Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil permettant de choisir des emplacements sur lesquels placer des messages publicitaires pour un annonceur. Pour chaque emplacement faisant partie d'un premier groupe, l'appareil évalue la fréquence avec laquelle des personnes visitant un annonceur visitent également l'emplacement. Cet appareil choisit dans le second groupe un emplacement publicitaire vers lequel l'emplacement publicitaire haute performance tend le plus à entraîner ses visiteurs.An apparatus for choosing locations to place advertising messages for an advertiser is provided. For each placement in a first group, the device evaluates the frequency with which people visiting an advertiser also visit the placement. This device chooses from the first group, the advertising location with the highest frequency of visits. For each location that is part of a second group of advertising locations, the apparatus evaluates the tendency of a high performance advertising location to lead its visitors to the advertising location that is part of the second group of advertising locations. This device chooses from the second group an advertising location to which the high performance advertising location tends to draw its visitors the most.
