This is a huge predatory barbel from Tigris-Euphrates river system. The specimen shown is 20 kg. It was caught on 25 June 2019 in Ataturk Reservoir on Euphrates River, Turkey, on spoon.
I've never even seen one of those things before. That's an incredible, amazing fish. It's like someone smashed a tarpon, pike, redhorse and carp together and then fed it growth hormones until its big enough to destroy Tokyo! AWESOME!!!!
