Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a lamp, in particular a vehicle lamp in the Preamble of Claim 1 Art.
In vehicle lights, such as those from EP 0 762 515 A2 or EP 0 762 049 A1 are known, is a light emitting diode that has a directional radiation characteristic possessed, so inserted from behind into a parabolic reflector, that it is roughly at its focal point and that it is a part of it emits light as a parallel beam. Because the central axes both the light lobe emitted by the light-emitting diode and the reflector coincide, occurs a significant part of the coming from the light emitting diode Light directly from the exit opening of the reflector, without using it Parabolic surface to interact. Therefore, this portion of light can be from Reflector can also not be parallelized.
There are a number of disadvantages with these known arrangements. In addition to the non-parallelism of the light rays mentioned, these include a non-optimal effect of any downstream optics that the light source is visible from the outside and not the entire surface of the parabolic Illuminated reflector, which is a clearly visible light / dark ring structure As a result, if you look at the luminaire against the direction of radiation looks. In order to keep this effect as small as possible, very slim, i.e. H. elongated parabolas are used, which lead to a considerable depth to lead. These effects can be achieved through the use of lenses are reduced or eliminated, but these also mean an enlargement the depth and an additional effort.
The invention is therefore based on the object of a lamp, in particular To create vehicle lamp of the type mentioned, which is characterized by a very simple construction, small dimensions and the production of an extremely homogeneous light beam.
To achieve this object, the invention provides that summarized in claim 1 Characteristics before.
These measures are based on the knowledge that it is much cheaper is the light source having a directional radiation characteristic to arrange the reflector so that the light source central axis to the main emission direction of the reflector is not parallel and in particular not with this coincides. Thus, according to the invention, the light source is arranged that their central axis at a preferably acute angle against the Main emission direction of the reflector is inclined.
It is not necessary to use the reflector as a complete, rotationally symmetrical To form hollow bodies, for example as a complete hollow parabola. Much more it is sufficient to make only those areas of the curved reflector surface real execute that actually from the light cone emanating from the light source to be hit.
Projektion an drei Seitenkanten geradlinig beschnittene Parabelfläche ergeben. In the case of a parabolic reflector, one can change in the direction of radiation opposite viewing direction or projection on three side edges result in a straight-cut parabolic surface. The light source can in the immediate vicinity of the straight connecting edge of two in the projection straight and parallel to each other side edges arranged so inclined be that they are practically outside of that reflected by the reflector Light beam is located and no essential parts of the reflective Concealed inside surface of the reflector.
In this way, a lamp, especially a vehicle lamp with very little Dimensions and especially a very small depth, created almost all of the light emitted by the light source onto the reflector hits and from this as a homogeneous, in the case of a parabolic reflector parallel Beam of light is emitted.
These and other advantageous refinements and developments of an inventive Luminaire are laid down in the subclaims.

Fig. 1 shows an arrangement corresponding to the prior art, in which a
Light source, for example a light emitting diode 1, has a directional radiation characteristic
such that it has its light symmetrical about a light source central axis
2 emitted distributed in a defined solid angle. It is in from behind
a parabolically
Thus, on the one hand, something that comes directly from the light-emitting diode 1 emerges from the
Because of the directional radiation characteristics of the LED 1, the
entire inner surface of the
This leads to the disadvantages already mentioned above that the LED 1 of is visible on the outside, a possibly subsequent optic with light from different Angle is illuminated and therefore can not work optimally, very slim Large depth parabolas or spreading discs must be used to to keep the unlit ring as small as possible, and to find a non-optimal gives a brilliant appearance.
In contrast, as can be seen from FIGS. 2a and 2b, in an inventive one
Vehicle light the
As you can see, there is a significantly reduced size compared to the prior art
Design because the
Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of a

nachfolgend beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispielen verwendet werden.4 shows four row-like ", that is to say in a row of light-emitting
Fig. 5 zeigt drei "spaltenartig" nebeneinander angeordnete Reflektoren 12, 12 mit
genauer erläutert.5 shows three "column-like"

an ihren einander benachbarten Längskanten miteinander einstückig verbunden.
The embodiment shown in FIG. 7 also comprises two
In the embodiments according to FIGS. 6 and 7, an elongated, in comparison to the embodiments according to FIGS. 4 and 5 but transversely luminous surface considerably widened in the longitudinal direction.
In the embodiment of Fig. 8 are six

in dieser Blickrichtung nicht sichtbar sind.9 and 10, the three

A particular advantage of this arrangement is its shallow depth. About that it is also advantageous that most light sources do not come from the outside are visible, since they are largely behind the neighboring reflector. In addition, this side flashing light can be produced very cost-effectively a large-area illumination of the light exit disc with a achieve a small number of LEDs.
