Abstract

A performance evaluation apparatus (10) and method has an evaluation model selector (15) that selects among a set of monitored apparatus evaluation models (14) for use by a performance evaluator (13), such that performance data output by the performance evaluator (13) remains substantially contiguous regardless of changes to which one of the evaluation models (14) is presently used by the performance evaluator (13).
