Chaque morceau de cette paroi périphérique discontinue est assez souple et élastique pour permettre l'engagement d'un élément en forme de disque 58 et son maintien dans l'élément de réception 56 grâce au rebord. Cet accessoire fonctionne comme un bouton pression et permet de positionner le dispositif de micropompe sur un tissu utilisé comme ceinture ou comme brassard. A relative rotation of small amplitude between the pump support 114 and the accessory which carries the second coupling system element 54 allows the pins 68 to be positioned in the notches 64 hence a locking between the pump support 114 and its accessory. The accessory shown in FIG. 8A comprises two tapped holes 70 intended to receive two screws 44 entirely. As in the case of FIG. 5, these screws will be able to cooperate with a rigid plate 42 which stands out for the production of a clip for belt. The accessory of FIG. 8A also includes a separable element 48 with a loop 46 for wearing as a pendant. Another wearing accessory is shown in FIG. 8B: it consists of two elements 56 and 58 intended to cooperate by tight engagement on either side of a fabric used as a belt, for example. A receiving element 56 carries the second coupling system element 54 on a circular face which is extended on the other side by a discontinuous peripheral wall and a radial rim turned inwards. Each piece of this discontinuous peripheral wall is flexible and elastic enough to allow the engagement of a disc-shaped element 58 and its retention in the receiving element 56 thanks to the flange. This accessory works like a press button and allows you to position the micropump device on a fabric used as a belt or as an armband. It should be noted that the presence of the pump does not in any way modify the mounting of the port accessories on the pump support, said accessories being able to be dismantled by carrying out the mounting steps described above in the opposite direction.
