本発明方法 は 、 水 の軟化 、 水 、 非水溶液 ( 有機溶媒 ) お よ び海水な ど の脱塩 、 純水の 製造、 原子力 発電所や火 力 発電所 に お け る復水系統や純水系統 、 m 、 水銀 、 力 卜' ミ ゥ ム な ど有害金属の 除去、 海水中 の ゥ ラ ンゃ希土類な ど の有用 重金属の分離回収 、 ク ロ ム酸の除去 、 種々 の糖 液の脱色 、 脱塩 、 ス 卜 レプ 卜 マ イ シ ン 、 ぺ 二 シ リ ン な ど の抗生物質お よ び各種 fe TOの精製分離 、 リ ジ ン 、 グル タ ミ ン酸な ど の ァ ミ ノ 酸の精製分離 、 プ ド ゥ糖 と 果糖な ど の異性化糖や光学活性体の分 、 各種有機酸や ¾ tex im 基の吸着 、 界面活性剤 の吸着 、 ョ ゥ 素の精製 、 ホル マ リ ン の精製 、 染料な ど の色素物質の吸着 、 水分の 除去な ど の通常の イ オ ン交換樹脂で行なわ れて い る分野 に ¾用 す る こ と が でさ る
さ ら に 、 タ ン パ ク 質 、 ペ プチ ド 、 酵素 、 核酸 、 ホ ル モ ン 、 ヌ ク レ オ チ ド 、 ア ル カ ロ イ ド 、 脂質 、 ス テ ロ イ ド 、 ウ ィ ル ス 、 菌体な ど の細胞 、 酸化鉄 、 水酸化鉄、 シ リ カ の ご き無機質 コ ロ ィ ド物質や有機質 コ ロ イ ド饬質な ど の コ ロ イ ド物質、 お よび硫化水素、 ハ ロ ゲ ン化水素 、 亜 硫酸 ガ ス な どの 酸性ガ スや ア ン モニ ア 、 ア ミ ン類な どの 塩基性ガスの吸着 · 除去、 血液や血漿の净化な ど に も適 用 す る こ と がで ぎ る
本発明方法 は 、 特 に不用物を ィ オ ン交換ゃ吸着 し て 被 処理液 を精製す る分野 に 好 ま し < 用 い ら れる 。 そ の なか でも、 原水を カ チ 才 ン交換体 と ァ 二 オ ン交換体で処理 し て 純水 を製造 す る方法 に 最も好 ま し く 用 い ら れる 。
以下純水の製造方法 に つ い て 詳細 に 明する
通常 カ チ オ ン交換基好 ま し く は スルホ ン酸基を有する カ チ才 ン交換体 は酸で活性化 し 、 ァ ニ 才 ン交換基好ま し ぐ は 4 級 ア ン モニ ゥ ム基を有す る ァ-ニ 才 ン交換体は アル 力 リ で活性化 し て 用 い ら れる 。 原水 と して は 、 通常工業 用 水 、 市水 、 井水 、 水道水 、 地下水、 R 〇膜透過水 、 蒸 留水、 原子力 発電所や火力 発電所 の復水、 な どが好 ま し く 用 い ら れる 。 通常、 少な く と ち一種類ィ 才 ン交換樹脂 で処理 し た 後 、 周種類のィ オ ン交換镍維で処理す る 工程 を 含むの が よ い 。
処理 する順序の具体例 と し て は 、 K KP → A R
R → A R → K p 、 → A K D → A
F → A F 、 K R → A R → K F A F 、 K p A R → Kp AF 、 K R → AR - K R A R → K ^ A F 、 な ど を挙 げ る こ と が でぎ る が こ れ に 限定 さ れる も ので は な い 。 こ こ で 、
OMPI \ R A p はそ れぞれ 力 チ 才 ン交換樹脂、 ァ ニ オ ン交換 樹脂 、 K F 、 A F はそ れぞれ 力 チ才 ン交換織維 、 ァ ニ 才 ン交換繊維 、 K R は カ チ 才 ンお よ び ァ二 オ ン交換樹 脂の混 合体 , K F A F は カ チ才 ンお よ びァ二 オ ン交換織 雑の混合体を意味す る 。 力 チ 才 ンお よ びァ 二 オ ン交換繊 維の混合体のかわ り に 力 チ才 ン交換織維 と 粉末 ァニ オ ン 交換樹脂の混合体も し く は ァ ニ オ ン交換織維 と 粉末 カ チ オ ン交換樹脂の 混合体を用 い て ち ょ い 。
