Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bett, insbesondere Kranken- und/oder Pflegebett, mit einem Bettrahmen (1) und daran angeordneten Tragbeinen (2), wobei die Tragbeine (2) höhenvariabel ausgebildet sind und den Bettrahmen (1) höhenverstellbar abstützen. Um eine Bettkonstruktion vorzuschlagen, die als Niedrigbettkonstruktion bei gleichzeitig hoher Tragfähigkeit einen möglichst großen Verfahrweg bereitstellt, wird mit der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, dass ein jedes Tragbein (2) als Bein mit einem Knickgelenk (19) ausgebildet ist, wobei ein jedes Tragbein (2) einen ersten Schenkel (3) und einen daran angeordneten zweiten Schenkel (4) aufweist, die mittels eines Knickgelenks (19) relativ zueinander verschwenkbar ausgebildet sind, dass ein jedes Tragbein (2) am Bettrahmen (1) angelenkt ist, wobei der jeweilige erste Schenkel (3) eines jeden Tragbeins (2) verschwenkbar am Bettrahmen (1) angeordnet ist, und dass ein jedes Tragbein (2) ein Getriebe (16) aufweist, mittels dem die beiden Schenkel (3, 4) des jeweiligen Tragbeins (2) in ihrer relativen Schwenkbewegung zueinander zwangsgeführt sind, wobei einer der beiden Schenkel (3, 4) an einen Verstellantrieb (11) angeschlossen ist.
