Abstract

The male joint (1) is arranged at the upper end of the shell (2); the LED and the lamp panel (3) are arranged below the shell (2), and the lamp panel (3) covers the LED. A controller is arranged inside the shell (2), and the shell (2) is also provided with a time adjustment switch and an environment lightness adjustment switch; the PIR inductor (4) is of detachable structure and is arranged below the shell (2) but protruded from the lamp panel (3). The controller is electrically connected with the LED, the PIR inductor (4), the time adjustment switch and the environment lightness adjustment switch.

Description

    Technical field of the invention
  • The present invention relates to the field of Light-Emitting Diode (LED) bulb technology, in particular to an induction LED bulb.
  • Background of the invention
  • Illuminating bulb is widely applied to the illumination of the occasions such as urban road, courtyard, walkway, garage, workplace and public place and brings many conveniences to people's life. The type of common illuminating bulb includes tungsten lamp, fluorescent lamp and LED bulb, in which the LED bulb has gradually become the most popular illuminating bulb due to the advantages of high efficiency, safety, energy conservation, environment friendliness, long service life and fast response speed.
  • The present LED bulb includes two types, namely, common LED bulb and induction LED bulb, wherein the on or off of the LED lamp of the common LED bulb is controlled by a switch while the on or off of the LED lamp of the induction LED bulb is controlled by a voice sensitive element or a photosensitive element. For a common induction LED bulb with a Passive Infrared Radiation (PIR) inductor, the infrared induction element of the PIR inductor is a pyroelectric material, which loses the charge balance and begins to release current outwards to obtain a human body induction signal for controlling the on or off of the LED lamp when the received human body infrared radiation intensity changes. The PIR inductor of this induction LED bulb is undetachable, thus the induction LED bulb can not be used as a common LED bulb, with single control function and limited application scope.
  • Summary of the invention
  • In view of the defect existing in the conventional art, the object of the present invention is to provide an induction LED bulb which can be used as a common LED bulb when the PIR inductor is detached, with more control function and wide application scope.
  • In order to realize the object above, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme: an induction LED bulb, which comprises a male joint, a shell, an LED, a lamp panel and a PIR inductor, wherein the male joint is arranged at the upper end of the shell; the LED and the lamp panel are arranged below the shell, and the lamp panel covers the LED; a controller is arranged inside the shell, and the shell is also provided with a time adjustment switch and an environment lightness adjustment switch; the PIR inductor is of detachable structure and is arranged below the shell but protruded from the lamp panel; and the controller is electrically connected with the LED, the PIR inductor, the time adjustment switch and the environment lightness adjustment switch.
  • The induction LED bulb further comprises an aluminum radiator frame which is arranged at the lower end of the shell; the LED is arranged on the aluminum radiator frame; and the lamp panel is arranged below the aluminum radiator frame.
  • The periphery of the aluminum radiator frame is opened with radiating grooves.
  • The aluminum radiator frame is an aluminum panel.
  • The induction LED bulb further comprises a bulb lightness adjustment remote controller which is connected with the controller in a wireless manner.
  • The LED is a high-power LED.
  • The lamp panel is a square shield body.
  • The lamp panel is a cylindrical shield body.
  • The lamp panel is a spherical shield body.
  • The advantages of the present invention are: for the induction LED bulb of the present invention, a controller is arranged inside the shell, and the shell is also provided with a time adjustment switch and an environment lightness adjustment switch; the PIR inductor is of detachable structure and is arranged below the shell but protruded from the lamp panel; and the controller is electrically connected with the LED, the PIR inductor, the time adjustment switch and the environment lightness adjustment switch; by adopting the induction LED bulb of the structure above, since the PIR inductor is of detachable structure, the PIR inductor can be detached conveniently, thus the induction LED bulb of the present invention can be used as a common LED bulb; in addition, the time adjustment switch can be used to adjust the working time of the LED, that is, the continuous lighting time of the LED; and the environment lightness adjustment switch can be used to enable the controller to judge whether the LED works or not according to the environment lightness after a human body induction signal is obtained; therefore, the control function of the induction LED bulb of the present invention can be enriched greatly and the application scope is expanded.

