Abstract
When the safety item device is enabled, it will automatically send an unlimited number of FM radio signals or other signals, detectable by cellular telephones, landline telephones and Internet connections, with attached security signal transformation devices, which then transforms the FM/other signals received into a direct emergency telephone call and/or emergency electronic mail alert and/or emergency text/numeric message.

Mobile Security System, Advanced Mobile Security System and Superior Mobile Security System
Mobile Security System
A method and apparatus, known as a mobile security system, which enables, initiated by a firm touch, a paper battery operated device (*1), that may be incorporated or attached into/with several safety items (see safety item chart below for details), such as cellular telephone clips/holders, lighters, buttons, shirt- and blouse collars, belts, belt-buckles, shoe soles, pens, lipsticks, wallets, car door handles, purses, handbags, hairclips, hairpins, glasses, jewelry including earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets, wrist watches, tie clips, cufflinks and pendants, to transmit FM radio signals ( and/or other alternative/supplemental signals, please see the Signal Specifications section for detailed information) to a security signal transformation device(*2), with an incorporated FM radio signal receiver which transforms the FM radio signals received to a direct signal employing the devices *3, *4, *5, *6, *7, *8, *9, *10, *11 and *12, to transmit an emergency alert received by one or several preprogrammed recipient -s, alternatively the police, a security company, a parent, a medical worker such as a nurse or doctor etc., as detailed below.
The *2 device may be connected to the I/O device (input/output device) located at the lower end of a cellular telephone, as a security signal transformation device (*3), integrated with the cellular telephone battery, as a security signal transformation device (*4), attached to a landline telephone including but not limited to telephone sets, cordless telephones and public telephones, as a security signal transformation device (*5) incorporated with a landline telephone including but not limited to telephone sets, cordless telephones and public telephones, as a security signal transformation device (*6) attached to an Internet connection device including but not limited to a cable/DSL modem, a dial- up modem, a satellite modem, a hub and a router, as a security signal transformation device (*7), incorporated with an Internet connection device including but not limited to a cable/DSL modem, a dial-up modem, a satellite modem, a hub and a router, as a security signal transformation device (*8), attached to a beeper/pager, as a security signal transformation device (*9), incorporated with a beeper/pager, as a security signal transformation device (*10), attached to a PDA device, as a security signal transformation device (* 11) or incorporated with a PDA device, as a security signal transformation device (*12).
The device *3/*4 automatically and silently dials one or several designated telephone numberAs, which will be set to an alterable default of the local emergency telephone number (such as 911 in the United States) upon receiving the signal from device *2, enabling the preset telephone number to be dialed, as a result of the FM radio signal sent from the FM radio signal transmitter (*1) attached/incorporated into/with one of the safety items as listed in the safety item chart below. The preprogrammed recipient of the telephone call will be informed of the cellular telephone number (Y) and the full name of the cellular telephone subscriber (X) of the incoming call along with the approximate location (based on the nearest cellular antenna)(Z), the call is being transmitted from, and the cellular telephone will upon completion of the recorded message, automatically switch to recording mode, which simultaneously records and stores any conversation and/or noise and enables the recipient to "listen in" on any conversation and/or noise. The default incoming call recorded message (which may be altered by the cellular telephone subscriber), will read as follows: "This is an Emergency Call from X, telephone number Y, informing you that there is at present time a serious threat and/or performance of criminal and dangerous act at location: Z. Please come to my assistance immediately".
The device *5/*6 automatically and silently dials one or several designated telephone numberAs, which will be set to an alterable default of the local emergency telephone number (such as 911 in the United States) upon receiving the signal from device *2, enabling the preset telephone number to be dialed, as a result of the FM radio signal sent from the FM radio signal transmitter (*1)
attached/incorporated into/with one of the safety items as listed in the safety item chart below. The recipient of the telephone call will be informed of the victim/potential victims name (XI) and the exact location (Zl) of the landline telephone including but not limited to telephone sets, cordless telephones and public telephones. The default incoming call recorded message (which may be altered), will read as follows: "This is an Emergency Call from XI, informing you thatthere is at present time a serious threat and/or performance of criminal and dangerous act at location: Zl. Please come to my assistance immediately".
The device *7/*8 automatically and silently sends one or several preset text message to a designated electronic mail recipientAs, which will be set to an alterable default of the local authorities, upon receiving the signal from device *2, enabling the preset electronic mail text message to be delivered, as a result of the FM radio signal sent from the FM radio signal transmitter (*1) attached/incorporated into/with one of the safety items as listed in the safety item chart below. The recipientAs of the text message will be informed of the victim/potential victims name (X2) and the exact location (Z2) of the Internet connection device, including but not limited to cable/DSL modems, dial-up modems, satellite modems, hubs and routers. The default text message (which may be altered), will state the following: "This is an Emergency Alert from X2, informing you that there is at present time a serious threat and/or performance of criminal and dangerous act at location: Z2. Please come to my assistance immediately".
