Jaynie Deputy, DNP, FNP-C graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Nursing and from Samford University with a Doctor of Nursing in Family Nurse Practitioner Studies. She has worked previously as an OR nurse in Cardiothoracic Surgery at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital.
In her clinical rotations at ARHS, she says she has found that each employee embodies the values of compassion, integrity and excellence. “It is an honor to contribute to the health and wellbeing of the High Country population,” she says.
In her free time she enjoys gardening, crocheting, cooking, hiking, traveling and attending AppState Football games. Her husband works at Watauga Medical Center and they have two dogs, Bindi and Winnie.
