Abstract
A head-mounted MP3 player usable during sports has a head-mounted sports device, an MP3 module, a fixing device, and at least an earphone. The MP3 module is fixed by the fixing device on the head-mounted sports device such as a hat, a sun-hat, a hard helmet, a soft helmet, a head band, a hair ring, a headscarf, a swimming hat, or a diving helmet. The earphone is electrically connected to the MP3 module via a signal cable. The MP3 player can thus be fixed on a user's head. When the user exercises, the MP3 module can be worn on his head with the head-mounted sports device. Moreover, the MP3 module won't fall to cause its damage during sports.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a head-mounted MP3 player and, more particularly, to a head-mounted MP3 player, which combines an MP3 module with a head-mounted sports device such as a hat, a sun-hat, a hard helmet, a soft helmet, a head band, a hair ring, a headscarf, a swimming hat, or a diving helmet, so that the MP3 module can be worn on a user's head with the head-mounted sports device to facilitate portability of the MP3 module during sports.
- 2. Description of Related Art
- MP3 sound data is one kind of sound wave data. Based on the MP3 compression protocol, original sound waves are converted into the MP3 file format. Through this special way of compression, a wave data of a size of 50-60 MB can be converted into an MP3 data of a size of about 4 MB whose sound quality is almost the same as the original sound waves. An MP3 audio disc can thus store music of more than ten conventional audio discs. Therefore, MP3 players are more and more appreciated by consumers, and have become one of the most popular 3C products now.
- Conventional MP3 players, however, are inconvenient when users exercise. An MP3 player can be placed in a pocket, but the MP3 player may easily fall out of the pocket during sports. The MP3 player may then suffer damage.
- TW Pat. No. TW183018 and TW Pat. No. TW184691 disclose a head-mounted earphone type radio set and a head-mounted radio set, respectively. A radio set and a head-mounted earphone are combined together. However, these disclosures only apply to a radio set, but cannot apply to an MP3 player. Moreover, they are also inconvenient for sports.
- There is also a conventional head-mounted bluetooth earphone. A bluetooth earphone is built in a helmet or a hat. This head-mounted bluetooth earphone, however, only combines the helmet or hat with the bluetooth earphone, but does not apply to an MP3 player.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a head-mounted MP3 player, in which an MP3 module is firmly fixed on a head-mounted sports device by a fixing device so that the MP3 module can be worn on a user's head with the head-mounted sports device. The MP3 module does not fall off when worn during exercise.
- To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a head-mounted MP3 player, which comprises a head-mounted sports device worn on a human head, an MP3 module, a fixing device, and at least an earphone. The fixing device is disposed between the head-mounted sports device and the MP3 module and used to fix the MP3 module on the head-mounted sports device. The earphone is electrically connected to the MP3 player with a signal cable.
- The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing, in which:
-

When the user exercises, the MP3 module does not fall off. Therefore, the user can conveniently listen to the music or sounds played by theMP3 module 3 while engaging in sports at any time and at any place. - Moreover, as shown in
FIGS. 5 and 6 , the head-mountedsports devices 1 are a soft hat and a soft cloth hat, respectively. In the present invention, the type of hat is not limited. Any kind of hat can be embodied in the present invention. - As shown in
FIG. 7 , the fixingdevice 2 is exposed, and includes two linkingtapes sports device 1 and on theMP3 module 3. The two linkingtapes MP3 module 3 on the head-mountedsports device 1. - As shown in
FIG. 8 , the fixingdevice 2 is exposed, and includes afastening groove 25 and afastening body 26 respectively fixed at the outer edge of the head-mountedsports device 1 and on theMP3 module 3. Thefastening groove 25 and thefastening body 26 can be fastened together to fix detachably theMP3 module 3 on the head-mountedsports device 1. Moreover, the fixingdevice 2 can fix theMP3 module 3 on the head-mountedsports device 1 by means of magnetic attraction (not shown). - Furthermore, as shown in
FIGS. 9 and 10 , the head-mountedsports device 1 is a hard helmet, and the fixingdevice 2 includes a fixinggroove 27 disposed at the outer edge of the head-mountedsports device 1 and anouter door 28 capable of closing the fixinggroove 27. The fixinggroove 27 is used to receive theMP3 module 3. One side of theouter door 28 is pivotally connected with the head-mountedsports device 1. Theouter door 28 can make a closing action or an opening action to the fixinggroove 27. Awaterproof spacer 281 is disposed at the edge of theouter door 28 to have a better airtight effect and thus achieve a waterproof effect when closing theouter door 28. Additionally, asafety switch 29 is disposed at one side of the fixinggroove 27. Thesafety switch 29 is linked with alock 291. When theouter door 28 is closed, thelock 291 will be locked with the free end of theouter door 28 to make sure that theouter door 28 is firmly closed on the fixinggroove 27, thereby preventing theMP3 module 3 from escaping from the fixinggroove 27.