The device *9/* 10 automatically and silently sends one or several preset text numeric messageAs via the beeper/pager to one or several designated recipientAs, which will be set to an alterable default of the local authorities, upon receiving the signal from device *2, enabling the preset text and/or numeric message to be delivered, as a result of the FM radio signal sent from the FM radio signal transmitter (*1) attached/incorporated into/with one of the safety items as listed in the safety item chart below. The device *11/*12 automatically and silently sends one or several preset text messageAs in form of an electronic mail to a designated recipientAs, which will be set to an alterable default of the local authorities, upon receiving the signal from device *2, enabling the preset text message to be delivered, as a result of the FM radio signal sent from the FM radio signal transmitter (*1) attached/incorporated into/with one of the safety items as listed in the safety item chart below. The recipientAs of the text message will be informed of the victim/potential victims name (X2) and the approximate location (based on the nearest telephone antenna)(Z4) of the PDA device. The default text message (which may be altered), will state the following: "This is an Emergency Alert from X2, informing you that there is at present time a serious threat and/or performance of criminal and dangerous act near location: Z4. Please come to my assistance immediately".
Alarm Additions
The FM radio signals transmitted from device *1, may also be received by a second type of security signal transformation device, herein referred to as *AL, which unlike the signal transformation device *2, does not initiate a telephone number to be called or an electronic mail to be sent, but rather enabling an alarm and light device, *AL, to be activated. The *AL device may be preprogrammed to operate on several different settings, including but not limited to: light, blinking light, low volume alarm, medium volume alarm, high volume alarm or any a combination of the settings. Since the FM radio signal transmitted from device * 1 may reach a radius of 100m, any and all of the *AL devices
located within that radius, will be activated automatically once the safety item is firmly pushed, initiating the device *1 to transmit the FM radio signals. This in turn will further ease the recipientAs of the emergency alertAs attempt to locate the victim potential victim, and in some cases the optional preprogrammed alarm might scare off the perpetratorAs.
MSSSoftware (Mobile Security System Software)
The Mobile Security Systems all include a unique security software, herein referred to as MSSSoftware, which enables the purchaser of the Mobile Security System, to input their personal information, such as name, age, allergies/other medical conditions, home/work/school addressAes etc. into the Mobile Security System preprogrammed alerting system, which enables the recipientAs of the alert to be prepared and aware of the victim's/potential victim's medical condition and name, home address etc, which in turn eases the process of locating the alerts origin. Upon receiving the emergency alert, the MSSSoftware also automatically prints out a map of the location of the alerts origin, which further eases the job of locating the victim/potential victim.
The MSSSoftware is based upon expedient and intelligent applications, where the purchaser of the Mobile Security System, can simply load the software and input their personal information (or in case of children/ elderly have a parentfamily member/trusted person assist them) on their computer and/or cellular telephone, and submit the details to the security device *1, which in turn automatically stores the submitted personal information and processes this information to the recipient of any alert originated by that particular *1 security device. The MSSSoftware may also be used to program immobile security signal transformation devices such as *5, *6, *7 and *8 to store exact location information including but not limited to Street number and name, cross-streets, City/town, Province and homeowner's/resident's nameAs,
The information being processed using the MSSSoftware, will be stored in a server dedicated solely to the Mobile Security System, including a programmed converter software, which enables the Mobile Security System Server to transmit the information processed to other servers, including but not limited to Oracle, MSSQL, SQL and MySQL databases based at cellular carrier companies, police, hospitals, security companies and so forth.
The recipientAs of the emergency alerts, may be preprogrammed to be one or several recipientAs, such as the local emergency telephone number/electronic mail, a parent's cellular telephone/ beeper/telephone in case of the victim/potential victim being a child or a caretaker's/nurse's cellular telephone/ beeper/telephone in case of the victim/potential victim being an elderly/seriously ill person or a list of recipients, whereas in such a case the first preprogrammed emergency/telephone/cellular/beeper number would be dialed followed by the second preprogrammed number etc. In case of the FM radio signal being transmitted to a security signal transformation device attached/incorporated with/into an Internet connection such as a cable/DSL modem, a dial-up modem, a satellite modem, a hub or a router or to a security device attached/incorporated with/into a PDA device the preprogrammed recipients of the emergency alert may all be notified simultaneously.
