The publication intermediation server 110 installs reproduction-proof prograim on the digital books to be bought or lent and provides encrypted packet so that the encrypted system may be changed.
On the electronic commerce system of the digital books according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention having functions as described above, how to insert the advertisement intermediated though the advertisement intermediation server 120 or direct transacted between the publishers (B) and the Sponsor (C) will be described with reference to FIG.4. How to register advertisement for direct transaction at the advertisement
DB which the advertisement agency including the sponsor registered as the membership, person, enterprise, and team, the advertisement salesman, the publisher (B) etc. configure in the advertisement intermediation server 120 and how to manage the registered advertisement will be described.
When the sponsor (C) accesses to the advertisement intermediation sever 120 through Internet and tries to register the advertisement, the advertisement intermediation sever 120 confirms whether to be the registered member(BIOO), and then the log-in is provided for the member(B200) while when the member is not given, the membership is induced and the membership registration process is performed( B400 and B500).
It is determined what is operation for executing the advertisement DB when the log-in of the member is normally performed at the step (B200) (B300), and according to the determined operation result, the registration of the direct transaction advertisement, edition of the registered advertisement, deletion of the registered advertisement, registered information change of the registered advertisement, management of member information etc. are executed(B600) When the direct transaction advertisement registration of the registered member is determined at the step (B600)(B610), the registered advertisements are sorted, registration conditions are selected(B611), and then the advertisement costs are defined (B612).

When the member information change of the registered advertisement is determined at the step (B600)(B640), it is again confirmed whether to be a registered member.
A member information amendment screen is provided for the registered member so that the member information may be amended (B643), the member information has been amended (B644), the amended information is stored at the advertisement DB(B645), and if necessary, the amended data are output so that the member may confirm the same(B646).
When the withdrawal request of the registered member is determined at the step (B600)(B650), the withdrawal articles are provided and the withdrawal request is again confirmed (B651 and B652).
When the withdrawal request letter is accepted (B653), usages information are searched, the withdrawal is approved when the normal withdrawal is allowed, and the advertisement intermediation sever 120 deletes the corresponding member information (B654, B655, and B656).
The registered member registers the advertisement to be direct transacted at the advertisement DB of the advertisement intermediation sever 120 and manages the registered advertisement.

When the edition of the goods registered at the goods DB is requested at the step S109, a goods edition screen is output (S110), the goods to be edited is selected in the goods edition screen (S111), and the information of the selected goods are edited (S112).
It is determined whether the corresponding goods are registered after the goods to be edited is selected in the goods edition screen and the information of the selected goods are edited (S113), information for the corresponding goods is amended and registered at the goods DB when the goods registration is determined (S 114).

When the deletion of the goods registered at the goods DB is not requested at the step (S116), the goods management process is finished and when the deletion of the goods registered at the goods DB is requested, a goods deletion screen is output (S117), the goods to be deleted is selected in the goods deletion screen (S118), and the information of the selected goods are deleted (S 119).
It is determined whether the corresponding goods are registered after the goods to be deleted is selected in the goods edition screen and the information of the selected goods are edited (S120), information for the corresponding goods is deleted from the goods information when the goods deletion is determined (S121).
After the goods information deletion registered at the goods DB as described above is finished, when the goods information deletion is continuously selected (S122), the step(S117) is returned so that the screen for deleting the goods is repeatedly output and the goods information are repeatedly input and stored, and when the goods information deletion is not continuously selected, the goods deletion is finished.
FIG. 7 is a flowchart for showing an affiliated advertisement registering process on an electronic commerce of digital books according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
When the insert of the advertisement affiliated with other publisher (B) is detected from the one publisher(B)(C101), the affiliated advertisement of the registered corresponding publisher is searched from the advertisement DB (C102), and the affiliated advertisement to be inserted is selected (C103).
For the purpose of inserting the affiliated advertisement, it is determined whether the contract between the publishers each other is needed (C104). When the contract between the publishers each other is needed, a defined form for the electronic contract letter is provided though the interface of the advertisement intermediation server 120(C105).
When the contract for inserting the affiliated advertisement is agreed by writing the electronic contract letter each other or the given contract of between publishers is given, the affiliated advertisement contents selected at step(C103) is inserted in the digital books( C107 and C108).

