Abstract

Erfindungsgemäß ist in dem Arbeitsraum ein magnetischer Positionsgeber (8), der mit der Membran (3) gekoppelt ist, und ein Magnetfeldsensor (9) zum Detektieren einer Verschiebung des Positionsgebers (8) angeordnet, wobei in dem Arbeitsraum zwischen der Rückstellfeder (6) und dem Magnetfeldsensor (9) ein magnetischer Schild (10) angeordnet ist.