Signal Specifications
The FM radio signal as listed above for enabling and operating the Mobile Security Systems, may be replaced and or added as a backup signal to the following types of signals, where as with the Mobile Security Systems, the security device *1 incorporated/attached with/to the safety item, would, upon receiving a firm touch, enable the device's signal transmitter to send one or several of the following signals to the security signal transformation device *2, which in turn would then enable the emergency telephone call/electronic mail etc. to be delivered to the preprogrammed recipientAs:
FM signals
AM signals
FSK signals
Infrared signals
Any other signal with the ability to be transmitted and received silently. Please note that the patent claims for the mobile security systems are in no way limited to type, strength, quality or frequency of signals utilized, but including all those legally utilized in the respective countries of operation, without limitation.
Detailed Descriptions:
*1: Paper-battery operated device which, by firm touch is enabled to transmit an unlimited (only limited to the quantity of battery power remaining) number of FM radio signals detectable by the FM radio signal receiver incorporated with the security signal transformation device *2, which in then transforms the FM radio signal to a signal sent to the emergency alerting devices *3, *4, *5, *6, *7, *8, *9, *10, *11 and/or *12.
*2: Security signal transformation device with an incorporated FM radio signal receiver which transforms any FM radio signals received to a direct signal employing the devices *3, *4, *5, *6, *7 *8, *9, *10, *11 and *12, to transmit an emergency alert received by a preprogrammed recipient. *3: Device with an incorporated *2 security signal transformation device, attached to the IO device of a cellular telephone, including a battery usage monitoring function, which automatically stores, e.g. disables the cellular telephone to use up the cellular telephone battery power, enough battery power to perform potential Emergency calls initiated by the safety items, as detailed below. *4: Device with an incorporated security signal transformation device, manufactured into a traditional cellular telephone battery (completely unnoticeable unless the mobile telephone is taken apart; unlike the *3 device which may be noticed by an observant perpetrator), which enables the FM radio signal received by device *1 to be transformed into a silent telephone call to the local authorities (unless otherwise programmed) in the form of a prerecorded message, as detailed above informing the authorities of X, Y and Z (please see below for descriptions) and switching the cellular telephone to recording mode, enabling the recipient to listen in and the cellular telephone to store any conversations, noise etc. that may take place. The integrated device *4 also includes a battery usage monitoring function, which automatically stores, e.g. disables the cellular telephone to use up the cellular telephone battery power, to enough battery power to perform potential Emergency calls initiated by the safety items.
*5: Device with an incorporated security signal transformation device, attached to a landline telephone, such as a telephone set, a cordless telephone and a public telephone, which transforms the signal received by *1 to one or several silent telephone callAs to one or several preprogrammed recipientAs, delivering a prerecorded message stating the victim's/potential victim's name and the exact location of the landline telephone.

Z: Location, e.g. the nearest cellular antenna, combined with preset information of the home address and everyday whereabouts of the cellular telephone subscriber, which may be preprogrammed into the cellular telephone security device *3 or *4 directly using the keypad of the cellular telephone or by using the MSSSoftware, as detailed above.
XI: Full name of the victim/potential victim, including other vital information such as allergies, medical conditions etc. (preprogrammed).
Zl: The exact location of the landline telephone, including street number and name, cross streets, city/town and province (preprogrammed).
X2: Full name of the victim potential victim including other vital information such as allergies, medical conditions etc. (preprogrammed).
Z2: The exact location of the Internet connection device, including street number and name, cross streets, city/town and province (preprogrammed).
Z3: The approximate location of the beeper/pager (based on the nearest telephone antenna), including street number and name, cross streets (if available), city/town and province.
Z4: The approximate location of the PDA (based on the nearest antenna), including street number and name, cross streets (if available), city/town and province.
Safety Item Chart
The safety items as listed above are examples and do not in any way limit the Mobile Security System device *1, as detailed above or device *1CS, as detailed below, to be attached/incorporated with/into any other items including but not limited to pieces of clothing, jewelry, accessories, transportation vehicles, home appliances/furnishings and so forth.
Advanced Mobile Security System
A method and apparatus, known as an advanced mobile security system, which enables a paper battery operated device (*1 A), that may be incorporated or attached into/with several safety items (see safety item chart above for details), to operate and function identically to the Mobile Security System as detailed above, with only the following added feature:
By employing a GPS (Global Positioning System) satellite signal transmitting receiving device, the Advanced Mobile Security System may alert the recipient of not only who is sending the emergency alert and the approximate location, but the exact location with complete address details, including province/state, county, city/town, street number and name and cross streets or in case of sea alerts, the exact naval navigation details (herein referred to as advanced Z). This is possible through a device * A, which is incorporated into the security device *1, which enables the security device to simultaneously and silently send a GPS signal, which determines the advanced Z, as detailed above and calls/sends
text message over the Internet the authorities/other preprogrammed recipientAs with the prerecorded/preset message including the X/X1/X2, Y and advanced Z.