高純度水 を製造する に は ィ 才 ン交換樹脂で処理 し た後 少な く と も カ チ オ ン お よ び ァ ニ オ ン交換纖維の混合体で 処理す る の が好 ま し く 、 処理する頑序の具体例 と し て は 前記 し た K A p → K F A p ^ R A R → K F A F 、 K R → A R → A R → K p A F な ど を挙げる こ と がで き る 。 し し で 力 チ才 ン交換体 と ァニ オ ン交換体 、 特 に樺 雜 の混合 ( 当量 ) 比率 と し て は 、 通常 1 0 : ト 1 : 1 〇 で あ る が好 ま し く は 5 : 1 〜 1 : 5 特に 好 ま し く は 3 1 〜 1 : 3 が よ い 。
さ ら に 、 前処理→ R 〇膜→ イ オ ン交換 紫外線殺菌→ M F 、 U F ち し < は R 〇膜な ど か ら な る公知 の 超純水 シ ス テ ム の ィ オ ン交換 に 本発明を適用 する こ と に よ っ て 、 従来法 よ り も電気比抵抗、 T O C ( 有撈物 ) 、 微粒子数 生 菌数の点に お い て 、 は る か に優れた 超純水を容易 に か つ 経済的 に 製造 す る こ と が で き る 。
本 発 明方法 は 上記の ご と く 第 1 に イ オ ン交換や吸着処 理が短時間 で行な え る こ と 、 第 2 に 高度 に イ オ ン 交換や'
OMPI 吸着が行な る こ と 、 第 3 に イ オ ン交換や吸着の処理容 量が大き い こ と 、 第 4 に短時間 に 髙純水を大量に 製造 す る こ と がで きる こ と 、 な どの特徴 を有 し て い る 。
以下に 実施例を示 す が、 こ れ に 限定 さ れる もので はな い 。
実施例 1
市販の カ チ才 ン交換樹脂 ァ ンパ ー ラ イ 卜 I R - 1 2 0 B 4 0 ml ( 7 6 ^ U 当量 ) を カ ラ ム ( 1 . 7 cm ø X 1 8 cm ) に 充塡 し 酸で活性化 し た ( 力 ラ ム KR ) Ί 賺 カ ッ 卜 フ ァ ィ パ ー状の 力 チ才 ン交換繊維 4 0 ml ( 1 3 ミ リ 当量 ) を カ ラ ム ( 1 - 7 cm ø X 1 7 cm ) に充塡 し狻で活 性化 し た ( 力 ラ ム K p ) 。 市販の ァ 二 オ ン交換樹脂ダイ ャ ィ 才 ン S A 2 0 A P 8 0 ml ( 0 8 ミ リ 当量 ) を カ ラ 厶 ( 1 . 7 cm ø X 3 6 cm) に 充填 し アルカ リ で活性化 し た ( カ ラ ム A R ) 。 水道水を 3 J2 X h rの流速で カ ラ ム KR → カ ラ ム K F → カ ラ ム の頭序で通液 し 、 流出液の 電気比抵抗を測定する こ と に よ っ て 力 チ才 ン成分の 除去 性能を 調 ベる と周時に 水製造を行な っ た 。 通液量 と 電 気比抵抗の 関係を表 1 に示す
比較例 1
実施例 に 準 じ て 力 ラム KR — カ ラ ム A R と カ ラ ム K: カ ラ ム Aft に つ いて流出液 0電気比抵抗を測定 し た 通液量 と 電気比抵抗の 関係を表 1 に 示す 。
表 1 か ら 、 本発明 で は 3 J2 h rの 流速 に お い て も 1 M Ω · cm以上 の処理水が 7 8 ϋ で あ り 、 比較例で はそ れぞ ΐάηο

実施例 2
