Decent game, real old though

I remember playing this wayyyyyy way back before I even knew what fl studio was on ps2.
This became an actual program shortly afterwards with the same name.

The game was pretty good considering what it was at the time.

It has very limited capacity in composing music. I bought a cheap copy from a bargain bin, and I was highly dissatisfied. It only allows for a 4/4 or similar metric structure, which was the first thing that turned me off. Magix is a big name in digital composition/recording software. I was surprised to see how lame this product really is. For a beginner, it might be a fun thing to play with though.
