First class museum with important works from 1890 on. Surprises around every corner. A Van Gogh here a Hopper there. Lightning could be better but forgiveable.

The Carnegie is a real find. Located in one of the classic librairys built by Andrew Carnegie, the museum hosts rotating shows primarily of California painters.

Inexpensive & easily viewed in less than an hour. A collection from one artist was on display when we we visited, showing an array of his work. Worth the visit!

This is a charming, two story, historic building located right next to the city park with lots going on. We have visted often, and are usualy pleased.
