Claims (4)
- Verfahren zum Nachweis eines unberechtigten Nachbaues eines Gerätes, insbesondere eines elektrischen Schaltgerätes oder dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf die Außen- oder Innenfläche des Gehäuses des Gerätes oder dgl. oder das Gerät selbst ein Farbaufdruck aufgebracht wird, der nur mit besonderen Mitteln, Verfahren und Vorrichtungen beispielsweise Infrarotuntersuchung und dgl., zu detektierende Pigmente enthält.
- Verfahren nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1, insbesondere für Leitungsschutzschalter und Fehlerstromschutzschalter, die einen manuell betätigbaren Schwenkhebel aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in das Material des Schwenkhebels Pigmente eingemischt werden, die lediglich mit besonderen Mitteln, Verfahren oder Vorrichtungen, detektierbar sind.
- Verfahren nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 oder 2, für einen Fehlerstromschutzschalter, der einen Fehlerstromauslöser enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse des Fehlerstromschutzschalters mit einer Farbe bedruckt wird, in der mittels besonderer Mittel, Einrichtungen oder dgl. detektierbare Pigmente eingemischt sind.
- Verfahren zum Sichern einer Verpackung für elektrische Schaltgeräte, welche Verpackung aus Karton besteht, wobei einige Wandungen der Verpackung miteinander verklebt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf die Klebestellen ein Siegel aufgeklebt wird, das mit einer Farbe bedruckt ist, die lediglich mit besonderen Mitteln, Einrichtungen oder dgl. zu detektierende Pigmente enthält.
