One of the easiest and most enjoyable experiences in a car dealership I've ever had. The whole team is awesome, Bryce and Steven helped me find the perfect fit for me and we're so sweet, the gentleman in the deal box got me to the numbers I needed to be at fast with no haggling and Amy in the finance office was just an angel and got me to an even better number in the end!

Update: as suspected. They received several messages, letters and calls and chose to avoid them all. I'll be reopening my claim to the BBB so that they can keep the fight going. They're awful. Avoid them at all costs and save yourself the hassle. Tyson is an absolute joke for Damerow.

They send what should've been in my name a refund of $50 when my down payment was $500 to my partner. I messaged them and told them I was getting a lawyer and now they're acting innocent. Apparently no one talks to each other at this dealership.Apr 1, 2024Previous reviewSooooo, we came to find out that the guy Tyson Somehow SUSPICIOUSLY discovered a signed document that said my wife filled out an online application where she stated she made $5,000. Funny joke, we have further documentation showing otherwise. He got a notice from the BBB and now he's decided to falsify information. We have so much more documentation and all we want is our money back for the deposit, insurance, and serious mental anguish. Tyson has been nothing more than a liar and an untrustworthy person. He got caught and now he's trying to cover his tracks. I found out that he somehow managed to falsify information and try to say that my partner filled out an online app and said she made $5,000 a month. Kinda funny since I messaged him soon after my pre-qual application and told him she wasn't working. I've since reported him to the BBB with all of the supporting documentation. I have yet to be reimbursed for my down payment, insurance or simply pain and suffering. Added more pics. The guy seems to think that by ignoring my messages, this will all go away. I won't. There are over 200+ people on here that deserve to be compensated for the pain and suffering this dealership has caused. Let's do this.

When he couldn't get the $1,050 payment that he wanted he told us that we should allow our other vehicle to be repossessed so it wouldn't hinder our buying power. We said it didn't make us feel comfortable and said no, he then moves on to other very shady sales tactics where he tried to run my wife's credit and said hers was better than mine, fine ok. I asked several times how this was going to work because she's not working. He said they'll make it work. (See email screenshots)
Once he gets to the number we were comfortable with, Tyson came back and says the agreement was "greenlit" and final by putting my wife down as a "housewife and using my salary, which I thought was questionable but they're the finance people, I figured they knew what they were doing. . Fast forward, 12 days, they couldn't secure a loan and we now have to return the car. This was after returning to Damerow because they used the incorrect VIN for the contract. I left work early and my wife had to Re-Sign Everything where the initial payment was changed to $729, my wife caught it and they had to reluctantly reprint the contract with the agreed terms. Later that day and the next, they asked for bank statements (which at the time we had just received a large sum of money) this is when the next call comes in and they say they can't finance the car. Even though it was already approved by Ford Motor Company. The finance manager seemed very confused when I mentioned what Tyson had done to our paperwork, he's the one who wrote everything down on the application so that it would work with my wife's credit.
They used several tactics just to get what they want. I will NEVER buy from this dealership or possibly step foot in another because of this guy Tyson. Avoid at all costs. They lied to the bank and to us.
We are in the process of getting a lawyer cause they're picking up the vehicle on 04/01 (not an April Fools joke) I've got supporting documentation from screen shots, signed contracts and emails from this terrible sales manager. Damerow would be better off if this guy weren't to show his face there. He's deceitful and bad for business Don't do it!
The sales guy Larry was honestly the most enjoyable part of the experience. His heart is in the right place but Tyson is definitely not there to help. He's there to make a sale and he failed by lying to the banks and to us. I've purchased a lot of cars. This guy Tyson made this the worst experience ever. Now, my old vehicle which they still have is past due. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Now, we're out a new vehicle, the insurance money and a late payment because they never sent the payoff to my current loan. Tyson uses deception to make a sale. Damerow would be better off without him.

Just purchased my 3rd vehicle with Damerow Ford and the process was just as easy as the previous two transactions. Appreciate how much they valued my time and the choices I needed with the car I wanted to purchase. Would definitely recommend Damerow to those wanting to see lots of options with different Ford models since their inventory selection at their new location was quite large. Also, the new location, seems like a nice upgrade and made the entire buying experience comfortable. The final comment I'll make is the delivery specialist was excellent in walking me through all of the options on my new purchase. 5-Stars across the board. Thank you.

BEWARE!!! Purchased a jeep from them. Never cleaned or ran it thru inspection before delivery to me. Then less than 2 weeks later while driveling the family home, the rear wheel came off and destroyed the axle. 6k later in repairs they won't return calls or anything. 25k miles and they just let it off the lot without any inspection. Thankfully we are safe but so much for that whole spiel they give you on how much they care and are there for the customer. Oh yeah and I forgot to mention they took over 2 weeks to file registration. Still haven't received that either. Be careful out there people!

Recently I had the pleasure to work with Ben the Internet Sales Manager and Josh & Nick in Finance.
They provided a world class experience in regards to my Ford Raptor. This place is a joke. Want to be ripped off, want to buy an unfixable car and then deal with the back and fourth for weeks? Choose this place. Fuck, go to any used car dealership on 82nd and get better taken care of.

They have a Ford mobile service truck that cut me off in the 26 tunnel, where is illegal to change lanes. I don't do business with companies that aren't professional with the motoring public. You have a professional vehicle covered in your information. Not very smooth. This was 12/12 at 1145.

Very bad cars!!! I went into Damerow Ford to buy my first nice car 2015 Ford Fusion with 40,000 miles the day after I bought it the check engine light came on I brought it back to them they check the car out and said it was nothing and sent me home a month later the check engine light came back on I brought it back to them and they told me it needed a whole new motor they said they would take the car back and put me into another car but instead of taking the car back they treated it like I bought it somewhere else and rolled over $13,000 into a new car loan now I have a car that's worth 20,000 that I have a $33,000 loan on

After an hours long afternoon of exposure to used car sales I decided, against my better judgment, to stop in at one last dealer on my way back through town. I didn't expect much, and I was admittedly a bit stand offish when Sam walked out and introduced himself to me.
He listened intently and asked just a few well thought out and direct questions so he could best understand what I was looking for. There were only a couple trucks on the lot that might be a fit for what I was looking for. This guy knew his inventory and the Ford product. So refreshing!
I try hard to be an informed consumer and often find myself with more product knowledge than the folks selling me the things. I like to do my homework you could say. The customer service we receive from retailers now has caused me to intensify this trait. So it was nice to find an expert on the Ford Supper Duty truck line in Sam.
I ended up with a rig that is just right for my needs and I feel I paid a fair price. I wasn't oversold, and wasn't insulted by the offer they made on my trade.
