DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed description, preferred process steps of method for creating surgery simulation and providing surgical consultation services according to the present invention are described only for a better understanding of the subject.
With the developed method, data of the patient obtained using imaging and diagnosis methods such as pre-operative Computerized Tomography, Ultrasound, Computerized Tomography, Angiography, Magnetic Resonance (MR), Magnetic Resonance Angiography, DSA, etc. are loaded into the simulation.
Further, following can be realized with the method according to the present invention:
- surgery of the patient can be performed over the simulation created previously according to the patient's data;
- surgery of the patient can be performed by another surgeon and/or surgery
team over the simulation;
- during the surgery of the patient, clips, instrumentation, implants such as cage, etc., other permanent and/or temporary materials to be placed in the body can be previously checked oyer the simulation; . . . . . 5
- after the surgery, performance can be measured with the simulation;
- prior to realization of the patient's surgery, a surgery performed by another surgeon and/or surgery team can be consulted over the simulation; and
- simulation can be continuously updated by loading complications that can occur during patient's surgery thereinto and research on methods leading to less number of complications can be performed.
In the patient specific surgery simulation created by loading patient's data into the simulation, simultaneous surgery can be performed by different surgeons and/or surgery teams. Thus:
- real time consultation opportunity in the Internet environment can be provided; and

In brain and neurological surgery and other surgical disciplines, by setting up ¾ website and/or network comprising images and simulations of each surgical model, surgeries can be monitored in Turkey and all around the world over the Internet environment.
In brain and neurological surgery and other surgical disciplines, by setting up a website and/or network comprising surgery simulation of each surgical model, surgery simulation of each of said surgical models can be performed in Turkey and all around the world over the Internet environment.
Thanks to the method according to the present invention, consultation can be asked from surgeons highly skilled and experienced in the discipline thereof for each surgical model and operation over the simulation loaded with patient's data is provided.
Further, surgery of the patient can be simultaneously performed with the surgeons highly skilled and experienced in the discipline thereof.
People desiring to receive training and consultation can post this request on the website. In addition, people desiring to provide consultation can also provide them by becoming a member of the website. Subsequently, these people are matched thanks to the developed invention.