FIG. 8 is a flowchart for showing a publisher registering and managing process on an electronic commerce of digital books according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
When the publication intermediation server 110 accepts a publisher (B) registration request, it is determined whether the corresponding publisher (B) is a registered member (D101).
When the corresponding publisher (B) is a registered member, the log-in is provided by inputting ID and password(D102) while when the corresponding publisher (B) is a registered member, the member registration is induced such that the member registration is performed and the publisher(B) registration is executed(D103 and D104).
Hereinafter, it is confirmed that the log-in member is a new registered publisher (B)(DI 05), and it is determined whether the publisher (B) information change is requested when the log-in member is the given registered publisher(B)( D106).

The publication intermediation server 110 requests the corresponding information, stores the same, and finishes a new registration of the next publisher (B) when needing to store the additional information of the new registered publisher (B) after download of the solution (D118) and outputs a registration finishing message (D119).
When the log-in user does not agree with a copyright consignment at the step D114, it is determined whether it is a purchase request of the solution for producing the digital books (D120). If the purchase request of the solution, the corresponding cost is settled and software server 300 provides download per conditions for the corresponding publisher (D121).
When it is determined that the user uses a self-solution rather than buying the solution for producing the digital books at the step (D120)(D122), it is finished for no user's self-solution and the advertisement direct transaction solution except for the solution for making the digital books is provided to the publisher (B) by means of the download according to the conditions though the software server 300 for the user's self-solution.
Through the above processes, the publication intermediation server 110 newly registers the publisher and provides the given registered member information management and differentially distributes the solutions for making the digital books having the direct transaction advertisement to the new registered publisher on the differential compensation or no compensation.
FIG. 9 is a flowchart for showing a digital books registering process on an electronic commerce of digital books according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
The publisher (B) utilizes the solutions downloaded in FIG. 8 so that the publication/printed matter is made as the digital books and then the made digital books are registered at the publication intermediation server 1 10 for the transaction of the digital books.
The publication intermediation server 1 10 detects the log-in of the publisher registered as the member and determines whether the registration of the made digital books is requested (E101 and E102). It provides the screen for requesting the input of the necessary registration information to the publisher (B) when the registration of the made digital books is requested, registers the basic information in response to the input of the publisher (B)(EI 03), sets the registration types in response to the input of the publisher (B)(EI 04), and sets buying and lending conditions for the digital books according to the setting up of the publisher (B)(EI 05).
Hereinafter, the electronic contract letter according to each registration type such as a sales of the made digital books, a literary property (copyright), a stamp duty, a publication consideration, and a public relations of the publication is concluded (E106) and the contract contents is again confirmed (E107). When the publication intermediation server 110 detects the upload of the digital books of the publication and printed matters (E108), it sorts, upload, and register the corresponding publication for the electronic commerce according to the types and themes thereof (E109 and E1 10). When the registration cancel is detected after the electronic contract letter according to each registration type is concluded at the step (E107), the general information and registration information of the digital books contracted with the publisher (B) are deleted (E111 and E112). In addition, when it is determined that the request of the log-in publisher is the change of the registered information (E113), the authentication process for again confirming the information of the publisher (B) is performed and it is determined whether the log-in publisher is a regular member having the change authority of the registered information E114). The given registered information of the corresponding member is provided on the screen when the log-in publisher is a regular member having the change authority of the registered information (E115), the information to be amended is inputted (E116), the finishing and storing of the information amendment is confirmed (E117), the amended information contents are stored (E118), and the finally amended contents are outputted so as to be again confirmed (E119).
However, the given information are maintained (E120), when the given information has been amended, but the finishing and storing is not selected and the amendment cancel is selected. / As described above, the publisher (B) may utilize the downloaded solution to produce the printed matter/publications as the digital books and then register the produced digital books at the publication intermediation server for the transaction of the digital books, and easily amend the given registered information by the given member registration.
FIG. 10 is a flowchart for showing a digital books using process of a subscriber on an electronic commerce of digital books according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. How for the subscriber to use the digital books made from the printed matter/publications and registered at the publication intermediation server is described therafter.
The publication intermediation server 110 confirms the subscriber(D) accesses through Internet and determines whether it is the registered member (F101), and the filling of the member registration letter is induced to induce a regular member (F103 and F104).
The registered member provides a log-in according to the input of his or her ID and password (F102) and the subscriber (D) requests the search of the books to be bought or lent when the publisher (B) provides the book list of the registered types and themes (F105).
Accordingly, the subscriber (D) searches the books and selects the books to be bought or lent and puts the same in the basket (F106 and F107).
When the request of buying or lending is provided or after the putting in the basket, the steps (F108 the F105) are returned so that the search of the books is repeatedly performed. When the payment request is provided in response to the buying or the lending of the books put in the basket (F109), the payment process is performed in a defined manner (F110).
The payment process is as followed. The list of the basket is searched (S1), the buying or lending of each searched list is selected (S2), and the buying or lending price is confirmed (S3).