市販の混合樹脂 ア ンバ ー ライ 卜 Μ B - 1 3 0 ml ( 力 チ 才 ン 2 9 ミ リ 当量 、 ァ ニ オ ン 2 1 ミ リ 当量 ) が下層部 に 、 M B — 2 9 0 ml ( 力 チ才 ン 5 7 ミ リ 当 量、 ァ ニ オ ン 8 Ί ミ リ 当量 ) が上層 部 に なる よ う に カ ラ ム ( 1 . 7 cm 0 x 5 4 cm) に充填 し た ( カ ラ ム A R ) 。 1 纖 カ ツ 卜 フ ア イ パ ー状の锾維混合体 1 2 0 ml ( カ チ オ ン 1 5 ミ リ 当量、 ァ ニ オ ン 1 0 ミ リ 当量 ) を カ ラ ム ( Ί . 7 cm φ ■X 5 4 cm) に 充填 し た ( カ ラ ム K F A F ) 。 水道水 を 3 ώ Ζ ίΐΓの流速で カ ラ ム K P^ A R 力 ラ ム K p A τ の順序 で通液 し純水を製造 し た 。 通液量 と 電気比抵抗の 関係を 表 2 に示す 。
比較例 2
実施例 2 に 準 じ て カ ラ ム K R A R と カ ラ ム K F A を 用 い て 、 そ れぞれ別 々 に純水製造を行な っ た 。 通 液量 と 電気比抵抗の 関係を表 2 に 示す 。
表 2 か ら 、 本発明 で は 3 / rの流速 に お い て も 1 0 M Ω ♦ cm以上 の処理水が 4 7 il で あ り 、 比較 冽 で は そ れ ぞれ 2 5 J2 、 7 J2 で両者を 合計 し て も 3 2 J に す ぎず 、 本発 明法 は処理容量が非常 に 大き い こ と がわ か る 。 ま た 一 O PI - 表 2
本発明で は電気比抵抗が髙 く 、 被処理液中の不純物 が髙 度 に イ オ ン交換や吸着さ れて お り 、 髙純度水が大量 に 得 ら れる こ と がわ かる 。
実施例 3
1 画カ ツ 卜 フ ア イ パ ー状の IS維混合体 3 0 ral ( 力 チ 才 ン 3 . 8 ミ リ 当量、 ァ ニ オ ン 2 . 5 ミ リ 当量 ) が下層部 に 、 市販の混合樹脂 ア ンパ ー ラ イ 卜 M B — 2 9 0 ml ( 力 チ才 ン 5 7 ミ リ 当量 、 ァニ オ ン 8 1 ミ リ 当量 ) が上層 部 に な る よ う に カ ラ ム ( 1 . 7 cm0 X 5 4 cm ) に 充塡 し た ( カ ラ ム K R A R 9 0 ml→ K ): A T 3 0 ml ) 。 水道水 を
3 d の流速で上部よ り カ ラ ム に通液 し て純水を製造 し た 。 通液量 と 電気比抵抗の 関係を表 3 に 示 す 。

1 顏 カ ツ 卜 フ ァ イ バ状の織維混合体 1 O ml ( 力 チ 才 ン 1 . 3 ミ リ 当量 、 ァ ニ オ ン 0 . 8 5 ミ リ 当量 ) が下層部 に 、 市販の混合樹脂 ア ンバ ー ラ イ 卜 M B — 2 1 1 0 ml ( カ チ オ ン 7 0 ミ リ 当量、 ァ ニ オ ン 9 9 ミ リ 当 量 ) が上 層部 に な る よ う に カ ラ ム ( 1 . 7 cm0 x 5 4 cm) に 充塡 し た ( カ ラ ム ^ ^ 八 !^ 1 0 m I→ K F A 1 0 ml ) 。 実 施例 3 に準 じ て 純水を製造 し た と き の通液量 と 電気比抵 抗の 関係を表 3 に 示す 。 '

表 3 か ら 、 本発明で は 3 ώ / の流速に おいて も 1 0 Μ Ω ♦ cm以上の処理水がそ れぞれ 3 5 Jl 、 4 3 ώ で あ り 比較例で は 3 0 l2 に すぎず 、 本発明法は固定床容量当 り の処理容量が大きい こ と がわかる 。 ま た本発明で は電気 比抵抗が高 く 、 被処理液中 の不純物が高度 に イ オ ン交換 や吸着さ れ てお り 、 髙純度水が大量に得 ら れる こ と を認 め た 。 鐵維の使用容量が大き く なる と 処理液の純度が髙 く な る が処理容量が低下 し 、 逆 に小さ すぎる と処理容量 は大き く なるが処理液の純度が低下する こ と がわかる 。