Superior Mobile Security System
A method and apparatus, known as a superior mobile security system, which enables a paper battery operated device (*1S), that may be incorporated or attached into/with several safety items (see safety item chart above for details), to operate and function identically to the Mobile Security System as detailed above, with only the following added feature:
The Superior Mobile Security System includes a transmitter distance monitor which enables the device *5/*6/*7/*8 to detect the exact distance from which the security signal is being transmitted, by way of a signal transmitted from *1S to *2S and returned to *1S with distance specifications, and informing the recipient of these details (e.g. "this alert is being sent 50 feet from the following location: ...").
Important Classifications and Optional Device Mechanisms for the Mobile Security System, the Advanced Mobile Security System and the Superior Mobile Security System
In terms of the Mobile Security Systems being enabled by way of a safety item, as detailed above, and an emergency call originating from a cellular telephone, the method and apparatus may be classified into the following three categories/types of mechanism and functionality:
1. The original description, as detailed above, where the signal transmitted from device *1, enabled by a firm touch to the safety item, is received by the security signal transformation device *2 attached to the cellular telephone I/O device, known above as device*3 or received by the security signal transformation device incorporated with the cellular telephone battery, known above as device *4, enables the cellular telephone to automatically and silently dial the preprogrammed designated emergency telephone numberAs and deliver the prerecorded emergency message to the preprogrammed recipientAs and enable the cellular telephone to automatically and silently switch to record mode when the emergency message is completed, enabling the cellular telephone to store and the recipientAs to listen in on any conversation and/or noise. Please see Picture 1.
2. As a second option the security signal transformation device *2 may be manufactured into the cellular telephone itself, enabling the signal received from device *1, attached/incorporated to/with the safety item, to send a signal within the cellular telephone, enabling the cellular telephone to automatically and silently dial the preprogrammed designated emergency telephone numberAs and deliver the prerecorded emergency message to the preprogrammed recipientAs and enable the cellular telephone to automatically and silently switch to record mode when the emergency message is completed, enabling the cellular telephone to store and the recipientAs to listen in on any conversation and/or noise. This type of cellular telephone is herein referred to as The Mobile Security System Cellular Telephone. Please see Picture 2.
3. As a third option the device* 1, as detailed above, may be exchanged with an optional device, herein known as device *1CS, which may, like device *1, be attached/incorporated to/with a safety item, as detailed above, which is enabled by a firm touch and once enabled, transmits a signal detectable by the antenna of a cellular telephone which in turn enables the cellular telephone to perform an emergency call by automatically and silently dialing one or several preprogrammed designated emergency telephone numberAs and deliver a prerecorded emergency message to the preprogrammed recipientAs and enable the cellular telephone to automatically and
silently switch to record mode when the emergency message is completed, enabling the cellular telephone to store and the recipientAs to listen in on any conversation and/or noise. The *1CS may be detected in one or both of the following two ways: 1. By a security signal transformation device, herein referred to as *2CS, which, once the signal is received from device *1CS, sends a signal to the cellular telephone, enabling the emergency callAs to be made as well as enabling the cellular telephone to operate the recording/listen in function.2. By a unique security program programmed into the cellular telephone, which, once the signal is received from device * 1CS, sends a signal to the cellular telephone, enabling the emergency callAs to be made as well as enabling the cellular telephone to operate the recording/listen in function. These types of cellular telephones are herein reefed to as The Mobile Security System Cellular Telephone 2. Please note that as all cellular carrier companies utilize different signals to be intercepted by their cellular telephones, the device *1CS and *2CS may be programmed/manufactured differently according to which cellular telephone carrier is used and therefore the signals transmitted from the device *1CS and received by device *2CS are in no way limited to a certain type of cellular signal, but all those legally utilized in the representative countries of operation. Please see Picture 3.
Business and market ideas for the Mobile Security Systems
The objective and incentive of the Mobile Security Systems are to provide the public with utmost security, taking into consideration all types of criminal and dangerous situations that may occur.
We all read and watch events on the local news, and most of us are duly surprised and frightened by the frequency and seriousness of crime in our own neighborhood/town/city. Parents, especially, worry about the safety of their children when attending school and curricular activities such as sports and youth organizations. And what about elderly who live alone, unable to reach for the telephone in case of a medical emergency or at the sight of a perpetrator?
