Be it known that I, ALBERT KAsAN WAr'rs, a citizen of the United States, residing at 79 and 80 High Holborn, London,
W. 0., England, merchant, have invented,
new and useful Improvements in Pocket- Cli s for Fountain-Pens and Pencils, of which the following is a specification.
This invention consists of the herein deran e of iameters than at present.
