Abstract

The invention relates to a self-supporting structural wall to be used in pre-fabricated buildings, said wall being entirely produced in the factory wherefrom it leaves ready for assembly on-site such that the main structure is simply fixed to anchoring elements arranged on the cement floor or foundation in order to secure the position thereof. Said wall has a main structure in the form of a portico on the inside of which a sub-structure is arranged, to which an outer safety panel and inner thermal and acoustic insulation are attached. The invention also comprises insulating and sealing means over the entire periphery and has an outer covering and an inner covering.