While most security devices requires quite obvious movements to operate, the Mobile Security Systems provides the victim with the opportunity to inform the local authorities, without having to appear suspicious to the perpetratorAs. And with the unique recording system of the cellular telephone option, the authorities/other recipient will be able to listen in and get a good idea of what is happening, and estimate any potential risk and danger.
Because of it's small size, the Mobile Security System device 1 * (see the Description for details), can literally be placed anywhere, including pieces of clothing, door handles, purses, handbags, jewelry, accessories and several other the items as listed in the "safety item chart", "Description".
The markets for the mobile security systems are including but not limited to children, whom may preprogram the alert to be sent to their parent, teacher as well as the local authorities, elderly, who may be unable to reach the telephone for instance in case of a medical emergency or robbery, terminally ill patients, persons with medical conditions, high-risk workers such as construction workers, electricians etc working on high-rises and/or at other potentially dangerous locations, high- risk athletes involved in sporting activities such as mountain climbing, car/motorcycle racing, scuba diving, sailing/boating, fishing etc, night/evening workers who may feel threatened walking to and from work at night and anyone else who might feel threatened or just wishes to take precautions in today's criminal and dangerous society.
Lastly, but perhaps the most interesting and expedient idea for the Mobile Security Systems, is establishing a network of security signal transformation devices every 50-100m, connected to the local police stations and security companies, enabling anyone with the security signal transmitting device to alert the authorities in case of danger/potential danger and/or criminal handlings taking place, by pushing the safety device and enabling the signal to go to the authorities via the security signal
transformation device. The local authorities may implement Internet connection devices and/or telephones as security signal transformation devices, and because of the frequentness of these devices, they may be able to narrow down the area and sooner reach the location from which the signal originates. As an added option, the local authorities may input security-monitoring cameras near the security signal transformation devices, especially in crime-ridden areas, to ensure an even more secure and direct handling of the situation.
There is absolutely no doubt that we live in a much more dangerous and criminal society than just a few years ago, and hopefully the Mobile Security System, the Advanced Security System and the Superior Security System will be able the decrease the risk of danger for innocent victims and children.
Claims
The Mobile Security Systems, known in the Abstract and Description as Mobile Security System, Advanced Mobile Security System and Superior Mobile Security System, will hold the following claims of inventorship and patents for this patent application with the International Authority:
The signal transmitter and receiver activated by a firm touch, know as device *1
The signal transformation device enabled by the signal transmitted from device * 1 , known as device *2
The automatic cellular battery power backup saver, disabling the full power of the cellular telephone to be used, e.g. saving enough power in case of needed for the device *2 to be activated
The automatic and silent implementation of a telephone call to one or several designated numberAs, enabled by the signal received by the device *2
The automatic and silent implementation of an electronic mail sent to one or several designated recipientAs, enabled by the signal received by the device *2
The automatic and silent implementation of a text/numeric message sent to one or several designated numberAs, enabled by the signal received by the device *2
The automatic and silent implementation of the recording function on a cellular telephone, enabled by the signal received by the device *2
The Mobile Security System Software, known as MSSSoftware, enabling users of the mobile security systems to download personal information and designated recipientAs of potential emergency calls/alerts and enabling recipients to locate the emergency alert/calls origination, by way of automatically printing maps, giving direct driving directions and foresee any potential health risks associated with the user of one of the mobile security systems, in such case known as victim/potential victim
The alarm and light device activated by the signal transmitted from device * 1 , transformed by the device *2 attached/incorporated to/within the alarm and light device, known as *AL
The implementation of the GPS signal to be transmitted, when the * 1 A is activated, and once returned to the *2A device, automatically transformed into information sent directly to the preprogrammed recipientAs, in case of the Advanced Mobile Security System
The measurement of distance between the device *1S and *2S, determined by a signal transmitted to device *2 S by device *1S and returned to device *1, and once returned to the

The device * 1 CS enabling a cellular signal to be received by the antenna located on a cellular telephone, including but not limited to all types of cellular telephone signals utilized by all cellular telephone carrier companies
The Mobile Security System Cellular Telephone 2, which has the security signal transformation device *2CS manufactured within, as detailed in "Important Classifications and Optional Device Mechanisms for the Mobile Security System, the Advanced Mobile
Security System and the Superior Mobile Security System"
The complete ideas and functionality of the Mobile Security System, the Advanced Mobile
Security System and the Superior Mobile Security System as a whole, without any limitations in terms of operation, function, material and types of signals transmitted and received.
