Abstract

Es wird ein dreiphasiger Matrix-Stromrichter zur Umrichtung von Wechselspannungen vorgegebener Amplitude und Frequenz in Wechselspannungen beliebiger Amplitude und Frequenz, mit Viersegmentschaltern als in drei Schaltergruppen zusammengefaßten Hauptschaltern (S11, S12, S13, S21, S22, S23, S31, S32, S33) vorgeschlagen. Den Hauptschaltern liegt jeweils eine Resonanzkapazität (Cr11, Cr12, Cr13, Cr21, Cr22, Cr23, Cr31, Cr32, Cr33) parallel oder die Ausgangskapazität der Leistungshalbleiter der Hauptschalter wirkt als Resonanzkapazität. Zwischen den dreiphasigen Ausgangsanschlüssen der Schaltergruppen ist jeweils eine Hilfskommutierungseinrichtung mit einem als Viersegmentschalter ausgebildeten Hilfsschalter (AS31, AS32, AS12) und in Serie hierzu geschalteter Resonanzinduktivität (Lr3 , Lr2 , Lr1) vorgesehen.
