Abstract

본 발명은 저잡음 냉각 장치를 제공한다. 이 냉각 장치는 외부 용기 및 내부 용기를 포함하고, 외부 용기와 내부 용기 사이는 진공 상태의 단열층을 형성하고, 내부 용기는 액체 냉매를 포함하는 듀어, 내부 용기의 내부에 배치되고 액체 냉매에 잠기는 사전 자화 코일, 액체 냉매에 잠기는 픽업 코일, 및 픽업 코일에 전기적으로 연결되고 액체 냉매에 잠기는 SQUID를 포함한다. 사전 자화코일은 초전도체로 형성된다.
