Abstract

Eine Ansteuereinrichtung für eine Magnetspule weist eine Ansteuerschaltung auf, die sowohl den Augenblickswert der Spannung, mit der die Spule beaufschlagt wird, als auch den Augenblickswert des Spulenladestroms überwacht. Erreicht dieser einen Schwellwert wird eine Zeitschaltung (15) gestartet, deren Zeitverzögerung von der anliegenden Spannung (UN) beeinflusst wird. Je größer die Spannung ist desto geringer ist die Zeitverzögerung der Zeitschaltung (15). Die Steuerschaltung (4) schaltet den Spulenladestrom ab sobald die von der Zeitschaltung vorgegebene Verzögerungszeit abgelaufen ist. Der Spulenstrom kommutiert nun auf eine Freilaufdiode. Die Steuerschaltung (4) schaltet den Spulenladestrom über den Transistor (T) erst in der Nähe des Nulldurchgangs der Versorgungsspannung überein. Durch geeignete Abstimmung der Abhängigkeit der Zeitverzögerung von der Versorgungsspannung lässt sich erreichen, dass die Magnetspule in äußerst weiten Grenzen der Versorgungsspannung mit einem immer gleichen Strom, insbesondere mit einem konstanten Effektivwert beaufschlagt wird.

The control circuit (4) switches on the coil charging current via the transistor (T) only in the vicinity of the zero crossing of the supply voltage. By suitably adjusting the dependence of the time delay on the supply voltage can be achieved that the solenoid is subjected to extremely wide limits of the supply voltage with a constant current, in particular with a constant effective value.
