Convenient and Secure ADSL Router

FRITZ!Box Fon connects one or more computers to the ADSL line—simply and securely, through a USB or LAN cable. The built-in firewall adds security to high-speed surfing. FRITZ!Box Fon works either as an ADSL modem, allowing you to surf the Web from several computers simultaneously. Its built-in firewall capabilities protect all PCs against unauthorized access from the Internet, and FRITZ!web Protect reliably prevents unwanted Internet use. Other network devices can also be connected to FRITZ!Box Fon including game consoles, access points, network switches, or an IP telephone. The Ethernet and USB interfaces can be used to connect individual PCs and whole networks to the ADSL line. The router supports both PPPoE connections in bridge mode, such as those initiated by dial-in access software, and simple IP routing. And the powerful firewall with NAT makes it easy to configure port forwarding. Moreover, traffic shaping ensures continuous use of the full bandwidth during simultaneous uploads and downloads.