    Detailed description of the invention
  • The present invention is further illustrated below in conjunction with accompanying drawings.
  • Embodiment 1: as shown in Fig. 1, an induction LED bulb, comprising a male joint 1, a shell 2, an LED, a lamp panel 3, a PIR inductor 4 and an aluminum radiator frame 5, wherein the male joint 1 is arranged at the upper end of the shell 2; the aluminum radiator frame 5 is arranged at the lower end of the shell 2; the LED is arranged on the aluminum radiator frame 5; the lamp panel 3 is arranged below the aluminum radiator frame 5 and the lamp panel 3 covers the LED; a controller is arranged inside the shell 2, and the shell 2 is also provided with a time adjustment switch and an environment lightness adjustment switch; the PIR inductor 4 is of detachable structure and is arranged below the shell 2 but protruded from the lamp panel 3; and the controller is electrically connected with the LED, the PIR inductor 4, the time adjustment switch and the environment lightness adjustment switch. In the embodiment, the lamp panel 3 is a cylindrical shield body, with beautiful appearance. In the embodiment, the male joint 1 can select the joint of E26 type, E27 type or B22 type, with strong applicability.
  • In the embodiment, the LED adopts a high-power LED, wherein the high-power LED has advantages of higher power and better brightness.
  • In the embodiment, the periphery of the aluminum radiator frame 5 is opened with radiating grooves. Since the high-power LED has higher working temperature, if the radiating performance of the aluminum radiator frame 5 is not good, the service life and the luminance quality of the induction LED bulb of the present invention are influenced; however, the radiating grooves opened on the periphery of the aluminum radiator frame 5 can effectively improve the radiating performance, thereby improving the service life and the luminance quality of the induction LED bulb.
  • In the embodiment, the induction LED bulb of the present invention further comprises a bulb lightness adjustment remote controller which is connected with the controller in a wireless manner and is used to adjust the lightness of the induction LED bulb when the induction LED bulb works; the bulb lightness adjustment remote controller can be designed as a remote controller with or without direction control.
  • The above is the main structure of the induction LED bulb of the present invention, and the structure has the following functions: 1) since a PIR inductor 4 is provided, the inductor can induct the human body temperature through infrared and thermopile to obtain a human body induction signal and automatically control the LED to be in on or off state; 2) the induction time adjustment switch provides a time adjustment mode which can be used to adjust the working time of the LED, that is, the continuous lighting time of the LED, if the working time of the LED is 10 seconds, after 10 seconds of the LED in lighting state, the PIR inductor 4 again inducts the human body temperature and then the controller judges and controls whether the LED is in on or off state; 3) the environment lightness adjustment switch provides an environment lightness LUX adjustment mode which can be used to enable the controller to judge whether the LED works or not according to the environment lightness after a human body induction signal is obtained; if the environment lightness adjustment switch is set in daytime mode, under the environment lightness condition of the daytime, no matter whether a human body induction signal is obtained, the LED is in the off state; if the environment lightness adjustment switch is set in night mode, under the environment lightness condition of the night, when a human body induction signal is obtained, the controller judges and controls whether the LED is in on or off state; 4) the provided bulb lightness adjustment remote controller can be used to adjust the lightness of the induction LED bulb when the induction LED bulb works and is applicable to the requirements of any user and any occasion. Therefore, the induction LED bulb of the present invention has diversified control functions and effectively expands the application scope of the induction LED bulb. In addition, since the PIR inductor 4 is of detachable structure, the PIR inductor 4 can be detached conveniently, thus the induction LED bulb of the present invention can be used as a common LED bulb.
  • Embodiment 2: as shown in Fig. 2, the difference from the Embodiment 1 is that: the lamp panel 3 is a square shield body; correspondingly, the appearance design of the entire induction LED bulb is different. Of course, the lamp panel 3 of the present invention can be designed as any shape, for example, spherical shield body. In the embodiment, the aluminum radiator frame 5 is an aluminum panel, which also can achieve a better radiating effect.
  • The above is only the preferred embodiment of the present invention; any equivalent changes or modifications made according to the construction, feature and principle described in the patent application scope of the pesent invention are deemed to be included in the patent application scope of the present invention.

Claims (9)

  1. An induction Light-Emitting Diode (LED) bulb, comprising a male joint (1), a shell (2), an LED, a lamp panel (3) and a Passive Infrared Radiation (PIR) inductor (4), characterized in that the male joint (1) is arranged at the upper end of the shell (2); the LED and the lamp panel (3) are arranged below the shell (2), and the lamp panel (3) covers the LED; a controller is arranged inside the shell (2), and the shell (2) is also provided with a time adjustment switch and an environment lightness adjustment switch; the PIR inductor (4) is of detachable structure and is arranged below the shell (2) but protruded from the lamp panel (3); and the controller is electrically connected with the LED, the PIR inductor (4), the time adjustment switch and the environment lightness adjustment switch.
  2. The induction LED bulb according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises an aluminum radiator frame (5) which is arranged at the lower end of the shell (2); the LED is arranged on the aluminum radiator frame (5); and the lamp panel (3) is arranged below the aluminum radiator frame (5).
  3. The induction LED bulb according to claim 2, characterized in that the periphery of the aluminum radiator frame (5) is opened with radiating grooves.
  4. The induction LED bulb according to either one of claims 2 or 3, characterized in that the aluminum radiator frame (5) is an aluminum panel.
  5. The induction LED bulb according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that further comprising a bulb lightness adjustment remote controller which is connected with the controller in a wireless manner.
  6. The induction LED bulb according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the LED is a high-power LED.
  7. The induction LED bulb according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the lamp panel (3) is a square shield body.
  8. The induction LED bulb according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the lamp panel (3) is a cylindrical shield body.
  9. The induction LED bulb according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the lamp panel (3) is a spherical shield body.