The subscriber (D) is accessed to the publication intermediation server 110 to be user authenticated so as to view the lent books to be desired (G 101).
On finishing the user authentication process, the publication intermediation server 110 searches the list of the digital books lent by the corresponding user from the user DB and provides the list thereof (G102). When the digital books to be viewed are selected from the list of the digital books (G103 and G104), the validity of the corresponding digital books such as the lending period is confirmed (G105).
The validity confirmation result is given as an effective lending (G106) an then the view service of the corresponding digital books is provided to the user (G107).
The view finishing is selected (G108) and the view service of the digital books is finished (G109).
However, when the validity confirmation result is given as a not-effective lending, for example, the lending period is expired, a lend finishing message is output (G113).
When extension of the lending period is requested according to the lend fishing message (G114), the settlement of the lending fee is requested (G115) and the settlement of the lending fee is finished using a no-bankbook deposit, an account transfer, a credit card, a mileage, a Boucher, check card payment means and the appointed period is extended and registered to continually provide a view service of the corresponding digital books (G116 and G117).

Accordingly, the filling out of the electronic contract letter of the publisher requesting the copyright contract is detected (J108), the payment means of the copyright is selected (J109), and it is determined whether the payment is finished (J 110).
When the payment is finished at the step (J 110), it registers the fixing of the copyright contract of the selected publication and the electronic contract letter (J 111), and it determines whether the output of the fixed electronic contract letter is requested (J 112).
When the output of the fixed electronic contract letter is requested at the step (J112), it provides the output of the fixed electronic contract letter as a paper medium to the contact parties (J113) and it determines whether the finishing of the operations for the copyright contract is detected and on repeating the operations for the copyright contract, it returns the step (J103) to repeat the above processes.
However, when the copyright contract of the selected publication is not requested at the step (J 104), the allowable agreement of the contract condition is not detected at the step(J106), and the payment according to the copyright contract is not finished at the step (J110), it determines whether the finishing of the operations for the copyright contract is detected and finishes the copy right contract process.
As described above, the present invention provides an advertisement direct transaction between a sponsor and a publisher producing a digital book, registering the same at the publication intermediation server, inserts the advertisement into the digital books, provides an affiliated advertisement between the publishers, minimizes costs for selling the good linked with the advertisement, distributing a solution for making a digital book, selling and lending the digital books and easily transacts the copyright thereof.
While this invention has been described in connection with what is presently considered to be practical exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but, on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
As described above, the present invention has effects in that the publisher may uses a writing concerning tools such as a solution for making the digital books and a solution for the advertisement direct transaction etc on no compensation or cheaply, reduces price of the digital books through the orders of the advertisement to induce more subscribers, easily collects advertisement sponsors though the advertisement direct transaction to solve a charge according to the orders, and has a stable income model according to the advertisement and goods sales linked with the advertisement direct transaction and shopping mall.
The subscriber may subscribe the same as the publication of off-line cheaply so that it may accepts a good entertainment and it is easy to deposit and carry the same due to on line deposit and it provides a subscribing convenience since it may be used off-line and on line at the same through shopping reservation.
In addition, one stop service is provided to the subscriber such that the subscription and lending of the digital book, the acquisition of goods information, and shopping are simultaneously used and it provides a purchase of the digital books and goods and usage of contents, integration mileage through off line shops, and various fee rules according to the buying and lending of the digital books.

