrisches Ultraschallwandlerelement (111 bis 11z) mit einer zwischen der Anpassungsschicht (101 bis 10z) und dem Ultraschallwandlerelement (111 bis 11z) befindlichen ersten Elektrode (121 bis 12z), einer auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Ultraschallwandlerelementes (111 bis 11z) angebrachten zweiten Elektrode (131 bis 13z) und einer dritten Elektrode (141 bis 14z), welche das Ultraschallwandlerelement (111 bis 11z) in zwei Bereiche (151 bis 15z, 161 bis 16z) teilt, wobei in Abhängigkeit von der Unterteilung des Ultraschallwandlerelementes (111 bis 11z) Ultraschallwellen für den Diagnostik- und Therapiebetrieb erzeugbar sind und wobei die n x λ/4-Anpassungsschicht (101 bis 10z) sowohl für die Wellenlänge der Ultraschallwellen im Diagnostik- als auch im Therapiebetrieb wirksam ist. Ultrasonic transducer, which generates ultrasonic waves of different wavelengths in diagnostic or therapeutic operation, comprising an nx λ / 4 adaptation layer (10 1 to 10 z ) for a propagation medium (9) adjacent to the ultrasonic transducer (8 1 to 8 z ), and a piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer element (11 1 to 11 z) having a (z 10 1 to 10) between the matching layer and the ultrasonic transducer element (11 1 to 11 z) located first electrode (12 1 to 12), and one on the opposite side of the ultrasonic transducer element (11 1 to 11 z ) attached second electrode (13 1 to 13 z ) and a third electrode (14 1 to 14 z ), which the ultrasonic transducer element (11 1 to 11 z ) in two areas (15 1 to 15 z, 16 1 to 16 z ) divides, depending on the subdivision of the ultrasound transducer element (11 1 to 11 z ) ultrasound waves can be generated for diagnostic and therapeutic operation and wherein the nx λ / 4 adaptation layer (10 1 to 10 z ) is effective for both the wavelength of the ultrasound waves in the diagnostic and in the therapy mode.
