Simulator training for emergency personell in reality - development, implementation and expansion in daily work

Simulator-based methods enable risk-free training of situations and scenarios that otherwise are impossible to train, with regard to, for example, risk awareness, self-appraisal, or with quantitative training of unexpected events. Simulator training is thus highly relevant for emergency driving, where risk of accident is high – whereas training of emergency driving in real traffic is not alowed. There is therefore a need for simulator-based training, in order to create an effective, efficient, safe, and sustainable transport system.