An electronic commerce system of digital books comprising: a publication intermediation server for selling/lending of the digital books to an subscriber, being produced and uploaded by a publisher, and managing a publisher information and a subscriber information, and the history of the lent digital book as DB; an advertisement intermediation server for storing various advertisements on a DB which a sponsor directly or vicariously registers and , intermediating an advertisement direct transaction between the sponsor and the publisher; a shopping mall intermediation server for intermediating a transaction of the various goods connected by the advertisement, a pay-off and a delivery according thereto and including a member DB for storing information of the registered members, a goods DB for registering information of various goods, a transaction details DB for storing a purchase history of goods, a payment DB for storing a clearance information of purchase money, and delivery DB for storing a delivery information of goods; and

The electronic commerce system of digital books of claim 1 , wherein the publication intermediation server, the advertisement intermediation server, the shopping mall intermediation server is run and handled for general items by the matchmaker, the matchmaker accepting an intermediation income of goods sales occurred by the intermediation of the buying/lending etc., the interaction of the advertisement, the buying and lending of the digital books, and the advertisement connected to the digital books.
3. The electronic commerce system of digital books of claim 1 , wherein the advertisement intermediation server reserves the advertisement of the publisher on the DB so that it registers the publisher as the seller, sponsor, and advertisement salesman of the digital books

