【清圣祖】即是康熙帝——爱新觉罗·玄烨（1654.5.4—1722.12.20），康熙帝是中国历史上在位时间最长的皇帝。他取得了对三藩、沙俄的战争胜利，消灭台湾的明郑政权，显示了康熙军事指挥才能。另一方面，康熙少年时就挫败了政治对手鳌拜，年老时利用“文字狱”打击汉族异议人士。康熙举行“多伦会盟”取代战争，怀柔蒙古各部；意图以条约确保清朝政府在黑龙江的领土控制。他开创康乾盛世的局面，是一位英明的君主、伟大的政治家。
