Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a far infrared heater, and more particularly to a far infrared heater having a far infrared heating member supported by a supporting structure able to emit far infrared rays to all sides, the far infrared rays can be radiated out from an opening of a housing of the heater; the heater can be used at a foot, a shoulder or some other areas of the body.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- In the busy as well as tensed up industrial and commercial society, some people who work and seat in offices for long periods are subjected to having bad blood circulation that makes abnormal body functions; while some other people having inferior body constitutions are subjected to having phenomenon of cool hands and feet, this phenomenon is more serious in winters.
- Sports are undoubtedly the best ways to solve the above problems. However, in fact, not all people have time and constancy for sporting. Hence many people having bad blood circulation are using various commercially available heating devices (such as heating pads or foot steepers) to help keep bodies warm.
- However, a conventional heating pad mainly has therein separated heating wires extending to and fro, it is unable to give the heating pad an uniform temperature when being heated; and the heating pad mainly is used to cover an area of a body, if it is used as a foot pad, it not only is subjected to getting dirty, but also looks complicated by providing with a manual switch. A conventional foot steeper can only get an effect of heating for a user after adding water and having the water heated, this not only renders large volume of the entire foot steeper, but also is more cumbersome for use.
- Moreover, none of the two above stated heating devices uses far infrared ray for heating, they only take advantage of heat transmission, their effect of improving blood circulation of bodies are not good.
- In view of the above stated and to get rid of the stated defects, the inventor provides the present invention based on his professional experience of years in studying and nonstop improvement for rendering a far infrared heater convenient for a user to use on any area of his body, thereby to activate cells of his body and to get healthy.
- The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a far infrared heater that is a heating structure able to emit far infrared rays to all sides, so that an effect that a user fast warms up can be achieved.
- The secondary objective of the present invention is to provide a far infrared heater, by combination of an arched housing and a supporting structure, a far infrared heating member can be supported to be used at a foot, a shoulder or some other areas of the body of the user.
- Another objective of the present invention is to provide a far infrared heater with a touch control plate structure provided on its housing, the user can directly press to control the far infrared heating member for turning on/off.
- To achieve the above stated objectives, the far infrared heater provided in the present invention comprises a housing, a supporting structure, a far infrared heating member and a control device; the housing is provided on its top with an opening, the supporting structure is provided beneath the opening; the far infrared heating member is placed on the supporting structure; the control device is electrically connected with the far infrared heating member to generate far infrared rays to radiate out from of the opening of the housing.
- The far infrared heating member includes an insulating plate, a piece of carbon fiber clamped in the insulating plate and arrayed in the form of a plain surface, and an electrode connecting with the piece of carbon fiber; the electrode is electrically connected with the control device.
- The control device includes a display screen, a control circuit board, at least a touch switch, a detector and at least a touch control plate. The display screen, the control circuit board, the touch switch and the detector are all electrically connected; the touch control plate is provided on the housing and connected with the touch switch to control turning on/off of the far infrared heating member.