The electronic commerce system of digital books of claim 1 , wherein the publication intermediation server distributes a writing concerning tools such as a solution for making the digital books and a solution for the advertisement direct transaction etc. as a pattern of the buying, lending, free-distributing, vicarious execution for edition of the digital books to the publisher, and differentially distributes the solutions in linkage of the direct transaction advertisement or copyright contract etc.
5. The electronic commerce system of digital books of claim 1 , wherein the publication intermediation server provides a promised integration mileage to the subscriber when the subscriber buys or lends the digital books from the publication intermediation server or buys the goods from the shopping mall intermediation server.
6. The electronic commerce system of digital books of claim 1 , wherein the publication intermediation server intermediates a copyright transaction by providing an intermediation service of a copyright contract for translation publication of a literary work of the third publisher to the publisher.
7. The electronic commerce system of digital books of claim 1 , wherein the advertisement intermediation server includes an advertisement DB for storing advertisement concerning information; a contractor DB for storing contactor concerning information; a goods DB for storing goods information; and, a sponsor condition DB for storing publisher information and allowable advertising contract conditions.
8. The electronic commerce system of digital books of claim 7, wherein the goods information registered at the goods DB is registered as the goods of the shopping mall intermediation server when the sponsor registers the advertisement at the advertisement intermediation server.
9. The electronic commerce system of digital books of claim 1 , wherein the publication intermediation server installs reproduction-proof program on the digital books to be bought or lent and provides encrypted packet so that the encrypted system may be changed.
10. The electronic commerce system of digital books of claim 1 , wherein the publication intermediation server selects a part of download or entire download types or separately on/off methods and on/off line alternative when the digital books, CD, DVD, or other types of medium is provided in response with the buying request or the lending request of the subscriber.
11. The electronic commerce system of digital books of claim 1 , wherein the shopping mall intermediation server provides a purchase of the goods linked with the advertisement when the subscriber buying or lending the digital books selects the advertisement.
12. An electronic commerce method of digital books comprising: registering a publisher as a member in a publication intermediation server, consigning a copyright of the digital books, accepting such concerning tools as a solution for producing digital books and a solution for directly transacting advertisement as a download to the publisher according to a defined condition; registering a sponsor as a member in an advertisement intermediation server and registering an advertisement for direct transaction and the goods linked with the advertisement for direct transaction; the advertisement intermediation server providing advertisement direct transaction solution to the sponsor registered as the member and concluding a contract of the registered advertisement with the publisher; the publisher producing printed matter/publications as the digital books inserting the contracted advertisement to the digital books, and uploading the same at the publication intermediation server; and registering a subscriber on the publication intermediation server as a member so that the subscriber buys or lends the digital books to be desired and subscribing the digital books.
13. The electronic commerce method of digital books of claim 12, wherein the advertisement intermediation server stores the directly or vicariously -registered advertisement, intermediates the advertisement between the publishers and allows an affiliation of the same.
14. The electronic commerce method of digital books of claim 12, wherein the advertisement intermediation server provides an advertisement contract of between the publishers, insert and upload the advertisement affiliated with the publication.
15. The electronic commerce method of digital books of claim 12, wherein the publication intermediation server differently distributes a writing concerning tools such as a solution for making the digital books and a solution for the advertisement direct transaction etc. according to the direct transaction advertisement or copyright contract etc on compensation or on no compensation.
16. The electronic commerce method of digital books of claim 12, wherein on producing the printed matter/publications as the digital books, according to an edition types, notes insert, object insert, the intermediated advertisement insert and self-advertisement insert are performed.
17. The electronic commerce method of digital books of claim 12, wherein on the advertisement intermediation sever registering the direct transaction advertisement, the advertisements are sorted according to each condition, advertisement costs are defined, the contract conclusion is finished, draft advertisements are upload and registered.
18. The electronic commerce method of digital books of claim 12, wherein the sponsor accepts an authority for one's registered advertisement of the advertisement intermediation server to edit or delete and amend registered information.
19. The electronic commerce method of digital books of claim 12, wherein the sponsor registers goods for sales, edits the registered goods information, and deletes the registered goods information according to the registration, edition, and deletion of the direct advertisement.
20. The electronic commerce method of digital books of claim 12, wherein the registration of the digital books includes authenticating the member though log-in, registering input basic information when the request of the publisher is the registration of the digital books; sets the registration types or buying and lending conditions for the digital books, filling out an electronic contract letter according to each registration types to conclude the contract; registering the uploaded digital books according to types and themes in response to the concluded contract.
21. The electronic commerce method of digital books of claim 12, wherein the publication intermediation server provides a list of the digital books according to a request of a log-in member and putting in a basket when at least one of the digital books to be bought by a purchaser; it continues the putting in a basket when the continuous purchase of the digital books is detected and it provides a view function of the bought digital books according to the purchaser's request when a settlement of the selected digital book is finished.
22. The electronic commerce method of digital books of claim 12, wherein the publication intermediation server confirms the validity of the lent digital books of the lending period and provides a view function according to the purchaser's request at an effective state; it outputs a lend finishing message when the lending period is expired, and registers the extension of the lending period when the settlement of the lending fee is requested and the settlement of the lending fee is finished; and it deletes the digital books information of the corresponding purchaser from a lending management list when the extension of the lending period is not requested or the settlement of the lending fee is not finished although the lending period is expired.
23. An electronic commerce method of digital books comprising: publication intermediation server registering a publisher as a member, providing such concerning tools as a solution for producing digital books and a solution for directly transacting advertisement to the publisher according to a defined condition when the publisher consigns a literary property for selling and lending the digital books and selling and lending conditions; the advertisement intermediation server providing advertisement direct transaction solution to the sponsor registered as the member and concluding a contract of the registered advertisement with the publisher; an advertisement intermediation server providing advertisement direct transaction solution to the sponsor registered as the member and concluding a contract of the registered advertisement with the publisher; the publisher producing printed matter/publications as the digital books inserting the contracted advertisement to the digital books, and uploading the same at the publication intermediation server; and the publication intermediation server registers a purchaser as a member provides the book list of the registered types and themes according to a purchaser's request, and provides a file of the corresponding digital books in response of the payment finishing when desired digital books are selected.
24. The electronic commerce method of digital books of claim 23, wherein the advertisement intermediation server intermediates the advertisement between the publishers and allows an affiliation of the same and inserts the affiliated advertisement and uploads the same in the publication intermediation server.
25. The electronic commerce method of digital books of claim 23, wherein the publisher for producing the digital books registers self advertisement on the advertisement intermediation server and plays a role of a sponsor and a advertisement salesman such that the advertisement intermediation server inserts self advertisement into a literary work of the third publisher .
26. The electronic commerce method of digital books of claim 23, wherein the publication intermediation server provides a view function of the lent digital books during an appointed lending period and deletes a lending list when the appointed lending period is expired, and provides an extension of an appointed lending period and view function when the extension of an appointed lending period and settlement is finished.
27. The electronic commerce method of digital books of claim 23, wherein the publication intermediation server intermediates a literary property
