The invention relates to information transmission and processing systems and can be used in the trade sector for the purchase of goods and provision of services in various sectors, including on the Internet, with automatic provision (within the framework of the system) of discounts and/or bonuses. The system for automated data storage, processing and transmission for the provision and accounting of discounts and/or bonuses, which system has its own static IP address or domain address, comprises a processing centre and control devices and user registration points which are connected to said processing centre. The processing centre comprises at least one server with a data processing module, which server comprises a module for receiving, generating and transmitting messages in electronic form, and a module for the registration and control of users, said module having a database of registered users. The module for the registration and control of users is capable of checking a user request for registration and establishing the status of a user.

This system and its implementation method provides discounts to the user with a change in their size in the manner determined by the discount issuer and ensures that the discount is provided exclusively to a specific person or the dependence of the discount size on a specific user’s face. This system cannot be used for simultaneous discounts. to several users, provided that one of them has paid for goods or services, which leads to limited use.

If the sent request does not contain information about the registered user (his e-mail), who recommends this user for registration in the system, then the data on the request is automatically entered into the database of registered users 7 and the user is assigned a specific identification number (hereinafter ID). In this case, the user independently performs registration in the system, so in the database he is given the status of a first-level user.

If a new user (unregistered) is registered in the system on the recommendation of an already registered user, for example, a first-level user, then in the request he indicates the e-mail of the user who provided this recommendation, and also indicates his e-mail. This system allows all users to receive new discounts and / or bonuses, that is, if a user has recommended at least one user, then after successful registration, the user who recommended receives certain discounts and / or bonuses for the next committed purchases by the recommended user in companies 8 to your personal account, according to the established algorithm.