実施例 5 、 比較例 4
R O水を市販の混合樹脂 ァ バ ー ライ 卜 M B— ' 2 1 d の カ ラ ム ( 7 . O cin0 ) 、.超純水用 混合樹脂ア ンバ ー ラ ィ 卜 E G— 2 9 0 1 . 8 12 の カ ラム ( 7 . 0 01110 ) に 頫次 3 0 il Z hrの流速で通液 し た 。 こ の後、 2分割 し一 方 は Ί 漏カ ツ 卜 フ ァ イ バ 一状の接雜混合体 1 ώ の カ ラ ム ( 7 . O cm0 、 力 チ才 ン 1 5 0 ミ リ 当量、 ァ ニ オ ン 1 0 0 ミ リ 当量 〉 、 他方は超純水用樹脂 ア ンバ ー ライ 卜 E G 一 2 9 0 1 i2 の カ ラ ム ( 7 . Ο οιιιφ ) に そ れぞれ 1 5 i! Zhrの流速で通液 し 出 口 の水質を調べた 。 2 4 0 0 ϋ 通液点で の水質 は前者 ( 本発明法) が比抵抗 1 8 Μ Ω ♦ cm以上 、 0 . 2 ^ 以上の総微粒子数 6個 ./ m I、 後者 ( 比 較例 ) が比抵抗 1 7 . 5 M Q * cm、 0 . 2 " 以上 の総微 粒 子数 2 4個 / mlであ っ た 。 こ の結果か ら 、 本発明 法で は特 に 微粒子数の点 に おい て 、 は るか に優れた 超耗水が 得 ら れる こ と が わ かる 。

な お、 刖 記実施例お よび比較例で用 いた カ チ オ ンな ら び に ァ ニ オ ン交換繊維は次の方法で製造 し た も の で あ る 多芯海島型複合繊維 ( 未延伸糸 ) ( 海成分 ( ポ リ ス チ レ ン ^ポ リ プ ロ ピ レ ン ) Z島成分 ( ポ リ プ ロ ピ レ ン ) = ( 4 7 ) / 4 9 ( 島数 1 6 、 繊維直径 3 4 〃 ) 〕 を ί¾ さ 1 mm に 切新 し て カ ツ 卜 フ ァ イ ノ 一 を得た 。 該 カ ツ 卜 フ ァ イ ズく 一 1 重量部を市 販の 1 級硫酸 7 . 5容量部 とパ ラ ホ ルム アルデ ヒ ド 0 . 1 5 重量部か ら な る 架橋 * ス ル 一 ΟΜΡΙ ホ ン 化液 に加え 8 0 で 4 時圜反応処理 し た後、 水洗 し た 。 次 に アル力 リ で処理 し て か ら 水洗する こ と に よ っ て スルホ ン酸基を有する 力 チ 才 ン交換繊維を得た 。 ( 交換 容量 2 . 8 U 当量 / g - N a , 含水度 1 . 5 ) 。
上記 カ ツ 卜 フ ァ ィ パ一 1 重量部を市販の 1 級硫酸 5 容 量部、 水 0 . 5 容量部 とパ ラ ホルム アルデ ヒ ド 0 . 2 重 量部か ら な る架橋液に加え 8 0 で 4 時間架橋反応を行 な っ た 。 次 に ク ロ ルメ チルエ ー テル 8 . 5 容量部 と 塩化 第 2 スズ 1 . 5 容量部か ら なる溶液 に 架橋系を加 え 、 3 0 で 1 時間反応 し た 。 反応終了後、 1 0 %塩酸 、 蒸留 水 、 ァ セ 卜 ンで洗浄 し た 。 ク ロルメ チル化系を 3 0 % 卜 リ メ チル ァ ミ ン水溶液 1 0 容量部 に加 え、 3 0 で 1 時 間 ア ミ ノ 化 し て水洗 し た 。 さ'ら に塩酸で処理 し て か ら 水 洗 す る こ と に よ つ て 卜 リ メ チル ァ ン モニ ゥ ム メ チル基を 有する ァニ オ ン交換鐵維を得た ( 交換容 4 ミ リ 当 量ノ g 一 C 、 含水度 1 . 8 ) 。
織雜混合体 は カ チ 才 ン交換耩雜お よ びァニ オ ン,交換繊 維をそ れぞれ酸、 ア ル力 リ で活性化 し た後、 両者を所定 の割合で攪拌混 台 し た ち の を用 い た 。
