Abstract

The present invention is in the field of induction of lucid dreams by Transcranial Alternating Current Stimulation (TACS). Lucid dreaming refers to a well-documented and scientifically accepted phenomenon that may occur during natural sleep. Lucid dreaming is characterized by awareness of the fact that one is dreaming, an increased chance of control over the events that are occurring within the dream and increased logical or rational thought during the dream.
