The .object of thisinvention is to provide a garment having an adjustable waist band of an improved construction, the same representing an improvement over that shown in our prior Reissue Patent Number 16,179. It is a :further object of this invention to provide garments known as knickers with adjustable waist bands and adjustable ordinary unadjustable trousers.-
