Cambria Cooper Tipton, age 86, of Woodlawn, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2022, at her residence, surrounded by her family.
Mrs. Tipton was born April 30, 1936, in Fentress County, Tennessee, to the late Alvin Cooper and Elvie King Cooper. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kellie W. Tipton; siblings, Odell Cooper, RD Cooper, JR Cooper, Cristella Hinds, Delano Cooper, Kellie Cooper and infant brother Emmett Cooper; and son in law, Judge Ray Grimes.
She is survived by her children, Richard L. Tipton (Michelle), Robert M. Tipton (Regina), Mary Katherine Miller (Randy), Margaret A. Cox (Tommy), and Judge Sharon Massey Grimes; sisters, Zola Cooper Smith and Joyce Leffew; Sister in Law, Beaulah Pennycuff (LC); Grandchildren, Timothy Miller, Daniel Miller, Cambria Miller Wilkenson, Robert Tipton Jr., Kellie Tipton Clouser, Amy Caslen, London Tipton, Morgan Massey Slack, Rachael Massey, and bonus grandchildren, Justin Grimes, Alyson Grimes Chaney, Channing Grimes, Tina Brown, Traci Frost, Collin Cox, Nathan Brown, Allison Fagan and Kristin Washburn. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Tipton was a homemaker and previously worked with the family business of Kellie W. Tipton Construction Company, until her retirement. She was a Baptist and life member of the VFW Post 11160 Ladies Auxiliary.
Pall bearers will be Timothy Miller, Daniel Miller, Robert Tipton, Jr., Nick Caslen, Jon Clouser, Justin Grimes, Jake Slack, and Lon Chaney.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the Chapel of Neal- Tarpley- Parchman Funeral Home with the Rev. Dwayne James officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 3, 2023, from 4-7 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service. Interment will follow at Kentucky Veteran’s Cemetery West.
